  • Vé xe khách thường rẻ. Giá xe có thể hơi cao đối với hạng VIP, nhưng nếu bạn muốn mua vé giá rẻ, xe khách vẫn là lựa chọn hàng đầu.
  • Ngoài ra, có rất nhiều hạng xe để phù hợp với nhu cầu và chi phí. Nếu bạn muốn một hành trình thực sự thoải mái, di chuyển bằng xe khách cũng hoàn toàn có thể đáp ứng được điều đó.

Nhược điểm của đi xe khách:

  • Bến xe của các chuyến xe liên tỉnh có thể nằm xa trung tâm. Có nghĩa là bạn cần tính thêm thời gian và chi phí để di chuyển đến địa điểm văn phòng xe. Trong một vài trường hợp, di chuyển đến bến xe có thể đắt hơn bạn nghĩ, bởi vì đôi khi chỉ có một vài nhà xe được phép khai thác tuyến đó - và giá vé có thể bị đẩy lên cao.
  • Vào cuối tuần hoặc mùa cao điểm, vé xe khách đi đến các điểm thu hút khách du lịch có thể hết vé toàn bộ lịch trình xe, và bạn sẽ cần phải đặt vé trước từ sớm.
  • Đi xe khách không bị phụ thuộc vào thời tiết như đi phà/ tàu cao tốc, nhưng xe có thể khởi hành muộn hoặc thậm chí bị huỷ vì yếu tố thời tiết hoặc điều kiện đường xá - hãy lưu ý điều này nếu bạn di chuyển vào một mùa hay tới một địa điểm nhất định.

Did not get to chose seat and got stuck on the bottom bunks last row. All the other seats seamed fine but if you get stuck in these last 2 it will be pretty miserable. Every other seat/bed actually reclines flat to make it a bed but these last two are smaller than every other seat and also don’t even get close to reclining flat. You will be stuck in an uncomfortable position for a long 5 hour + ride.

The main issue with this bus ride from Sa Pa to Ha Giang was, unfortunately, the staff. While the 11 AM departure time was convenient and the bus itself was clean and comfortable, it’s hard to relax when the crew is kind of noisy. The co-driver was sometimes watching TikTok videos, taking phone calls, and chatting with the driver in a way that felt louder than necessary. In a sleeper bus, it should be obvious that passengers are looking for some quiet (although my bud was during day time, but still). Unfortunately, this is pretty much the same with any other bus company in Vietnam. Other than that, the bus was well-equipped, and there was even a USB-C port, though it didn’t charge my MacBook Air (30W), so maybe it wasn’t real Power Delivery. Despite some traffic, we arrived on time, and they dropped us off directly at our hostel in Ha Giang, which was a nice touch. Still, for a service-based company, the lack of consideration for the passenger experience is only Vietnam average. Update: They contacted me and apologized for the inconvenience of the louder staff members. I took another ride from Ha Giang to Hanoi with them a few days after and the bus ride was very enjoyable, no loud staff members. So I'm hoping that they communicate this with their staff better that the base requirement should be that they are as quiet as possible during the bus ride.

It was pretty good. Except when we arrived at ha giang, they put us in a smaller bus and didn’t tell what we where going to do… so we drove 1 hour around to drop everybody off at there stay. Meanwhile our stay was the closet to the bus stop. They couldn’t speak English so it was difficult to communicate

Picked up from our accommodation and brought to where our bus departed, we were pleasantly surprised to travel on a sleeper bus where we could lie down. Nice and convenient not having to get off the bus when crossing over on the ferry.

We booked our trip from sapa to hai giang and we didn’t had the best journey at all. Employees are rude. We booked for a departure at 11am, the company asked us to be here a 10:20. They wanted to leave super early, stressing us out and speeding you into the bus. We left at 10:40. We stopped no more than 20 min later, the staff went out and bought fruits at the market for another 20min… We ended up arriving at a another bus station and they transferred us to a minibus that dropped us at the right arrival destination 1h later. The only good point is that the WiFi is working well and you have assistance on WhatsApp.

I have health problems and I can't hold back for more than 2/3 hours. I warned the driver before getting on the bus, he said no problem. I had to ask 2 times to stop because it was more than 2/3 hours and the driver was annoyed and didn't want to. He finally accepted after several insistent requests. This is not normal.

The company was very accommodating in picking us up directly from our hotel, and the bus staff were very friendly. However, it was a brand new bus; my seat hadn't been cleaned by the previous passenger, their blanket was still a mess, along with their food scraps. Furthermore, for a new bus, the quality was questionable: there was no Wi-Fi, some USB ports didn't work, and some air conditioning vents were broken. And to top it all off, the driver only made one stop during the six-hour journey, even though we had told him we needed to use the restroom, and one of the passengers was sick.

The bus left at 4:20 PM instead of 5:00 PM, but the communication beforehand about this change was good, and we arrived in Ha Giang at the scheduled time. We had a 30-minute stop during the journey to use the toilet and have dinner. Afterwards, the driver asked for the addresses of our hotels and dropped us off directly there.

Road conditions are very poor and I recommend to take pills for motion sickness if you are not good at it. They even dropped me off at hotel that I didn’t expect.

We could easily arrange pick up near our homestay. Even an employee showed up to check if everything worked well. Sleeping bus is not for tall people but comfortable and comfortable to travel.

First experience for us in a night sleeping bus, it was very good. Trip from Ninh Binh to Ha Giang. Comfortable and clean, good drive (as it can be in Vietnam). They give water bottle. No people sleeping on the floor (as I read somewhere). Left us directly at the homestay. I recommend it.

We have reserved 2 place in front of the bus but places were busy. We are placed at last places at the back of the bus. The places were very small and for 6 hours travel it’s very very inconfortable when you are 1.8 m tall . I’ll never book to with BANG PHAN company

Left and arrived on time. Were told 2 bathroom breaks, but was only 1 after the first two hours of driving (out of 7!). Multiple people asked the driver for a stop, that never happened and were told “20 minutes” or “no english” at those requests. Sleeperbeds were quite short, but all very clean

Clean bus. Punctual and arrived at the destination on time. Supportive and funny conductor. I left my jacket on the bus and they kindly deposited it at their city office for me to collect it! Valuable in the jacket pocket was untouched!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this bus company. During a 5-hour journey we were given only one toilet break, which is far from sufficient. The drivers talked loudly, laughed, and kept honking the horn repeatedly throughout the ride, making it impossible to rest. The driving style was extremely aggressive, and there were no seat belts available, which made the trip feel unsafe. This was supposed to be a sleeper bus for long-distance travel, but with all the noise and reckless driving, getting any sleep was absolutely impossible. Overall, it was a complete joke. I do not recommend this company at all.

Got the two lower beds all the way in the back, which are very small. Especially when you’re 190cm long. Transfer was messy. We had to wait more than two in a completely dark bus without AC in a parking lot. Without anyone telling us why. The transfer sleeper van Haiphong to Catba was 3 rows of beds without cabins and it was pretty smelly. We arrived 2 hours later than expected.
