The pool is worth the extra money! Decent gym as well. People at the front were very knowledgeable and helpful. The cleaning staff that we saw was a little questionable...but also very helpful and polite. Just wouldn't recomend leaving valuables out...but that's true for most places. Would stay again!

There was an accident on the road and we were stuck in traffic for a long time, so the driver decided to drop us off at a different bus station (in the middle of Penang island instead of Butterworth station) and then I had to take a taxi to my final destination... But otherwise the driver was fairly good/safe.

Pünktlich abgefahren. Sehr bequeme Sitze mit viel Beinfreiheit. Gab eine kurze Pause auf einer Autobahnraststätte. Die Temperatur im Bus war überraschend angenehm. Ich fuhr im T-Shirt und kurzen Hosen, würde aber sicherheitshalber immer einen Pullover dabei haben. Sind etwa 25 Minuten später angekommen, was auf dieser Strecke wohl für niemanden wirklich eine Rolle spielte.

Bus is super comfortable, big seats and loads of leg room. Bus left on time. If you are pressed for time do not go off the arrival/journey times - its not a flight, there's traffic on the road.

It was easy to find everything at KL station. The bus was comfortable, there was one stop at gas station to go to the bathrooms. We were late ~45mins to arrive.

Comfortable ride that left on time. However, the arrival time to Sungai Nibong was incorrect. Instead of 13:10 the bus arrived there at around 15:30.

Alles top. Super organisiert. Pünktlich abgefahren. Sehr große komfortable Sitze. Achtung wie immer ist die Klima sehr kalt, also Jacke mitnehmen. Kleine Pause 10Min gemacht. Pünktlich angekommen. Es wäre nur schön, wenn der Fahrer weniger aufs Handy schauen würde...

I took the Express bus from KL to Tanah Rata, Cameron Highlands and found it easy and efficient. The express is a basic soft seat bus that delivers you about halfway to another more comfortable bus that alights in Tanah Rata. Motion sickness suffers be warned - a good portion of the trip up the hills to Cameron Highlands is very curvy.

We left on time and arrived on time, so that was perfect. However our driver was taking quite some risk to make that happen. The ride wasn't very pleasant and did not feel super safe.

Give more accurate timeframe for the travel, it's not doable in 3,5 hours. The driver was great, but couldn't have gone any faster. Seats were comfortable, but most accessories were broken. The travel went good, we left on time, arrived about 40 minutes late
