- Vé xe khách thường rẻ. Giá xe có thể hơi cao đối với hạng VIP, nhưng nếu bạn muốn mua vé giá rẻ, xe khách vẫn là lựa chọn hàng đầu.
- Ngoài ra, có rất nhiều hạng xe để phù hợp với nhu cầu và chi phí. Nếu bạn muốn một hành trình thực sự thoải mái, di chuyển bằng xe khách cũng hoàn toàn có thể đáp ứng được điều đó.
Nhược điểm của đi xe khách:
- Bến xe của các chuyến xe liên tỉnh có thể nằm xa trung tâm. Có nghĩa là bạn cần tính thêm thời gian và chi phí để di chuyển đến địa điểm văn phòng xe. Trong một vài trường hợp, di chuyển đến bến xe có thể đắt hơn bạn nghĩ, bởi vì đôi khi chỉ có một vài nhà xe được phép khai thác tuyến đó - và giá vé có thể bị đẩy lên cao.

Pünktliche Abfahrt und Ankunft nur knapp verspätet. Wasser und kleiner Snack inklusive. Nicht zu kalt klimatisiert. Hält in Chiang Rai erst an Bus Terminal 2 und dann an Bus Terminal 1.

The driver does makes stops on arrival in Chiang rai but doesn’t inform the passengers. Also no English when we asked where exactly we were.

A long drive but I slept for the most part. Stopped 3 or 4 times in total and 2 meals are included. You get a blanket which is nice. Seats go pretty far back and are comfortable. There is also a usb-port for charging your phone. 24 hours are over before you know it.

The toilet wasn't work but was opened. And the bus hasn't stopped for almost 4 hours! It smelled bad! Was no soap no antiseptic and people used that not working toilet because they have needs. Awful

Pretty decent for the price. We departed and arrived on time. Bus was comfy and not overcrowded. Toilets weren’t the cleanest when we stopped off at various places but it was to be expected, so not necessarily a negative.

We selected seats together during online booking that where not respected. We had five seats all spread over 4 rows. Meaning our kids from 11 and 9 yo had to sit all alone next to a stranger for 4 hours.

Calling it a VIP Bus is for sure exaggerated. There is no plug-in to charge your phone, the TV in front of every seat it not working and the air con is turned to about 10 degrees. I brought a Hoodie already; some people seemed to know and had blankets with them. What is the point of turning it that low? I think everyone on the bus was freezing and feeling uncomfortable. Furthermore, none of the staff spoke English or any other of the 5 languages I speak. Don´t choose your seat online because some seem to be window seats but they are not. The size of seat was okay. But again; nothing VIP like.

The Departure time can be every hour so that When we arrive in Chiangmai airport , we can take taxi direct to bus terminal. no need to wait at bus station for a few hour.
Bcoz i realise the timing for after trip------1.00pm , 2.00pm , 5.00pm or 5.45pm .

Der Bus fuhr für thailändische Verhältnisse pünktlich ab. Dennoch waren wir erst 20 Minuten nach der Zeit am Zielpunkt. Es gab Verpflegung an Bord und eine Toilette. Zum Glück war es von Chiang Rai nach Chiang Mai nicht wieder so kalt an Bord.

People at check in, I made a mistake by booking and nobody was ready to listen to me ( the only thing I heard was : ticket not refundable however it was just something like “inverse the trip Chiang Mai - Chiang Rai to Chiang Rai - Chiang Mai ) .
Bad experience with your company and I will never take the green bus line again .

The bus driver and assistant did not attempt to communicate with us (English speakers) as to how long the stops would be. The bus actually started to pull out without me. We were only 2 non Asians on the bus and I have blond hair. It would not have been hard to determine I wasn't here.

Quick 3 hour ride from CM to CR. Comfortable ride and temperature setting. Speed was according to the traffic flow. Driver had to drop off a tour group in advance at terminal 2, and did not understand what he meant , next stop, next stop until later. Like booking through 12Go with assigned seat.

The booking system with 12goAsia is so easy to use and they are extremely professional and prompt with communication. The bus ride itself was Very comfortable. Water bottle and cake snack given free. Stopped every two hours for toilet break, but there's also a toilet at the back of the bus. We upgraded to the VIP seats which were better than a plane! Legrest, long recline and super wide.

Viaje rápido y sin retrasos pese a que la carretera está en obras y hay grandes tramos sin asfaltar.
Dentro del bus te dan alcohol para desinfectar y una botella de agua para beber.
Es conveniente llevar una sudadera x el fresco que hace por el aire acondicionado.
Al llegar al destino un chico te saca las maletas del maletero. Recomendable.
