Excellent way to travel between Bangkok and Koh Kood. Seamless. Nice simple lunch provided. You can buy rolls for breakfast at the coffee shop where you check in. Highly recommended

Van koh rong naar koh chang is een heeeele lange reis en je wisselt 6-7 keer van vervoer. Maar de overdracht gaat iedere keer heel soepel en alleen de bus was heel oud en slecht en de wegen aan Cambodja waren deels niet te doen (bijelkaar 3 uur ongeveer). De boottochten waren perfect en fijn!

The journey was organised smoothly. 2 days before the trip, the Boonsiri office contacted the hotel we needed to be picked up from and told us when the taxi would arrive. She replied immediately, asked where the office was located after the ferry ride, sent a picture on Whatsapp of where to look. We have used Boonsiri 3 times, everything is perfect. Recommended!!!

Die Reise hat 2 Stunden länger gedauert, als angegeben. Und wir mussten mit all unseren Koffern noch zusätzlich in ein andren Bus umsteigen, was auch nicht angegeben war. Mit 2 Kindern war das sehr umständlich und anstrengend.

Wir wurden früher als vereinbart im Hotel abgeholt um dann mehr als eine Stunde verspätet mit der Fähre abzulegen. Das waren ca. 2 Stunden von Abholung bis Abfahrt die mit warten verbracht werden mussten. Wenn man in Koh Chang ankommt, muss man zunächst ein ganzes Stück laufen, es ist nicht sofort ersichtlich wo man hin muss um seinen Hotel Transfer zu bekommen. Bis auf diese Punkte, verlief der Transport an sich reibungslos.

Trotz 30 Minuten früherer Abfahrt zu spät an der Fähre angekommen. Durften dann nochmal 1,5 Stunden warten. Organisation war eine Katastrophe. Anstatt das man ein Ticket bekommt und am Ziel auf die Taxis aufgeteilt wird muss man sich umständlich vor der Fähre registrieren. Deswegen war die Fähre dann weg

Ich versuche vergeblich die Hotline telefonisch zu erreichen, um meine Pick-up Time für den Hotel Transfer zu erfragen und mein Hotel zu ändern (laut Voucher soll es gehen), aber niemand geht seit Tagen ans Telefon. Der Kundensupport verweist per Mail auch nur auf die Hotline und kann nicht weiterhelfen... tja, dann kann ich nur hoffen, dass es irgendwie klappt...

Sehr wenig Kommunikation, wurden 8min vor Abfahrt beim Pier rausgeschmissen; haben da nur durch Zufall gesehen wo wir rein müssen, Tickets bekommen und eine vage Beschreibung, nachdem wir das ewig lange Pier runtergerannt sind wussten wir immer noch nicht genau zu welchem Boot, es ist Nix ausgeschildert und es stand auch niemand dort den man fragen konnte. Auch auf der Fähre haben wir eher durch Zufall mitbekommen dass wir beim ersten halt aussteigen müssen

Von Anfang bis Ende perfekt umgesetzt. Doppeldeckerbus mit viel Platz. Eine kurze Pause von 15 Minuten und kurz vor der Überfahrt am Pier gab's noch ein Lunchpaket. Auf Ko Kut Kut steht dann bereits das Taxi bereit.

Die Fahrt war mit unterschiedlichen Verkehrsmitteln: 1. Reisebus war gleichzeitig Pick-up Bus, was in Siem Reap und Battambang je ca. 1 Stunde extra war. Es wurden regelmäßig Pausen gemacht. Den Grenzübergang haben alle zu Fuß gemacht und sind in Thailand wieder in den gleichen Bus eingestiegen. 2. Trat: kleiner Shuttle zum Ablegesteg. Hier haben wir etwas Wartezeit gehabt und etwas zu Essen bekommen (vegetarisch). 3. Fähre: Hat einwandfrei geklappt. 4. Shuttle zum Hotel: Hat einwandfrei geklappt. —> alles inkludiert

Departure from Pattaya was fine and bus was comfortable and some snacks given. Not sure why we had to change buses onto another one that was not so comfortable and lots of couples had to sit separately as the bus was already pretty full with others. Once we got to the ferry port there was no communication on where to go or what was next, luckily we found someone to ask and was directed to office to get ferry tickets. After what seemed a pointless 45 min wait the group getting the same ferry was all be shouted at to hurry and run to get the ferry, also note the ferry is NOT suitcase friendly. Once on the other side you're greeted with multiple songthaews and lots of shouting. On booking this as it was combined bus, ferry, taxi this was definitely the most chaotic travel day in 10 months of travelling.

Die Sitze in dem kleinen Bus waren soo eng, dass sich die Fahrt mit ständigem Hin- und Her- Gerutsche wirklich sehr lang anfühlt. Die Lehnen gingen nicht zu verstellen, was bei der Enge wohl auch besser so war.

Wir haben im Baasook Resort über eine Stunde vor Abholung gewartet. Vorm Resort war dies nicht möglich, da es genau an eine gut befahren Straße liegt.In einer Kurve !Obwohl schon sehr viele Taxifahrer direkt zum Hotel gekommen sind, ist " unser" Fahrer nicht reingefahren, sondern einfach weiter gefahren. Ohne persönlichen Einsatz der Eigentümerin ,hätten wir es zum Hafen nicht geschafft. Absolut unter der Gürtellinie!!! Alles andere war okay

Unnötig Pausen, die Zeit hätte man auch nutzen können um direkt nach BKK zu fahren. 7.5h ist ziemlich lang für diese Strecke, vor allem wenn man die Pausen eigentlich nicht zwingend machen muss.

Nachdem die Fahrt von Bangkok nach Koh Chang so katastrophal und gefährlich war, hatten wir schon Angst vor der Rückreise nach Bangkok. Aber diese Angst war unbegründet. DER FAHRER WAR SUPER. ES WAR EINE SICHERE ENTSPANNTE FAHRT UND ER WAR AUCH SEHR NETT. VIELEN DANK.

Excellent. Boonsiri is the best bus travel agency in South East Asia. The bus leaves at 5 am at Boonsiri office near Khao San Road, which is the only negative part (I cannot stand Kao San Road) and you just have to be there at 4.10 am for check in. You get a bottle of water, banan bread muffin and 1 free meal before taking the ferry.

Everything went smoothly until we arrived to Koh Chang and the taxi driver refused to take us until more ferries came and his taxi filled or we paid him more, even though we had already paid for transport to the accommodation. Luckily, we called BoonSiri and they called the driver and made him take us.

We had to drive in een taxi between the ferry and the big bus to Bangkok which was waiting for us more than half hour drive from the ferry. I was traveling alone as 50 year plus woman. I had to sit on the smallest seat in the big bus in the middle completely at the back of the bus. Squeezed between 2 guys. because there were no normal seats left.I could only sit if I leaned forward. The seats in the back of the bus were also not possible to adjust. The youngsters on the bus came in the bus and picked all as quickly as possible the best spots, specially younger couples don’t realize these things. nobody stood up halfway the trip to swap places. I went to the driver but the bus was fully booked. So my trip was disappointing if you see al these youngsters sleeping with the chair fully comfortable. The company should not sell this chair, maybe for children but not for adults. And give the people a chair number with their booking. After this bus trip I had a flight to Europe and had a little hope before the flight to sleep a bit. If I had normal seat this would have been better.

Everything would be perfect if not murder air condition! It was like a freezer. We asked driver few times to make it lower, but no resualt. We all sick now! So take winter clothes for this travell. Is so stupid to use AC so stront! All bus was weard like in mountains!
