Voyage moyennement confortable, sièges du premier van defoncés.
Excellents chauffeurs prudents, le second van fut très aimable et souriant.

Disappointed to know that the bus trip only ended at Larkin Bus Terminal instead of Singapore Golden Mile Complex on the very last minute before boarding. Would appreciate if the Management could inform its customers earlier if ever the trip back to Singapore were not feasible. Let your customer know earlier to plan for alternative transport for it is rather difficult to get around coming back from Johore to Singapore, for people travelling with the elderlies and young children especially.

С бронированием билетов всё было как обычно просто, посадка ровно в 5 утра, микроавтобус был очень комфортным и новым - большие мягкие сиденья и много места для ног, а водитель был милым. Через 3 часа после отправления прибыли на границу, прохождение пограничных пунктов заняло час, потом доехали до Хатяй, покружили немного по нему, высаживая пассажиров, в итоге в 10 (по малайскому времени) прибыли в местную автобусную кассу Nominatee Tour, где получили билеты на 10.30 на автобус до Сурратхани, пирса Донсак. Из-за смены часового пояса ожидание автобуса заняло полтора часа - есть время купить симку, поменять деньги, перекусить. В турагентстве есть wifi и розетка. В 10.30 прибыл наш микроавтобус, уже не такой комфортный - постарше, мало места для ног, половина места в салоне занято коробками, бесконечное количество раз водитель останавливался, чтобы погрузить-выгрузить эти посылки, поэтому продвигались очень медленно, к тому же водитель всю дорогу громко разговаривал с местными пассажирами - поэтому это довольно местный способ перевозок, без "сервиса", похожий на регулярные междугородние маршрутки в России. По прибытии водитель выдал проездные на паром, успели на паром в 17.00, через час прибыли на пирс Натон. На всем пути было достаточное количество остановок в туалет/размяться. Распечатывать билет не пришлось, на Пенанге водитель их не проверял, в Хатяйе кассир попросил переслать его на их емейл и выдал билет.

The van was comfortable, the driver was a very nice person and skilled driver. We did have a delay on departure as we drove around Georgetown collecting additional passengers for nearly 45 minutes, but it was not a big problem for us. We had another delay at the border crossing when a few passengers had some issues and we ended up leaving one passenger behind because they were not allowed to cross the border, but that is not the fault of the travel company. I would use this service again and recommend it to others.

Der Mann im Shop hat nur "good morning" und "wait here" gesagt. Das haben wir schon freundlicher in Asien erlebt.
Der Busfahrer hat vorgegeben wo welches Gepäckstück zu liegen hat, aber nicht bei einem geholfen es in den Laderaum zu geben. Was doch teilweise sehr umständlich und schwer war.
Während der Fahrt hat der Fahrer durchgängig lautstark telefoniert. Und der Bus hat sehr geklappert, was man in jeder Kurve und bei jeder Bodenwelle gehört hat. Wir haben vermutet, dass eine Federung defekt ist, aber wit sind wirklich keine Experten. An Schlafen war leider garnicht zu denken.
Das einizig Positive ist der Preis und die Klimaanlage.

Although it was a long trip, about 8.5 hours on the road with a change of minibus In Hatyai, I could not fault the service, it was quite comfortable although it. Was only about half full, and the driver went out of his way to drop me off outside my hotel in Krabi in monsoon rain conditions!

Very nice and comfy bus. Possibly the best I’ve been on. First time I’ve ever had transport actually show up early (bus was scheduled for 06:30 and showed for 6) just didn’t show up to destination on time but understandable as pickups and traffic.

New Asian Travel - Penang to Cameron Highland- Lic Plate# RV9722
The driver was very irresponsible. He arrived at the stations, just opened the luggage trunk and left. He didn’t even bother to help passengers to load or arrange the luggages; the luggage trunk was opened completely unattended at each station, anyone who walks by could snatch any luggage without being noticed. He departed 30” late. During the 5-hr trip, he was on the phone for almost entire trip regardless of how dangerous and winding uphill roads. At one point there was almost a head on collision with the other bus that came in from the other direction; luckily they both were able to dodge away which was so close that the two rear mirrors hit each other which broke the rear the mirror of the bus. It could have been a catastrophic accident due to his inattentive to driving. This driver should not be allowed to drive esp the big passenger bus.

The departure time on our ticket was 3 pm but they startet at 3:30pm. The driver drove very fast and we arrived at 8:30pm , so half an hour later than expected. But we were brought close to our hostel which was quiet nice! On our way we were stopped twice by the police at the Malaysian road....

The vans were tighter then normal, it never got cool in the van so it was very hot, and we arrived over 2.5 hours past the scheduled time.

There are so many negative reviews about this company but they are actually okay. Yes the staff didn’t smile much, yes we had to change bus once but they got us where we need to go in the end and only about 30mins later. Also they actually dropped us at KL Sentral which is so much more convenient than TBS. they are also super cheap. I will use them again!

Van had to be changed at Hat Yai. Too many stops and drop offs and pickups. Rude drivers. Aircon was weak, stuffy seating. The van driver did not drop me to the bus terminal as mentioned on the ticket, saying it was not allowed to, but outside on the main road.

The ride to Ipoh was smooth and got into Ipoh within 2 hours, 30 minutes faster than expected travel time. However, the wait at the station in Penang was unsatisfactory. We were at Komptar around 9 am to have our booking processed. Then we were taken to the bus terminal at around 9:15 am and we waited at the bus terminal for a good 40 minutes before boarding the bus. And there was no proper waiting area...we waited under the hot sun.

Wir hatten eigentlich die Tour um 15.30 Uhr gebucht, durften aber bereits 12.30 Uhr mitfahren, was sehr nett war. Die aus- und Einreise hat super funktioniert, der Busfahrer hat auf uns gewartet und uns dann auch wie erwartet in Georgetown abgesetzt. Nur, dass er auf der Fahrt ziemlich laut telefoniert hat, hat etwas gestört.

The journey was okay. Staff at the first big bus station were very friendly, especially since they returned our phone which we left in the mini van and the big bus waited for us. But we won't give full 5 stars because neither the mini van from the tour operator nor the big touring car had safety belts and that is unacceptable. Passenger safety is very important, belts are lifesavers in the event of accidents!!!!!!

The driver tail-ended a truck, didn't stop to check the damage nor apologize to the passengers. He proceeded to drive recklessly and did not provide bathroom stops along the way. We did arrive on time and was picked up at a reasonable hour .

Trip was fine except the driver drove the entire journey with his foot on and off the accelerator pedal every few seconds, it made me feel quite sick and I was relieved to get off. This style of driving also wastes a lot of fuel. Apart from this the journey was good. Thanks.

Nüchtern betrachtet: wir sind wie besprochen von A nach B gekommen. Der Transport hat letztlich nicht 10, sondern 13 Stunden gedauert, womit es am Ziel knapp wurde.
Transport in Minibus, wie beschrieben. Busse waren ein wenig abgerockt. Schiffstransfer hat auch funktioniert, allerdings war es eine andere Fähre (langsamer, billiger) als ursprünglich angegeben.
Beim Grenzübertritt wollte der Fahrer 50 Bhat/ 5 Ringit für eine Versicherung, angeblich gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. Hab davon noch nie was gehört. Die Police war eine Kopie mit der jeweils gleichen Versicherungsnummer. Ohne Zahlen keine Weiterfahrt.
Es wurden unterwegs Toilettenpausen eingelegt.
Für jemanden, der noch nie eine Überlamdfahrt auf diese Weise gemacht hat, gewiss ungewohnt. Irgendwie kommt man immer ans Ziel und manchmal bedarf es dafür ein wenig Abenteuer.

Van departed around 35 minutes late, but ultimately we arrived only around 15 minutes late in Hat Yai, driver dropped me off at the train station as requested. Everything was pretty straightforward, the van was good, only real complaint is the driver was a bit of a maniac, literally driving as close to the vehicles in front at high speed in order to get them to move out of the way. He also had a very annoying habit of constantly going on and off the accelerator so the van was constantly lurching back and forth slightly.

The trip was ok. The bus was comfortable, and the driver was accurate. There were two stops. One with food, another- just toilet. The departure time was a bit different from one on the voucher, but it wasn’t a great problem for me

I missed my bus and they let me take the next one, with only a small extra fee, which was nice. However, when I changed vehicles to the connecting bus in Hat Yai, we had to wait about 3 hours. They did not inform anyone about this very long waiting time, and they should have done so, as it hugely affects someone's travel plans. I let it go because I was grateful that they let me take the next bus after I missed mine, however the other people were also very upset. First they wanted to make us wait 4 hours, then when we complained they changed it to 3.
We changed vehicles twice. On the last bus, when we arrived in Phuket (my final destination), I very politely asked the staff-member if I could get out sooner than the last bus terminal, as it was a more convenient location for me. He completely refused to let me get off the vehicle, even though we stopped many times and other passengers got off, he actually would not allow me to get off the bus! That is crazy.

The first bus was amazing and organised. Set a good time for the trip. The second bus was cramped, chaotic due to lots of miscommunication with baggage and language barrier and we were very late to drop off point due to driver dropping passengers to lots of different small stops

You get what you pay for, if you can avoid and choose the proper bus you should definitely do this !!! Feels a little unorganised, wasn’t on time but still got us from A-B and B-C. Trip will probably take longer for the drivers breaks but they do still have to have a break so fair enough. Overall, 48/100, can risk it and have the experience to tell the story of it or be comfortable and get on a proper bus :)

The bus stank and the pick up location is not accurate. A different bus had to take us to the actual bus station when they noticed we were at the wrong station (we were at the location in George Town but its wrong).
