Driver was on time with the pickup, stopped for restroom as we requested, and helped us load/unload our luggages. Although we ordered an SUV, we ended up getting a luxury van instead that allowed us to adjust our seats and put our feet up. Overall, the ride was quick and comfortable.

Private Transportation is the best, no going to the airport or bus station, no loading and unloading, no silly stops unless you want them.

All great and very friendly driver. The 12Go estimate was 5 hours for a drive between Bangkok BKK and Koh Chang even though Google Maps said 6 hours, and unsurprisingly that's how much it actually took – beware with connections and double check.

Everything was great. 12go support replied relatively fast. We ordered baby seat and paid additionally via link 1 day before the trip. The car arrived in advance and waited for us. The driver was very pleasant and supportive with everything, he made 2 stopps when we asked to feed the baby. We use this service for the 2nd time and are very satisfied with it. Our trip was pleasant and comfortable

I stuffed up and booked the wrong day ! When I got to the airport and there was no driver to meet me , I rang the office and within 15 minutes a taxi had been arranged to take me to my destination ( a 45 minute ride ). So what could have been a disaster was averted.
