- Thường sẽ có các loại vé tàu khác nhau để bạn chọn phù hợp nhất với nhu cầu, từ giá vé tàu, mức độ tiện nghi, thời gian di chuyến và giờ chạy tàu.
- Đặt vé online để tiết kiệm thời gian - và đối với một vài tuyến mua vé trước là bất buộc. Lý do là vé có thể hết rất sớm vào cuối tuần hoặc kỳ nghỉ lễ. Đặc biệt là nếu hành trình của bạn chỉ có vài chuyến khởi hành trong ngày, bạn cần đặt vé trước ít nhất vài ngày.

Đôi khi một tuyến đường đi bằng tàu cao tốc có thể bị ngừng khai thác vài ngày vì bão. The price should have included transport from the pier or at least gave some instructions related to that, instead of having somebody selling us the mini bus transfer inside the boat.

Of course nothing is going to be polished but that’s what you pay even though the price was low the staff in and out of the boat were all helpful and kind, we set off 12 mins late which for 450 baht is pretty spot on if you ask me thank you to all the staff and 12go for helping with the trip !

Efficace rapide
Tout est très bien organisé.
Sur le bateau une dame nous a demandé où nous allions.. C était pour ma part à l aéroport de phuket.. Je m inquietais justement de mon transfert. Tout est prévu avec des minibus par dizaine qui attendent pour la destination choisie.
Je suis épatée de leur efficacité.. Tous les transports que j ai fait en Thaïlande, avions, bus, bateaux, taxi,... Tout est facilité pour les touristes.. Bravo aux thaïlandais on a des leçons à apprendre d eux...

Je met trois étoiles car le ferry était très sale et que des personnes cuisinées du poisson a l’intérieur je vous dit pas l’odeur donc si je paye un ferry ce n’ai pas pour sentir la friture à l’arrivée ????

Nous avons fait appel à ce site pour deux déplacements, en février 2020, entre Kao Sok et Ko Muk et entre Phi Phi et Phuket aéroport. Cela revient plus cher que si on avait tout pris sur place mais on a tout réservé directement de France et on a pas eu à chercher sur place avec trois enfants. Tout c'est bien déroulé. Les chauffeurs et bateaux étaient bien présents.

For getting baggage off the ferry, some direction would make it smoother. Instead of just a free for all. 1 level at a time, with 1 aisle going up to bags & 1 leaving the ferry with bags. Otherwise a good experience

Fähre legte pünktlich ab und kam mit etwas Verspätung an. Hat uns nichts ausgemacht und dafür war die Fahrt selbst wirklich sehr angenehm. Das Personal war sehr nett + hilfsbereit und hat mit dem Kinderwagen und Gepäck geholfen. Zudem wurden in der Fähre für den Transfer vom Pier zum Hotel Taxi-Fahrten (Sammeltaxi für immer 8 Personen) angeboten. Bei uns war es für eine 25-minütige Strecke (13 km) 150 baht pro Person. Rein äußerlich betrachtet und der abgenutzten Innenausstattung entsprechend, hat die Fähre sicherlich schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel. Aber uns hat das nicht gestört und sind sicher angekommen :)

Everything went well. The instructions were not very clear all the time because of lack of language. The guys at the pier and on the boat are really helpfull with the luggage. Only the older lady at the point where we exchanged the digital to paper ticket was very annoyed. You can't ask her something because she reacts very annoyed.

Was great easy to find. Staff was professional lots of seats in the ferry, smooth ride! Only downside was the ac wasn’t working and it was pretty warm. Hard to sleep but none the less worth it for the price you pay! Would travel with them again ! Tvs aswell were nice !

It was really efficient. 2 men from the ferry company greeted us from our taxi and helped us get our bags out of the car. They showed us where to check in and the whole process onto the boat was smooth. We were given a coloured sticker so the staff could clearly see we were getting on the right boat.

Der Transfer war gut. Nur nervt es, wenn dass Personal an Bord Ausflüge und Transfers verkaufen möchte. Schwimmwesten waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Ebenso waren die Rettungsinseln erst geprüft worden. Getränke an Bord sind günstig.

Nothing to write home about really.. one tip I would like to give: if you buy your ticket on board the boat (from phi phi to Krabi) for the trip from Krabi pier to railay beach / ao nang beach for 150 baht, don't get scammed on you way out buy guys tryIng to convince you need to pay extra. Sounds trivial but the can get quite sneaky.. be warned!

We were picked up at 13:08 (was suppose to be 13:00 but after reading previous reviews I knew that the taxi would not be running exactly to time.
The driver helped us with our bag and the taxi had good air conditioning and was comfortable despite being full of other passengers.
The driver showed us where to go once we arrived the ferry pier and the process was straightforward.

Easy to navigate the checkin procedure at Tonsai Pier thanks to helpful staff. Ferry ride itself was smooth and comfortable. Appreciated having bags with us, instead of piled up the front of the boat like other companies do.

The pickup and dropoff was comfortable.it was a big boat so there was a lot of room. You can enjoy the views from the deck. They have facility for refreshments too. Just keep a check on your belongings and don't leave them at the boat.
