Good bus! I’m 5‘11 and comfortably fit. Seat fully reclines and you have foot rest! Gets cold at night as AC blasting but they give you blankets and pillow( bring hoodie if worried about the cold). Our operator was also lovely and catering! Don’t forget you get a FREE meal - operator dose make this very clear

The seat were confortable. The staff was friendly. They gave snacks and water.
There is a stop a midnight to eat (for free), which is a bit late.
We arrived at Bangkok at around 5 am, which is a bit early.

Bad things : we were suppose to wait from 5 am to 9 am for our bus connection …..
Good things :
The bus is really nice… seats are large and very confortable.
The bus staff is really nice as well
When we had to change buses, the staff there were also very very nice. And even found us a second bus early

It was very very cold. Some ppl ask attendant to make it less cold but nothing changed. To go to koh phangan you have: sleeping bus, then you change for a normal bus, and then you have something like tuk tuk at the end.

El servicio en general está bastante bien. El micro es bastante cómodo. El chico nos explicó todo a la perfección. Se hace un poco largo el trayecto porque después del micro vas a una combi, a otro micro y recién ahí al ferry. Pero en cuanto a servicio y atención está más que bien

Everything good, but the air conditioning in the bus is too cold. We got blankets but even with them it was too cold. This is not the purpose of air conditioning.

Man muss sich im Klaren sein, dass man um 5 morgens aus dem Bus geworfen wird, ohne viel Information. Dann quetscht man sich samt Gepäck auf die Ladefläche eines Pickups. Der Fahrer wirft einen irgendwo raus und zeigt auf einen Minibus. Der wiederum schmeißt einen raus und zeigt erneut auf einen Pickup. Letzteres bring einem zur Fähre, wo man ca. 2,5 std. auf die nächste Fähre wartet, welche ca 2 std nach Koh Samui fährt. Dort angekommen sollte man sich im Vorhinein um einen Transport kümmern. Wir dachten wir könnten einen günstigen Transport über Grab buchen, aber leider war kein Fahrer anzufinden, weshalb wir für 700 B. vor Ort ein überteuertes Taxi nehmen mussten.

The road (Koh Samui - Bangkok) was quite good, but here are some disadvantages that you should know before the trip. Firstly, please take warm clothes as it’s madly frosty in the bus, and some a/c can’t be closed due to its broken condition. Also, there is no toilet in the bus. Secondly, we weren’t told that there will be 2 buses: the additional one will take you after ferry. Finally, you’re told literally nothing about the trip details. For instance, we didn’t know the number of stops, where to meet the bus, 2-hour waiting before the second bus, etc. As for pros, comfortable seats, snacks and water. Arrived on time.

First of all there is No 3rd Floor at the terminal. It is on the 1st Floor. The bus departed on time and is very comfortable. It is cold but with a hoody and blanker and closing the blower above your head it is a Nice temperture. The only thing which is unclear is when you arrive at surat thani. They Saïd at first I could not go to lipa noi which was stated at my voucher. Since I booked a taxi from lipa noi to the hotel I really had to go over there. Later they said is was possible. First you get into another bus, after 5 min we had to get out and wait for 30 min for another bus. After 45 min or so we had to change bus again. Finally at 7.40 we arrived at the harbour tot take the boat.

The seats were uncomfortable. The air conditioner worked all the time on full and it was cold. The blankets were too small for a tall person. We were dropped off at some station and waited for the next bus. The employee didn't speak English, so for an hour we didn't know what we were there for. Best situation, a small bus takes us to the ferry, we drive 5 minutes, the driver stops at a magazine and disappears for a good 20 minutes without a word. wtf?

good comfort, enough space, a blanket to cover for bus, toilet, wifi and charger. I would recommend it. The only criticism, at the stop and at the transition to the ferry, nobody really knew how to proceed, where the right ticket was, a language barrier it feels for me a little bit unsure

The trip was fine. Autobus was comfortable and the stuff give something to drink during my trip and a blanket and pillow. The only thing that was bad was the air conditioner that was to hight and I was literally freezing during all the way!! I asked for put it low but they answer me that was not possible and give me another blanket. All connection were good and well organized.

Отличный трип за такую цену. Всё организовано очень технично. Тайцы передают сонные тельца туристов из рук в руки, из автобуса на паром и так далее. Автобус до парома очень комфортный, но одейвайтесь теплее, кондиционер адовый.

Bis surat thani war alles perfekt :) guter service, und sehr bequeme sitze mit reichlich platz
dann wurden wir einfach aus dem bus "geschmissen" , wussten nicht dass wir den bus wecheln mussten. Der zweite Bus war dann leider ohne irgendwelchen service und überhaupt nicht komfortabel. Schade

This was such a comfortable bus. You can put the chairs right back to relax. They have screens so you can put movies on. This trip consists of a bus, van, and ferry. We asked at the counter when we collected our ticket to make sure we knew what was happening. Also the 3 tickets we got said bus, van, and ferry. People can't expect to have their hand held through the journey. And you can't expect everyone to speak English in a foreign country. Take some responsibility and try figure out what's going on yourself.
The bus drops people off in Surat Thani. You might have to wait a little bit until the van comes to collect people. We had one van come and take half the people, then another came 10 minutes later and took the rest. They drop you off at the port for the islands. You have to find the right pier and board the ferry. You can ask at the information desk in the ferry center

จอดรายทางบ่อยมาก ไม่มีทีวีส่วนตัว ต้องลงจากรถบัสเพื่อต่อรถตู้ไปดอนสัก (มันค่อนข้างเหนื่อยนะ เวลานอนไม่เต็มอิ่ม) ราคาสูงเมื่อซื้อทาง12Go.asia เพราะราคาหน้าตั๋วมันเป็นอีกราคานึง แต่เราจ่ายแพงกว่าราคาหน้าตั๋วเกือบ 200 บาท ไม่แนะนำให้ซื้อทางเว็บนี้

Nice and clean.
4 only for few important points to me that were not mentioned:
- Dinner provided in a Chinese restaurant around midnight when the bus will stop on a resting area
- A/C very strong in the bus and blanket does help, plan to have warm clothes with you
- Transfer to a van around 5am when stopping at Surat Thani. You are then drive to the ferry where you will have to walk in
These are not deal breakers, just important to mention. However journey was pleasant, staff friendly and speaking English so does help

We bought the tickets from Southern terminal, but get tickets by email from Democracy monument. We were worry about that, but these tickets worked from both stops, we just join the bus at Southern terminal. Everything was perfect, staff was very friendly and nice. They spoke English. At the night time we had stop for free meal, and also we had free snacks and drinks. Seats are comfortable.

в билете не написано ни до покупки, ни после, что автобус идёт с пересадкой в Сураттани в 5 утра. об этом надо предупреждать заранее! Я бы не выбрала эти билеты, зная про пересадку. а ещё автобус был очень старый и громыхал громко всю ночь, спать было сложно. а так в целом норм, выехали вовремя, прибыли тоже.
но в следующий раз я эти билеты не возьму.

Автобус отправился по расписанию, во время поездки принесли воду, сок и пирожное, из минусов: очень холодно в салоне, всю дорогу кондиционер работал на полную, ну и туалет не спускал(

1. Холодно в автобусе. Закрыли оба вентилятора но из всех щелей дуло, всю ночь мёрзли 2. Питание отвратительное, что снеки, что ночью горячее. Невкусно. 3. Женщина по сопровождению невежлива. Толкала меня боком складывая плед ранее вышедшего пассажира. С нас пледы забрала сильно заранее до высадки, сидели мерзли. Время перекуса было неизвестно, торопились.
АБСОЛЮТНО данный сервис VIP24 своих денег не стоит.

The Bus departured late, then we drove to another bus station and stoped there for 1h. The stewardess and all the other stuff don't speak English, and during the drive we were weaked up every two hours . We should arrive in Koh Samui at 10am, but we arrive there at 8.30am. That was nice .

Fahrt mit Bus, Transfer zur Fähre und Fähre lief alles gut und hintereinander ab. Im Bus hab es Snacks und genügend Platz. War nur etwas kalt mit der Klimaanlage, ansonsten so komfortabel wie eine Busreise eben sein kann :)

The initial bus we took was comfortable but they were late getting us to the transfer bus, did not tell us or really give us proper instructions when dropping us off leaving us to fend for ourselves and have to argue with the transfer bus company about getting to the ferry on time. I was highly unimpressed with the lack of direction or care - the company knew they’d messed up and didn’t do anything to rectify or explain or apologise. Thankfully the girl at the transfer service, after a lot of broken English communication and stubbornness, organised a transfer for us to get the right ferry on time - definitely cut it fine though and was not ideal at 6am.

Very good trip, before 5 am in Bangkok. Seats are super, you can put them almost horizontal. Watched a movie. Only a bit cold, take extra clothes if you go..

All the way the water dripped above my head from the AC. The staff doesn’t speak well English so they didn’t allow me to change seats. When I buying a ticket it’s written that I have one meal but no one has given us. Also, when changing the bus, nobody gave the correct instructions. Very bad experience.

Overall good. But ferry arrived 2h later than advertized. Seats could be more comfortable. VIP seats in first bus excellent. Also, snacks im VIP bus very delicicous, blanket and pillow were nice too. 2nd bus ride good but too much active cooling and I couldn't turn it off. Ferry was ok, but toilet on ferry was defective and very dirty. Toilet at the Southern Terminal in Bangkok was very dirty and no toilet paper and no soap. Also, midnight stop for eating was a bit too short and food was not super good. But I would recommend it to friends.

Lovely experience. The whole process went smoothly from check in to arrival. Lovely service aboard the night bus and everything ran on time. The VIP bus was really comfortable with pillow and blanket and managed to sleep really well and arrived at our destination on time with no problems. Highly recommend.

We were not provided any information regarding pick ups. We arrived at the ferry port and we’re unaware of what to do next. It took a long time and a lot of stress to realise that we had to then get on a cart to a bus to a minivan and then the vip bus. This was very confusing. The staff were lovely and drivers were great, but the communication from 12Go regarding the mechanics of the trip was poor.

Trip from Koh Samui to Bankok, from Pier to Surathani we have go via old bus dor aboit hour with no buffers then we change to small Van which take us another half an hour to some bus station where we have to wait almost 2 hours to get finalls to VIP bus, which was very comfortable and we got nice snacks and around 10pm evening even good dinner at bus stop.
Main issues with this company is that you need to change transport vehicle several time, Ferry + old bus + Van + VIP bus. We have arrived slightly late about 15 minutes to Mochit

First bus very comfortable and we were able to sleep. Stop and wait for second bus could be a bit more organized and communicated what we have to do. Second bus was okay and ferry was how expected. Nothing to complain here
