Giới thiệu Krilo
Để đến được những hòn đảo đẹp nhất, bạn chắc hẳn sẽ phải lựa chọn đi tàu cao tốc. Thông thường thì tàu cao tốc càng nhanh, giá vé tàu càng cao. Trước khi mua vé tàu cao tốc, hãy xem bạn có cần tàu tốc độ cao, hay có thể cân nhắc đi phà tốc độ chậm hơn. Ưu điểm của đi tàu cao tốc:
- Trong nhiều trường hợp, đi tàu là cách duy nhất để ra được đảo. Và nhất là khi đó có thể lại là các hòn đảo đẹp nhất như trong ảnh mà bạn luôn muốn đến!
- Thường sẽ có các loại vé tàu khác nhau để bạn chọn phù hợp nhất với nhu cầu, từ giá vé tàu, mức độ tiện nghi, thời gian di chuyến và giờ chạy tàu.
- Hãy Đặt vé trực tuyến để tiết kiệm thời gian - và đối với một vài hành trình, việc mua vé trước gần như là bắt buộc. Lý do là vé có thể hết rất sớm vào cuối tuần hoặc kỳ nghỉ lễ. Đặc biệt là nếu hành trình của bạn chỉ có vài chuyến khởi hành trong ngày, bạn cần đặt vé trước ít nhất vài ngày.

- Say sóng là vấn đề nhiều người gặp phải. Hành trình càng dài, biển động càng lớn, thì nguy cơ càng cao bạn sẽ cảm thấy buồn nôn. Để tận hưởng chuyến đi, bạn có thể uống trước thuốc chống say khoảng nửa tiếng trước khi khởi hành.
- Di chuyển bằng tàu cao tốc và phà phụ thuộc rất nhiều vào thời tiết. Khi thời tiết không tốt, chuyến đi có thể bị trì hoãn hoặc thậm chí bị hủy. Đôi khi một tuyến đường đi bằng tàu cao tốc có thể bị ngừng khai thác vài ngày vì bão. Vậy hãy lưu ý rằng những trường hợp tương tự có thể xảy ra nếu bạn đặt vé nối tiếp với chuyến bay - có nguy cơ bạn vào được đất liền muộn so với dự tính trong một số mùa nhất định.

I booked a trip to pomena but due to high winds we were dropped elsewhere. Comfortable seats. Lack of information. Our trip was cut short due to high winds and we were dropped at another port. We had to make our way to pomena by taxi which cost an additional €50. There was no advance notice or even during our journey that this may be the case.

The ability to get coffee and snacks aboard. Bathroom access was great. Very comforting in great spacious seats. I could not tell exactly which boat I was on, making it difficult to board the correct one! I just could not tell on my eticket.

All good on the Ferry - all went wrong arriving in Split. The ferry itself was great and was nice to call in to a few different islands on the way. When the ferry arrived in Split, we were set upon by Taxi reps and stupidly, we agreed to a taxi. We asked how much the fare would be and he replied it was "metered" but after an extended route to arrive at the destination he asked for €131 - based on €28 per mile. Utter scam basically as we were never shown the meter and the driver had deliberately exploited tired people getting off the ferry with a large case.

Ferry arrived to Dubrovnik with the delay of 25 minutes. Given total 120 minutes of the trip it’s just 20% more of a travel time. Definitely not reliable means of transportation if you want to be on time at the airport. To be clear - the weather conditions were very good.

Great way to travel. The ride was smooth and punctual. Luggage storage was plentiful. The seats were comfortable, and as the ferry wasn’t packed, we had room to stretch out. The staff were helpful.

Efficient mode of transport. The ferry ride was enjoyable and comfortable. The payment process was easy and efficient. Unfortunately the ferry arrived late on Korcula Island and there is not much a of a view during the trip. We understand that it is probably impossible to keep the windows clean but a pity foreigners like ourselves could not enjoy the view whilst travelling.

The ferry was perfect and timely! Cleanliness and punctuality. It’s not the ferry, but the infrastructure - as a tourist, it was mildly stressful when I couldn’t find my pier. There is no clear signage on where to board and I ran around trying to find the information counter. Proper wayfinders would be much better. You should separate the point for ‘staff and signage’ because they are different things.

I was charged twice for the ticket. Customerservice are unable to refound. Poor service. Charged twice for my ticket. Customservice unable to make a refund! Poor service. Will never recommend getbyferry to others! Bad ending to a nice holiday. Will probably choose other destinations than Croatia, for my next holiday.

extortionate price for bikes. Paying full adult price for a bike is absolutely awful. Couldnt see this information anywhere online and was horrified when I found out as the ferry docked. Having already bought a ticket for myself in advance I had to buy another full price one for my bike. This meant I paid 90 euros for a 35minute return journey from Korcula to Mljet. This was a massive chunk of my holiday budget and meant I couldn't visit a 2nd island as planned.

The staff was very helpful with my luggage on both boarding and departure. Without their help I would have struggling to board with my suitcase. The price! It is a very expensive way to travel.

Boat was fast and efficient. seats were ok and clean Staff was very friendly and helpful with the suitcases Catamaran is in principle a great way to travel, but the onboarding could be improved in terms of waiting conditions. Waited outside in the hot sun in the queue for a long time. I started feeling light headed, as there was no shade available. It makes no sense to tell people to show up early and then not provide them at least with some shade. Bathroom on the boat was not clean. The kiosk was poorly stocked and the person running it not very friendly.

Fast, easy & comfortable way from Hvar to Split, Croatia. We loved the ease of booking the ferry, prompt arrival of tickets, and comfortable ride on the ferry. The ferry you are ticketed for can have a different name than on your ticket but arrive and depart at the same time, so ask questions to make sure you don't miss it.

Jaunt to Hvar. Promptness, was efficient and effortless for the staff. Comfortable seats. Windows not cleaned and so difficult to get a good view or picture. No safety announcement in case of emergency.

Comfortable and relaxing journey, friendly staff, would recommend. A lot more enjoyable than a bus if you’re willing to pay double the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a bar on board serving canned drinks and snacks. The seats are comfortable and the leg room is plenty. Note there is no plug sockets on board - at least none by the seats that I could find. Toilet floor was quite wet.
