Bến xe buýt (rất nhỏ) rất dễ tìm và nhân viên trong "văn phòng" rất hữu ích và hiệu quả trong việc xác nhận đặt chỗ và thông báo chỗ ngồi của chúng tôi, mặc dù chúng tôi không có bản in đặt chỗ (chỉ hiển thị trên điện thoại). Xe buýt rất sạch sẽ. Chỗ ngồi thoải mái. Họ không mở nhạc lớn (hoan hô!) Và khi tôi yêu cầu giảm âm lượng xuống nữa vào lúc nửa đêm, người soát vé vui vẻ chấp nhận. Xe dừng dọc đường để đón (và trả) khách nhưng ai cũng đã ổn định chỗ ngồi. Nhìn chung, đó là một trải nghiệm suôn sẻ và tốt đẹp.

Đó là một chiếc xe buýt rất thoải mái. Nó dừng lại dọc đường để đón và trả khách, nhưng họ vẫn đến đích cuối cùng kịp thời.

Express nakagay pero hindi xa express. Sửa lỗi cho tôi nếu tôi sai, pag sinabing express got sa TPLEX dumaan db? Partas tại công ty xe buýt ibang pag nak nakagay express, TpLeX daan.

The bus was clean, however, it was not a comfortable ride. You cannot sleep while travelling. Every time the bus stops, you'll be awaken. Grabe mka break ang driver and it was not a smooth ride.

The bus left on time. The bus crews are kind and respectful Our trip is cool. That's why we chose Aniceto bus again on our way back to Manila. We will prefer Aniceto Bus again on our next travel. Thank you.

Clean Confortable No toilet Not so cold Not noisy Arrived 1h in advance

No hassle booking. It was still within the peak season due to holidays, but I was able to score a seat for two. I got the confirmation w/in 24hrs. Fastest and easiest way to booked ticket. Well recommended.

Cool AC, fast driving and we even got 2hours earlier on our destination.

Clean new bus from Manila to Vigan City, left on time, arrived 2 hours early. Air con was very cold, but I guess that is normal in the Philippines

Crew very sympatic

Our first bus ride in PH. They ran on time. It was very clean. The space was just average. It was just really cold and they had to pick up people at different stops so the lights coming on and off did not help.

This was the first bus I took in the Philippines so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was ok. It left on time and arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected, which was impressive. It was clean, they had received my booking with no problem, and I had a double seat to myself. The aircon was turned up super high, which I understand is quite normal (so bring layers!) My biggest problem was that they played loud music throughout the entire journey, despite it being a night bus which was travelling 9:30pm-6am. Everyone was trying to sleep but they kept the lights on and played loud music. I had an eyemask and good earplugs but it still didn't help. I understand if the driver wants to listen to music, but on overnight journeys I think it would be kinder for him to use earphones or only have it on a small personal device at the front of the bus. Also be aware that the seats are very shiny so I found it difficult to keep my position whilst trying to sleep! But overall it was fine and I would probably use them again.

Comfortable seats kahit first class seats lang. Very accomodating mga drivers and konduktor. We had a nice trip thumbs up!

It was a comfortable bus with airco, so bring something warm.... Our trip was perfect, we left on time and we arrived 1 minute before shedule in Manila. There were 2 stops, the first ons was short to use a restroom. The second stop was about 20-30 minuten, to use the restroom or to buy some drinks or food.

Shoutout to Ms. Maymay (the bus line's operator I think & I hope I remembered her name correctly) for being so considerate. We weren't able to ride the bus going to Vigan due to some glitches, hence we didn't get to use our tickets. And yet, Ms. Maymay considered our request and allowed us to still use our tickets on our way back to Manila. To Aniceto Bus Line, thanks again for the patience and quality service! :)

Why do buses from Manila have to be this cold? Just enough to make the passengers comfortable would have been better. Around 22-24C would have been fine. The bus was also very fast. I think it exceeded the speed limit for national highways.

The bus was good but I cannot get the ticket till 6pm (my leaving time was 11pm) so I was really confused

Bus is getting passengers along the way. They are sitting passengers in the middle of the bus. :(

We are able to reach our destination safe and sound the only problem is that the schedule of departure was delayed this is due to bus is coding and saw that all the 3 buses present in vigan is coding (tuesday) so from 7am we are able to depart at 7:35amand reach our destination at 8.00pm but all in all are good.

Very flexible and helpful staff. I got a date wrong on my ticket booking and they allowed me to change it without a charge. Very smooth comfortable service too

I arrived earlier than the scheduled time. The air conditioner was a bit overkill and it was cold.

In general, it was not bad and not good. However if will go to a long trip such as from Manila to Vigan, its get tired get. Because the sheet of the Bus had not comfortable and small space than other bus line. Further, inside Bus, it was huge cold temperater. Why must be so cold ? My schedule was night drive also its Dec. Not so cold to out side. But everyone had to good jacket and etc. My suggestion, it will be just set up to around 24℃. if it do that, our customer will be happy. Many thanks.

I have no other choice for the bus availability sched except this. Upon booking there are no choices for seat. The bus has a bad smell. The driver runs the bus fast as if there are no passengers.

The bus is nice! New and clean but i don't like the driving. That's why I gave only 3 star. The driver can't control the brakes slowly, its making a sudden stop and it made me nauseous.
