Excellent. Boonsiri is the best bus travel agency in South East Asia. The bus leaves at 5 am at Boonsiri office near Khao San Road, which is the only negative part (I cannot stand Kao San Road) and you just have to be there at 4.10 am for check in. You get a bottle of water, banan bread muffin and 1 free meal before taking the ferry.

We had to drive in een taxi between the ferry and the big bus to Bangkok which was waiting for us more than half hour drive from the ferry. I was traveling alone as 50 year plus woman. I had to sit on the smallest seat in the big bus in the middle completely at the back of the bus. Squeezed between 2 guys. because there were no normal seats left.I could only sit if I leaned forward. The seats in the back of the bus were also not possible to adjust. The youngsters on the bus came in the bus and picked all as quickly as possible the best spots, specially younger couples don’t realize these things. nobody stood up halfway the trip to swap places. I went to the driver but the bus was fully booked. So my trip was disappointing if you see al these youngsters sleeping with the chair fully comfortable. The company should not sell this chair, maybe for children but not for adults. And give the people a chair number with their booking. After this bus trip I had a flight to Europe and had a little hope before the flight to sleep a bit. If I had normal seat this would have been better.

Everything would be perfect if not murder air condition! It was like a freezer. We asked driver few times to make it lower, but no resualt. We all sick now! So take winter clothes for this travell. Is so stupid to use AC so stront! All bus was weard like in mountains!

Das Personal war freundlich und Auskunftsbereit. Alle Fragen wurden zur Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Der Bus war komfortable, der Fahrer war umsichtig und fuhr immer sicher. Der Umstieg auf die Minibusse am Fährhafen war gut organisiert. Lediglich der Zustand der Fähre war nicht vertrauenserweckend. Insgesamt eine sehr zufriedenstellende Fahrt.

Die Qualität und das Alter der Fähre sind nichr nur im europäischen sondern auch im thailändischen Sinne absolut erbärmlich. Die Fähre ist derart verrostet dass sie beinahe auseinander bricht.

Ехали с ко куда на ко Чанг . Прямо на сайте в графе место указала Отель, из которого нас надо было забрать. Такси приехало с задержкой в 5 минут, то есть во время????. Помог загрузить и выгрузить вещи . На пирсе несколько сотрудников следили, чтобы каждый уехал именно на том пароме, какой нужен. С моей стороны не было никаких звонков и напоминаний о себе - все вовремя. Я довольна! Спасибо)

Der Schalter ist sehr leicht zu finden. Er ist sehr gut mit Werbebanner und Schildern zu erkennen. Direkt rechts bevor das Pier betreten wird. Die freundliche Dame hatte unsere Online bestellten Tickets bereits in Papierform vorliegen und gab sie uns. Sie gab uns die Hälfte des Tickets. Die Fähre liegt am Ende des Piers rechts. Der Herr dort hatte das komplette Ticket erwartet. Nach dem wir erklärten das die Dame am Schalter das Ticket bereits entwertet hatte ließ er uns ohne Problem durch. Die Fähre ist sauber und schnell. Das Personal ist freundlich. Grüße Klaus

Firstly, bus was broken and it was really really uncomfortable. Then we got a new and a better bus. The information was unclear because we sat at the back and didnt hear at all what the stuardess was talking about. Also was a big mess in cheking into the ferry. In the koh kut was hard to understand how and where we should go.

Our booking experience with 12goAsia was excellent. Information on the site is clear, the booking process is easy, the confirmation arrives very fast. However. we were picked up from our hotel half an hour earlier than indicated. You may want to put on the confirmation that the pickup time is flexible both ways.

В целом, нормально, если спокойно относитесь к задержкам рейсов и не боитесь ездить на старом пароме (спасжилеты есть). За неимением другого, как бюджетный вариант поездки - вполне хорошо, буду пользоваться.

Bus left promptly at 5am, we missed the early morning BKK traffic which was nice. One toilet stop for 5min at around 9am although their is a toilet on the bus. The seat was comfortable, some travelers seemed to be getting cold from the Airconditioning. Easy transfer from the bus onto a smaller car/bus in Trat - for a 5min drive down to the peer. The boonsiri boat was very new and comfortable. Made it on time to koh kood. Excellent service.

Bon voyage, juste un bémol sur le van, qui n'était pas très sécurisant, nous avons eu l'impression que les freins étaient vraiment usagés, ce qui nous a valu quelques frayeurs. Sinon nous sommes arrivés 1h plus tôt que prévu, personnel gentil. Merci encore une fois.

Too early check in,and even started 20-30 minutes later,because not all ppl came in time.But the trip was ok. Слишком ранний чек-ин,и даже пришлось ждать ещё опаздывающих людей 20-30 минут,но в целом поездка прошло хорошо.

Die Fähre (welche nicht high speed war) fuhr 20 min zu früh ab. Am fähranleger mussten wir dann noch gut 45 rumsitzen und warten. Der Bus war.. OK.. Eher alt aber OK. Was aber wirklich schrecklich war, ist das der Bus anscheinet keine Federung hatte. Man ist bei guter Straße dennoch wirklich durchgeschüttelt worden! Und es roch fast durchgehen nach Urin.. Sehr unangenehm - nicht nochmal

First, there was no ferry from Koh Samet to the mainland. The informatikn we got, that there was an accident with the ferry. No one from the ferry Organisation was there so we has to book new ferry tickets. At the mainland the office was closed and also there was no represantitiv from the company. After some searching and phonecalls we find one. After appr. 30 min waiting time, we boarded the minivan. At nearly the half of the has to change from the minivan to a big Bus. After another hour of driving we had to change the bus again... to an minivan. That van takes us to the pier.... Holy crab what a mess of an pier. Old, dirty... but the best was the bus from "office" to the boat. If drive with this bus you can an opportunity how it feels to be in an warzone. I NEVER see such an damaged bus before in my whole live. No windows, wooden sheets to sit on, rusty, dirty and you could see from the back of the bus through the front part of the bus into the sky.... Unbelievable that an company us this garbage heap to transport their clients.

The boat from Center Point Pier to the mainland left with a delay of 45 mn. Then the bus from Trat to Bangkok left with a delay of 20 mn and we finally arrived in Khao San Road with a delay of one hour. No water and no snack were given in the bus as usual before departure.

El trayecto en autobus hasta Trat se nos paso muy rápido, la verdad que fue muy agradable y el autobus muy comodo con aire acondicionado. Es verdad que cuando se llega a Trat para coger el ferry parece todo muy caótico pero hay un orden y funciona aunque a nosotros nos parezca confuso. Una vez se llega a trat hay que pasar por ventanilla y enseñar nuestros billetes donde nos daran unas pegatinas con el nombre de la isla a la que vamos, una para nosotros y otra para la maleta. Luego nos meten a todos en una especie de carro de transporte con las maletas y nos llevan al muelle para coger el ferry. Los que viajen a Koh kood una vez llegen a la isla boonsiri les incluye el taxi a su alojamiento en el billete pero los que viajen a Koh Mak no, aqui habra unos taxis llamados songthaew en los que caben 10 personas y por 50 baht por persona te llevan a tu hotel. La verdad que todo es muy simple y facil. Nosotros la vuelta a Bangkok la hicimos en avion pensando que sería mas rápido pero cuando hicimos cuentas en los tiempos de espera que hicimos en el aeropuerto de trat, la recogida de maleta en Bangkok (55 minutos!!) y la hora en taxi en hora punta del aeropuerto al hotel...Hubieramos llegado mas o menos a la misma hora y hubiera sido mucho mas agradable y relajante haber cogido el bus de vuelta. Nosotros reservamos Boonsiri a traves de la agencia 12goasia y la verdad que genial, me acuerdo que tuve un par de preguntas despues de hacer la reserva y me contestaron en menos de 24 horas, muy competentes. Creo que merece la pena comentar que el hotel Tanee place en Bangkok esta justo al lado de donde sale el autobus de Boonsiri, teniendo en cuenta que sale a las 5am y que hay que estar una hora antes...Es bastante practico. Nosotros nos alojamos una noche, en una habitacion doble superior, con aire acondicionado, baño y balcon. La habitacion era pequeña pero muy limpia y todo funcionando correctamente. Espero que os haya servido....Buen viaje!!

Все прошло просто замечательно! Во время выехали, на большом комфортно басе. В дорогу дали бутылочку воды и пару пачек орешек :-) все очень доброжелательные и милые! Приехали во время, около часа дня были уже в своём номере. Супер!
