Hành trình tuyệt vời. Trạm xe buýt Yangon hơi hỗn loạn nhưng mọi người rất hữu ích trong việc tìm văn phòng xe buýt. Chúng tôi đến sớm và có thể bắt xe buýt sớm hơn và nâng cấp lên xe buýt VIP

Rất khó để tìm được một nhà điều hành xe buýt phù hợp. Trạm xe buýt mở rộng cho một số đường phố. Xe buýt rất thoải mái. Nước, chăn đã được bao gồm. Hai điểm dừng với nhà vệ sinh. Bên trong xe buýt rất lạnh và điều hòa không khí vẫn hoạt động.

Mọi thứ diễn ra suôn sẻ và nhanh chóng. Chúng tôi đã nói với tài xế địa chỉ khách sạn của chúng tôi và anh ấy đã đưa chúng tôi đến đó vì vậy nó thực sự tốt - tiết kiệm tiền cho chúng tôi :)

Chúng tôi đã đi từ Yangon đến Dawei bằng xe buýt (hạng sang) và nó diễn ra tốt hơn mong đợi. Người lái xe có vẻ rất kinh nghiệm và chúng tôi đến chỉ 30 phút so với dự kiến cho chuyến đi 600 km. Các nhân viên rất thân thiện và các điểm dừng để nghỉ vệ sinh (KHÔNG CÓ trên xe buýt) đến thường xuyên cứ sau 2-3 giờ. Chúng tôi nhận được một chai nước, một ly cà phê và một món ăn nhẹ trước khi khởi hành. Tôi khuyên bạn không nên uống quá nhiều vì một số con đường khá gập ghềnh và bạn có thể bị ốm. Đa phương tiện không hoạt động trong hành trình của chúng tôi. May mắn thay, không có bản nhạc nào được chơi. Nó khá lạnh do A / C cao nhưng họ cung cấp chăn. Mang theo một chiếc gối bơm hơi và thư giãn trên những chiếc ghế lớn. Bạn sẽ khó tìm thấy bất kỳ giấc ngủ nào nhưng đó là một trải nghiệm và chi phí chỉ 20 €. Chúng tôi muốn đi chuyến tàu được cho là mất 24 giờ nhưng nó không được phục vụ và chúng tôi không hối tiếc khi giảm 50% thời gian đi lại.

Cuộc hành trình mất 11 giờ. Thời gian đến trên vé 12go Asia (5:30 sáng) là khó thực tế. Sẽ có hai điểm dừng để giải khát (bữa tối và bữa sáng). Con đường từ Hpa An đến Myawaddy rất gập ghềnh. Từ đó trở đi (khoảng 3 giờ sáng), gần như không thể nghĩ đến giấc ngủ. Chỗ ngồi rất thoải mái và thậm chí còn có chỗ ngồi riêng.

Tôi không còn lựa chọn nào khác ngoài việc đặt xe buýt qua đêm vì tàu giường nằm đã kín chỗ. Xe buýt sạch sẽ và người phục vụ rất chu đáo, có đồ ăn nhẹ và đồ uống cho mọi người. Kinh nghiệm tốt.

Từ Myawady đến Hpa An, mất khoảng sáu giờ trên con đường bụi bặm, không trải nhựa. Sau đó, con đường đã tốt hơn. Chúng tôi đến Rangun trong 11 giờ lúc 9 giờ tối.

They came to pick me up to my hotel for free. (You need to call them for pick up, though). Very comfortable seat, with thick blanket. They offerred nice hot coffee before departure, and nice cold towel and toothbrush, etc. for 30-minute break. Everyone needs to get off the bus for the 30-minutes break for security reasons (as the driver locks the door).

Very comfortable overnight bus. Lovely staff. Only thing I would have liked was a reading light.

nice, big chairs (which you can adjust according to your needs), during trip we got water, fanta, some snacks, can watch movies and listen to the music. The only small minus was very weak english of the stuff but honestly speaking- not necessery part.

Easy booking experience but the final location wasn’t correct. Would be better if they showed a map of where you get dropped off

12Go is really helping with the ticket, though this time kinda' late in processing, and it will be great if you guys ask me about the seat before booking it ???? As for the bus, everything is ok, but the leg space is quite close and it's really tiring for the leg, especially for 5-6 hours ride ????

The “vip lounge” is a total mess... but the trip was fine, no complains, except - as usual -polar cold in the bus, bring clothes

The ride was nearly perfect. On time, great service, snack & water provided, good driver & comfy chairs that reclined well. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the aircon which made it a freezing cold ride and that there wasn’t a bathroom on board as advertised. Other than that great trip!

Nice and plseant journey. They served drink and sneak and even toiletries thing for us.

It was supposed to be 10 hours but it was more than 12 hours. And the air conditioning was extremely cold.

Comfortable bus, however no toilet on the bus. Stopped twice for toilet, some of them quite disgusting... Of course not the driver's fault...

AC is very strong. Too cold in the bus.

No one, including 12Go, informed us that a photo copy of our passport stamp page was required. We were 1.5 hours early, and still were nearly removed from our seats at the last minute. One of the employees took our passports to get photocopied at the very last possible minute. The seats were comfortable though.

Good bus,, good staff , clean but no toilet in the bus.

We travelled with tree small children and it went really well. There was a small tv in front of each seat so the Kids enjoyd playing a game on it untill they fell asleep and slept till the second stop wich was at 5am. Heli and Petri, Finland

Very comfortable coach and safe driving

Bus was on time, staff were friendly and it was a comfortable journey. On board there were blankets on each seat, a bottle of water, a snack and a TV and headset to watch movies or listen to music. Air conditioning worked well and wasn't too cold but this may be as we were travelling during the day. We had one rest stop of 30 mins when we were given a toothbrush and toothpaste and a wet towel. Driving was a bit careless, braking at the last minute and lots of being thrown around the bus, especially when there are no seatbelts on board. Overall a good experience and a comfortable journey but just 1 toilet stop over 7 hours was not enough. There should be at least 2 stops.

Got picked up at hotel by bus company staff to terminal. Comfy seats, hot coffee before departure..snacks and extra drinks were distributed. Stopped for a meal and continue journey. Over all pleasant ride from 9pm to 6am.

Bus was in great condition, very comfortable. My only suggestions would be to have wifi on the bus and help foreigners get off at the right stop by letting them know which is their’s - sometimes it can be difficult to hear the driver shouting which stop it is and with no signage/speaking another language it is tricky.

I bought an express ticket from Bagan to Aung Mingular but instead this bus makes multiple stops along the way to pickup random people by the roadside. I think this wasted time and we were not informed about it. The music is turned on super loud and it was only lowered after we complained. On a 9 hour bus ride, you tend to want to get some sleep but this was impossible due to the loud music. The bus conductor also did not tell us how long a stop would be, so we had to constantly check so that we can manage time and not get left behind. I know its an economy ticket but the cleanliness on the bus really does need to be improved.

Not a sleeping bus as advertised. Just a recliner seat. So disappointed.

It was, surprisingly, the most comfy bus I have ever been!

We were running late due to traffic And the bus waited for us. So nice and the blankets were very comfortable. Highly recommend

The trip was enjoyable but the AC leaked a lot, all our bags left the seat compartment were wet.

A lot of stops in the middle of the night and I, and 2 other random passengers, were very nauseous with the windy roads on the way back down. So: - If you get carsick I do not recommend taking this bus BACK to Yangon. Going up was fine however. - All staff was super friendly and helpful in giving English instructions to us. Took care of me when I was sick too. - Food is simply a sweet jam bun, super sweet french toast, an orange soft drink and plenty of water. - Entertainment is limited to about 20 movies. Overall a good trip for my boyfriend and I, minus the carsickness.

One of the most luxurious busses i have ever slept in. Vert spacious, snacks, coffee, refreshing towels provided.
