Nhược điểm của đi xe khách:

The driver was so rude because i spoke English. I said excuse me and he just mocked and continued to speak Italian when i said English. I sat in the wrong seat and was widely pointed to the correct seat. No wifi was available

Great bus but.. The bus was very nice and the ride was very comfortable. The driver missed our drop-off and about three kilometers after the central station, he asked if anyone needed to be dropped there. Luckily I speak some Italian so I understood, however he was very angry after having missed our drop off. So, he left three of us in the middle of the road (while telling us to hurry up) and pointed toward the station, which was three or four kilometers away. I have many bags and musical gear as I was in Italy working as a musician so it was a long way to walk with all of our luggage. I have never been to Bari so I was not aware that we needed to let him know our drop off point. He saw our tickets and there were only 8 or 10 people on the bus so I assumed we were all going to the same place. Needless to say, it was not a professional way to deal with our situation.

Trani to Naples. Air conditioned comfortable bus. Mostly on schedule (roadworks caused a slight delay). The bus stop in Trani. No shade. Fortunately there was a shady area across the road but we were concerned we might not get across in time and may miss the bus. We are international tourists.

Bus lost my luggage - horrible customer service. The driving itself was fine. This bus does not have a policy for labeling your luggage before the ride, so there is no way of checking that they are handing out the correct bag. As a result, someone stole my bag at the second to last stop on my way from Florence to Milan. As if this wasn’t horrible enough, the response after this incident has been awful. I have attempted to call many times, each time I’ve been hung up on or told that I will receive a call back which has never happened. There has been no remorse or accountability by the company, when I was left alone in Milan with nothing and a loss of over $5,000 in items. My laptop, gopro, clothes, credit cards, everything was in this bag and the company doesn’t even have the courtesy to apologize or be responsive to any of this. I will never let a friend travel on Marino Bus and I will be using every platform to make sure everyone knows what this company has done. Save your money, there are plenty of other bus companies you can use throughout Europe.

One of the best bus trips. Bus was on time to start Lots of space in seating, very comfortable. Medical emergency on route which caused 30 min delay Signage for pick up points in Bari. Lots of companies, helps travellers to know which side if the road and where to wait.

Mucho retraso. Acumulan mucho retraso en la espera. Llegamos a pisa 1 hora tarde. Asientos muy cómodos. Deberían ajustar los horarios para no tener tanto tiempo d espera. Mucho retraso.

Mai più! Ancora devo prendere il pullman e già mi hanno fatto incazzare. Per un viaggio di massimo 8 ore (e con autobus diretto) con altre compagnie, non solo ce ne metterò più di 12, ma hanno appena aggiunto un ulteriore cambio a quello già esistente a poche ore dalla partenza! In più, chiamando l'assistenza, non sono riuscita ad ottenere il rimborso totale del biglietto perché si deve richiedere almeno 48 ore prima, nonostante i termini del contratto li abbiano cambiati loro all'ultimo momento. E se voglio rimandare la partenza a domani, ammesso e non concesso che non si verifichi lo stesso inconveniente, vogliono pure 20 euro in più! Avevo scelto questa compagnia solo per esigenze di orario questa volta perché solitamente è cara come un gioielliere (e francamente se questi sono i servizi non capisco proprio il perché), ma giuro che è la prima ed ultima volta! P.s. Per correttezza alla voce "corsa confortevole" metto due stelle perché ancora non ho avuto modo di valutare. Anzi, colgo l'occasione per avvisare la MarinoBus che, viste le recensioni agghiaccianti lette stamattina in merito e visto che ho problemi alla schiena, qualora dovessi riscontrare peggioramenti per via della corsa, altro che rimborso del biglietto, io vi denuncio proprio!
