  • Vé xe khách thường rẻ. Giá xe có thể hơi cao đối với hạng VIP, nhưng nếu bạn muốn mua vé giá rẻ, xe khách vẫn là lựa chọn hàng đầu.
  • Ngoài ra, có rất nhiều hạng xe để phù hợp với nhu cầu và chi phí. Nếu bạn muốn một hành trình thực sự thoải mái, di chuyển bằng xe khách cũng hoàn toàn có thể đáp ứng được điều đó.

Nhược điểm của đi xe khách:

  • Bến xe của các chuyến xe liên tỉnh có thể nằm xa trung tâm. Có nghĩa là bạn cần tính thêm thời gian và chi phí để di chuyển đến địa điểm văn phòng xe. Trong một vài trường hợp, di chuyển đến bến xe có thể đắt hơn bạn nghĩ, bởi vì đôi khi chỉ có một vài nhà xe được phép khai thác tuyến đó - và giá vé có thể bị đẩy lên cao.
  • Vào cuối tuần hoặc mùa cao điểm, vé xe khách đi đến các điểm thu hút khách du lịch có thể hết vé toàn bộ lịch trình xe, và bạn sẽ cần phải đặt vé trước từ sớm.
  • Đi xe khách không bị phụ thuộc vào thời tiết như đi phà/ tàu cao tốc, nhưng xe có thể khởi hành muộn hoặc thậm chí bị huỷ vì yếu tố thời tiết hoặc điều kiện đường xá - hãy lưu ý điều này nếu bạn di chuyển vào một mùa hay tới một địa điểm nhất định.

40 Minuten zu spät und nicht am Abholpunkt erschienen. Der Fahrer konnte kein einziges Wort englisch also wussten wir nicht ob wir überhaupt im richtigen Bus sitzen und ob und wann Pausen gemacht werden. Die Fahrt war ansonsten ruhig.

Not a good experience in general. Nuoc Ngam Station in Hanoi is hot, no air conditioning at passengers waiting room. Hoang Long staff and counter do not show a friendly face when we approached him, do not provide good information to us. The bus driver that night are rude, not only to customers, also the way he drive, every 5 seconds he will sound the horn, we can't sleep well. He were angry when other passangers requested for an emergency stop for toilet. He and his assistant smoke in the bus, it was really uncomfortable for this as I expecting an aircon coach without smoking. The assistant character slightly better. The meal provided are really simple, low quality. Overall the service acceptable but their staff are bad. The trip were delay for about 30 minutes. The luggage compartment were used by the drivers for the extra private earning services... So ours have to keep inside the bus... This is odd.

Наш рейс отменили, нам никто не сообщил, приехали на автовокзал поздно вечером с сумками и облом, пришлось ждать несколько часов до 2 ночи рейса который все таки поехал, было много свободного места, и удалось немного поспать, берите с собой влажные салфетки если хотите спать на чистом месте.

2hr delay. A 9hour turned into a 12 hour journey as we stopped in Saigon for a 3hr detour. It was nice having a bed to lie on but the delay and detour having been unexpected was not great.

Bus arrived two hours later, but we arrived on final destination only 30 minutes late. The driver was very o.k., other local pasengers too. We had lunch together-it was not really for our taste, but it was nice to try something very local.

It's not a bus ride from Hell, but it's more like a bus ride from Purgatory. You travel with packages. Both food and restrooms are advertised, but they are not provided. There is no food provided on the bus. The company does pay for food at rest stops. There is no restroom on the bus, at all. You pull over and squat and hope the locals aren't trying to get a glimpse of you. The seats are all beds and you cannot sit up. The A.C. cannot be adjusted. This is how the locals travel, and the locals can be a little crass if you are female. I don't recommend this company.

They should move the Departure pick up point to somewhere else. It is in industrial or heavy truck area, even the texi driver hd difficulty finding it. Plus, for 21:00 pick up time, bus arrived at 22:25. We waited all alone in the dark for many hours. Driver was okay, passengers tried to help us. These two stars are for only the driver.

At all - not so bad :) Departure and arriving to destination was in time. One stop with meal included at about half of the trip from Ho Chi Mihn to Nha Trang. Bus was filled 1/4, AC sometimes was working, there isn't a kingsize bed, but for ticket cost - generally ok.

The bus was late for one hour but all in all the trip was a bit better than I expected. Chickens in a baggage area was a funny discovery. I got lucky the bus wasn't crowded. I was very tired so managed to sleep 90% of the trip. All in all it was dirty and the smell wasn't good but as an experience it was cool. Driver was friendly but didn't speak english. The only thing I didn't like actually was the fact he dropped me 10km from Dong Hoi center (maybe if I showed him on the map would have been different) so I had to find another way to the hotel.

We are not going to complain about the poor bus conditions, the fact nobody spoke English or the crazy bus driver as these were of course expected and no different to many other journeys we've done in Asia. The issue is that 12go are not aware that buses are no longer allowed into Dong Hoi and the bus office they've provided is no longer accessible by bus. Hang Loang arranged for a (much more expensive than usual) taxi for us to get to another bus stop 10km away. We ended up catching the bus on the road and got on the bus on the side of the road. We spoke with those guys fine through google translate and was grateful for their help getting the bus. We did however arrive into Da Nang at 3am and not at the 6:45am advertised. Our accommodation was not open but fortunately there was a 24hour front desk hostel only a few km away which we were able to take a grab taxi to and spend the rest of the night until the following morning. 12go please speak with Hoang Long and consider updating the arrival time to 3am so people can take that into account with their accommodation and update the fact you can't actually board at Dong Hoi.

Le bus de Haï Phong à Ninh Binh était un sleeper bus mais confortable. Le trajet à duré environ 3h.le chauffeur et le contrôleur ont été très gentils et patients avec moi malgré la barrière de la langue. Par contre : - l'adresse de pick up à Haï Phong indiquée lors de la réservation n'est pas la bonne. Il faut prendre le bus à la gare routière de Thuong Ly. -Arrivé à Ninh Binh, on vous dépose au milieu de nul part et 2 moto bike m'attendaient. Ils ont tenté un 150.000" Mais j'ai pu aller à Tam Coc pour 70 000.

We are leaving 2* as we got to place where we should. Other than that it was one of our worst experience in Vietnam so far. You can’t blame them for not speaking english but they are just not nice (we usually met very nice and helpful people in this country but not the drivers here). Bus was extremely dirty, nothing like pictures on their website. No free meal as advertised either but in so dirty place you couldn’t eat anyway. It is cheap so we understand it is not the best by any means. You can take it if you are broke but we will not use this company again...

Very different arrival and departure times. No toilet on board as advertised. Very old bus, despite paying more for the ‘nicer’ bus. Minimal toilet stops offered. The dinner was nice

Bus was slightly late to pick is up at Hanoi Station and wasn't clear which bus was ours when it did arrive. Ac and toilet worked fine and bus had a few toilet stops as well as a breakfast stop (bowl of Pho included with ticket) at 6am or so. drivers were friendly and didn't shout at us unlike other night buses we've taken so overall was a good trip. Slept well

予定より1時間遅れて出発し、指定の座席は無視され空いてる座席に座らされます。そして予定より2時間早く到着し、早朝暗い場所に放置されます。あるあるなので、スマホなどで事前対策を検討しておくことをお勧めします。

Die Busfahrt war okay. Der Bus kam allerdings viel zu früh beim Ziel an und so waren wir anstatt 6:30 am um 4 am da. Außerdem konnte keiner Englisch sprechen, wodurch die Kommunikation wirklich schwer fiel.

Iif you still doubt whether to go by bus or to take a plane, take a plane! There is no timetable for Vietnamese buses... just approximate time) My bus started 20 minutes later from Hanoi and was late for 1,5 hours to Da Nang. You are sure that you missed you bus as it doesn't have its own place at a bus station. the bus wasn't the same as at the picture. it has 3 rows of two-level "beds" if you are 1,7 meters high, you cant make your legs strait, and you won't put your shoulders into this "sleeping unit". and my place was in the end of the bus, WC is in the end of the bus too) it was stinky...

Bus kam eine Stunde zu spät, kam aber 2h eher an. Beim buchen war der Bus fast ausgebucht. Bei der Fahrt waren nur insgesamt 5 Menschen an Bord. Wir durften nicht auf den Sitzen sitzen, die wie zuvor gebucht hatten, MUSSTEN uns aber nach ganz hinten setzen, wo wir ein wenig mehr Platz hatten. Busfahrer konnte wieder kein Englisch.

Es war ein dreckiger Bus. Man hatte kaum Platz und für die Rucksäcke keine Möglichkeit zur Ablage, nur auf dem eigenen Bett. Der Busfahrer war sehr unfreundlich und redete nicht mit uns. Er hielt sehr oft aus nicht ersichtlichen Gründen..Wenn Toilettenpause war oder es Abendsessen für alle gab, sagte er uns auch nicht Bescheid. Der Bus fuhr ein paar Minuten zu spät los und kam 2h zu spät an.

Die Fahrt war sehr in Ordnung. Der Bus gepflegt und die Sitze akzeptabel. Abfahrts- und Ankunftszeiten wurden exakt eingehalten. Für den Preis kann man die Fahrt nicht besser bekommen. Einziges und größtes Übel war, dass erwartet wurde, dass die Tickets ausgedruckt werden müssen. Das hat mir etwas Mühe bereitet, da es mir nicht möglich war, in Hanoi einen Internetshop zu finden. Letztlich wurde mir in einem Backpacker Hotel geholfen.

I booked last minute to travel so at 300K it was already more expensive than I was hoping for. But having just been dropped off from what was quite an erratic drive, on a not so comfortable bus, at the side of a busy road and not the actual bus station, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere to get to Ninh Binh. What was already an expensive journey turned out 50K more expensive when I had to pay for a taxi to my hostel which was walking distance from the bus station. Not great service I'm afraid

Bus trip was allright, we had a flat tire. So a little delay there. Hard to find the bus at the station. But the rest was absolutely fine!

Hrozne zachazeni se zavazadly - posrane od slepic prevazenych ve stejnem prostoru. I pres muj nesouhlas to takto dat. Pri vystupu vyhozeni z kufru strasnym stylem - poskozeni batohu. Komunikace anglicky nulova. Dovezli nas z bodu A do bodu B

Das war kein einfacher Trip. Das buchen hat gut geklappt, den Pick up an der Umgehungsstraße hatte das Hotel bei Nachfrage im Büro organisiert. 1 Stunde Verspätung, Haltestelle nicht wie geplant(200 m weiter)- 22.00 Uhr- ohne die Hilfe der Vietnamesen wären wir nicht weg gekommen. Der Bus war alt, nicht sauber u gehalten wurde zwischendurch ohne Absage, damit der Fahrer Pause machen konnte. Für uns gab es keine Pause, außer morgens kurz vor Hue. Auch hier wenig einladende Gegebenheiten. In Hue angekommen mit 3 std Verspätung. Würde ich nicht mehr buchen. Es gibt komfortablere Busse als diesen

Le bus est partis à l´heure est arrivé en avance, c’est le bon point , bien sûr ça reste une solution économique alors le confort n’est pas vraiment là, il ne faut pas être grand (mon ami mesurant 1m85 n’a pas pu dormir ) le mieux reste d’essayer D’avoir les « lits » du bas, mais même si vous réservez des places il est fort possible que des locaux soient déjà installés :) ! Bon courage

No clean blankets were provided, they had been used by previous passengers. Seat allocations weren't adhered to. No water was provided. No English instructions were given in any way. The bus arrived late. The bus driver notified us when we were at the drop off point which was helpful.

The bus arrived bag on time to pick us up. Quite clean, cleaner than London busses anyway, and the seat/bed was comfortable enough to have a decent sleep. Driver did have very loud conversations but this is Vietnam and I think it is a standard. Bus actually arrived slightly early to Hue which is was very impressed with! I would recommend this Huong Long service

Das Personal verpasste meine Busstation und ich musste sie selbst darauf hinweisen, nachdem es mir (inzwischen 2 Stunden zu spät) aufgefallen war. Ich wurde dann auf der Straße ausgesetzt und mir wurde gedeutet, dass ich da warten soll. Nach drei Stunden Wartezeit habe ich auf eigene Kosten einen anderen Bus anhalten können, der mich wieder zurück gebracht hat.
