Ưu & Nhược điểm của xe khách
Ưu điểm của đi xe khách:
- Xe khách thường là phương tiện có mạng lưới di chuyển rộng nhất, với các điểm đến dù xa xôi hay hẻo lánh nhất mà tàu hoả hay máy bay không tới được.
- Di chuyển bằng xe khách rất dễ dàng - không cần phải đến bến xe trước giờ khởi hành quá lâu, và thủ tục để lên xe thường rất nhanh chóng, trái với di chuyển bằng máy bay.
- Vé xe khách thường rẻ. Giá xe có thể hơi cao đối với hạng VIP, nhưng nếu bạn muốn mua vé giá rẻ, xe khách vẫn là lựa chọn hàng đầu.
- Ngoài ra, có rất nhiều hạng xe để phù hợp với nhu cầu và chi phí. Nếu bạn muốn một hành trình thực sự thoải mái, di chuyển bằng xe khách cũng hoàn toàn có thể đáp ứng được điều đó.
Nhược điểm của đi xe khách:
- Bến xe của các chuyến xe liên tỉnh có thể nằm xa trung tâm. Có nghĩa là bạn cần tính thêm thời gian và chi phí để di chuyển đến địa điểm văn phòng xe. Trong một vài trường hợp, di chuyển đến bến xe có thể đắt hơn bạn nghĩ, bởi vì đôi khi chỉ có một vài nhà xe được phép khai thác tuyến đó - và giá vé có thể bị đẩy lên cao.
- Vào cuối tuần hoặc mùa cao điểm, vé xe khách đi đến các điểm thu hút khách du lịch có thể hết vé toàn bộ lịch trình xe, và bạn sẽ cần phải đặt vé trước từ sớm.
- Đi xe khách không bị phụ thuộc vào thời tiết như đi phà/ tàu cao tốc, nhưng xe có thể khởi hành muộn hoặc thậm chí bị huỷ vì yếu tố thời tiết hoặc điều kiện đường xá - hãy lưu ý điều này nếu bạn di chuyển vào một mùa hay tới một địa điểm nhất định.

2 stars for having a comfy and spacious enough bed allowing me to sleep and for sticking to the times as on the booking. The rest however I am not happy with.
Staff were smoking constantly, so the bus stank of smoke.
The bus stopped constantly with no communication at all to pick up packages etc which was completely fine. What wasn't okay was the fact our suitcases were constantly being rearranged and taken from storage and put on the street unattended so they could load whatever they were picking up. Made for a nervous few minutes waiting for the suitcases to be loaded back on.
Our suitcases ended up filthy and wet, stinking of a fishy smell. There are now black marks all over my grey suitcase.
Picking people up and letting them sit all in the aisles too was annoying, as I am tall and would have liked to be able to walk up and down the aisle to stretch my legs out. 10.5 hours in somewhat awkward positions wasn't fun.
Overall I would not book again. It was cheap yes, but the worrying about suitcases and then having them end up filthy, barely working wifi, bus stinking of smoke, no communication at all from any workers about stops (for toilet, food etc), and people in the aisles put me off. I know it isn't supposed to be a 5 star experience, but there are definitely ways to make it better for travellers.

the bus station needed more signs, the upper level seats were difficult to get into especially for older or larger people and the bus was quite late. 'The luggage handling and food food stop were well done.

Voyage conforme à l'attendu. Le bus est parti à l'heure et est arrivé dans le créneau horaire.
Nous avions acheté le billet via Internet et pas de soucis pour l'embarquement.
Conduite à la vietnamienne. Bus confortable. Je recommencerai et je recommande.

The biggest concern was safety. The driver was driving extremely dangerously, especially on the motorway. I noticed that our bus was the only one on the road that was systematically driving on the hard shoulder. Also the other buses and trucks on the road were keeping much bigger distance to the other cars. Because of the very short distance the driver used emergency stop at least 5 times! Not to mention constant speed limit ignoring.
I am an experienced driver myself and I am sure that soon or late this style of driving will lead to an accident.

Etwas zu kurze Sitze für Europäer, aber trotzdem komfortabel. Man braucht einen Schal, weil die Klimaanlage kalt ist. Man bekommt Wasser und eine Decke. Der Bus war sehr pünktlich und man wird zum und von dem Zentralbusbahnhof zu Fula gebracht.

Sauberer, gemütlicher Schlafbus. Allzu groß sollte man wirklich nicht sein, da es mit unseren 1,70 bereits knapp wurde.
Haben sehr gut geschlafen trotz dezent aggressiven Fahrverhalten ???? man muss sich halt bewusst sein, dass der Fahrstil sich vom europäischen unterscheidet! Würden wieder Futa buchen.

Во время остановок далеко не уходила от автобуса, заранее прочитала, что по прибытии на автовокзал Ратьзя идет пересадка на другой автобус, ведущий в порт. Я кричала: "Фукуок" и меня толкнули в нужный автобус. Ехать 1 час. Поездка цивильнее, чем у других перевозчиков по Втетнаму

Sleeper 41 left on time and arrived half-hour earlier. Driver was in control and not reckless. Three stops during the trip (every 2 hours) were sufficient. Bus was clean. Passengers were given plastic bag for their shoes which had to be taken off. Blankets are not changed so I do not recommend you use them. You do not 'sit' in this kind of bus because your legs are always stretched out. It was good to experience but because of the seat configuration, we prefer the regular reclining seats.

I have decided I don't like sleeper buses...in fact I didn't realise I'd booked one for a day trip. Operator couldn't find my ticket because the PDF didn't have the correct info on it...had to try and search my emails to get on the bus. Staff generally not helpful on these bus lines.

Le Thi My Thanh (from Futa Bus LInes) gave me wonderful customer service at Nha Trang Northern BS. Someone had stolen my phone in Hanoi so I couldn't log in to anything to get my tickets, but Thanh used my passport to confirm and tell me all the details.
She also told me there would be a shuttle from the *Northern* BS to my bus at the Southern BS, so I didn't have to go all the way by myself. When I arrived at Northern BS, I found out it was just the same bus from there all the way to Sai Gon.

One problem: the bus was *four hours early*. It was scheduled to arrive at Sai Gon at 10am, but arrived at 6am. I know early is better than late, but accuracy is still important for people's planning etc.

The bus was convenient and came on time. We arrived even a bit earlier, than expected.
The crew didn't speak english, but translated me some information (when the next stop came and how long it was).
But the best thing about this company is, that they provided free transfer to the accommodation in Da Lat, which came as a surprise for me. I really can recommend them👍.

We got to the station an hour early and the staff did not tell us where to get on the buss, we found another staff member that just told us to wait outside. Throughout the journey we were not told what stops where toilet stops so we had to guess. when we arrived we did not arrive to the location provided however all the local people got put on company mini busses whilst the international people where moved towards taxis. There was nobody to support us when we questioned this and we ended up having to get a taxi into the city which was very expensive. Overall I would not use again.

Bus was on time and we arrived in can tho 30 min. earlier than expected. We had one break. This was totally sufficient and comfortable. Same for the ride back to HCM. WiFi was working. In Can Tho Taxi shuttle from Futa is for free, you do not need a taxi.
The seats are very comfortable for people not taller than 1.70m. But also for my husband with 1.90m, it was ok for 3hours.
On both was it was not possible to use the seat adjustment.

A decent ride all in all, unfortunately this is the bus with 3 columns of seats rather than 2, so a bit more cramped than usual. The first part of the journey is quite twisty as well. Other than that we arrived on time and stopped off at a pretty scenic rest stop.

I wish they gave the information they give to Vietnamese passengers also in English to the tourists. This bus route is popular with tourists and they make no effort to inform in English (or provide service in general). The bus was half full of foreign travelers.

The seat I was in had a broken lever to adjust the back so I spent the entire time lying down even though I was not sleeping. Everything else was great. The driver spoke English and they provided us with water.

The bus was comfortable and clean. It did arrive 3 hours earlier than stated on the booking! Not usually a problem but we booked a sleeper bus and ended up arriving at our hotel at 5am. Luckily they were able. To let us in.
The free minivan from the bus station to our hotel was unexpected but really appreciated!

The first ride to Dalat was upper seats and my parents had difficulty to climb up so we requested for change on this ride but was told bus was full. Understand that if the bus was fully booked then no choice on reallocation but at the first place we weren’t given the choice to select seat! Please kindly consider to give lower deck seating to oldies.

Wasn’t given the choice to select seat and were assigned to the upper seats for all 4 pax. Don’t know how’s the allocation of seating but should prioritise on old people as am travelling with my parents and they are hard and dangerous to climb the upper part of seat.

We travelled from dalat to ho chi Minh in a semi sleeper bus but don't be fooled, we didn't get any sleep. The driver drove like a maniac, constantly accelerating and then immediately braking, used the horn every two seconds, really reckless driving. I know this is how they drive in Vietnam, but I think it has to change, especially when they have tourists on board. The only good thing I can say is that we reached our destination 2 hours earlier.The two stars are because the bus was very comfortable. Unfortunately the ride was not.
