  • Di chuyển bằng xe khách rất dễ dàng - không cần phải đến bến xe trước giờ khởi hành quá lâu, và thủ tục để lên xe thường rất nhanh chóng, trái với di chuyển bằng máy bay.
  • Vé xe khách thường rẻ. Giá xe có thể hơi cao đối với hạng VIP, nhưng nếu bạn muốn mua vé giá rẻ, xe khách vẫn là lựa chọn hàng đầu.
  • Ngoài ra, có rất nhiều hạng xe để phù hợp với nhu cầu và chi phí. Nếu bạn muốn một hành trình thực sự thoải mái, di chuyển bằng xe khách cũng hoàn toàn có thể đáp ứng được điều đó.

Nhược điểm của đi xe khách:

  • Bến xe của các chuyến xe liên tỉnh có thể nằm xa trung tâm. Có nghĩa là bạn cần tính thêm thời gian và chi phí để di chuyển đến địa điểm văn phòng xe. Trong một vài trường hợp, di chuyển đến bến xe có thể đắt hơn bạn nghĩ, bởi vì đôi khi chỉ có một vài nhà xe được phép khai thác tuyến đó - và giá vé có thể bị đẩy lên cao.
  • Vào cuối tuần hoặc mùa cao điểm, vé xe khách đi đến các điểm thu hút khách du lịch có thể hết vé toàn bộ lịch trình xe, và bạn sẽ cần phải đặt vé trước từ sớm.
  • Đi xe khách không bị phụ thuộc vào thời tiết như đi phà/ tàu cao tốc, nhưng xe có thể khởi hành muộn hoặc thậm chí bị huỷ vì yếu tố thời tiết hoặc điều kiện đường xá - hãy lưu ý điều này nếu bạn di chuyển vào một mùa hay tới một địa điểm nhất định.

Everything was perfect! The staff is very nice and they care about all passengers. You don’t pay much money for a long way and even get a coupon for a free meal in the break and after a dessert in the bus:)

The conditions in the bus was good enough. But I propose to state in your pdf voucher the exact point of arrival, maybe with a visible map. The visible map would also be helpful when indicating the start point. You take a paper sheet and everything is clear. Also would be helpful to produce while boarding only the screen shot of the voucher, or even simply a number with the owner's passport.

VIP ticket was so much better than expected! Reclining massage seats, 2 USB ports at each seat, stopped half way through for dinner, which was included, and snacks and water provided. Very comfortable and smooth ride and even arrived a half an hour early.

I'm very impressed, much better travel experience than what I had 8 years ago with other busses. from all the available water bottles to coffee and snacks, even a free meal ticket and comfortable bus that wasn't packed. I would have given 5 stars had there been a bit more organization during departure and not stopping for lunch at 2am, which seemed quite unnecessary. I even got a phone call prior to departure to make sure I was with the Group. The ride was mostly smooth as well, and the bus very clean and new looking, even had USB chargers.

I was very impressed with the service here. I was nervous about riding a bus in SE asia with everything that I've heard. From the start they offered me water, and a waiting room and came and got us for boarding. The ride included a meal, water and a snack. It was a very comfortable ride, I will definetly go through this company for future trips. There were no hiccups or delays.

Sehr angenehme Fahrt und nette Fahrer. Der Bus war zwar nicht mega luxuriös jedoch total ausreichend und für den Preis OK. Lediglich die Klimaanlage war sehr kalt eingestellt und konnte auch nicht ausgeschaltet werden, weshalb viele Passagiere die Nacht über sehr gefroren haben.

Everything went well. The 12go Asia team in Bangkok managed everything and we allways knew what we have to do or where we have to go. The express bus was ok, a bit too little space for me (1,90m +).

ทุกอย่างโดยดีรวมนะ แต่ว่า ไวไฟก้อไม่มี ถือว่าไม่เปงไร ส่วนอาหารบุฟเฟต์ ไม่ระเบียบ และ ส่วนผ้าห่ม ยิ่งไม่โอเคค่ะ เพราะ ด้ายหลุดติดเสื้อผ้ามาเต็มเร๊ยยยย อย่างน้อยดูแล ปรับปรุงให้มากขึ้นนะค่ะ

The tickets are chosen were the last possible opportunity to get the trip, so the comfort of the busses was premium as the sits. There was an inconvenience regarding the forgotten back ticket what wasn’t sent to the requested email. But a manager rapidly corrected the situation.

Das angekündigte Wifi war im Bus nicht vorhanden. Die Fahrt war eine der komfortabelsten Varianten in Thailand eine lange Strecke zu bewältigen. Im Gegensatz zum Nachtzug nur zu empfehlen, auch wenn wir sehr skeptisch waren und gerne nochmal den Zug genommen hätten.

Autant 12go est un service de billeterie très pratique afin de réserver des Bus VIP d'autres compagnies thaïes de très bonne qualité, ce que je fais courrament par leur intermédiaire, autant la qualité de leurs propres Bus, pour les lignes orchestrées par eux mêmes, passé le premier contact très positif de la vue de l'engin flambant "neuf" et l'intérieur au top ! est nettement de qualité moindre. Quand on voit ce que proposent les autres compagnies thaïes en Bus VIP comme qualité de siège (j'en ai même eu avec un système de massage intégré), avec des tarifs bien moindres, on se demande comment ils ont fait leur compte pour inventer des fauteuils aussi peut accueillants et inconfortables ! De plus, la salle d'attente au siège de la société proche de Hualamphong est une salle sans équipement aucun. Ce qui fait qu'en bon "farang"....tout les touristes non asiatiques se retrouvent affalés comme à leurs habitudes, à même le sol, écroulés sur leurs sacs à dos ! Ça jure un peu pour du VIP ! Quand on connait les salles d'attente des compagnies thaïes, fauteuils, télé....!!! Bref, aller 12go, encore un petit effort ....et on va y arriver. Il y a déjà les hôtesses qui parlent un anglais super correct, ce serait dommage de sombrer dans la médiocrité "khaosan" !

The staff very friendly and helpful, but the bus quite old and the blanket smell really bad ( they put tons of perfume inside its) and the bus wasn’t feel comfortable when u have to travel almost 11 hours in the bus

VIP-Bus hält was er verspricht. Rundum-Sorglospaket. Bildschirm mit Filmen Kopfhörer, Decke, Wasser, Snack und Abendessen, englischsprachige Mitarbeite, ausreichend Platz, sauberes WC, Abfahrtsort in Bangkok direkt beim Hauptbahnhof Hua Lamphong. Fahrt über Nacht. Reise war jeden Cent wert.

The first minivandriver was not very friendly and kind of wild on the road. He picked up a lot of extra people along the way for short distances. Once in phantim office everything went okay and smooth.

The website took time to work it out. Once booked the experience to connect to the bus and ferry was excellent. I have to say that one of the serving staff in the ferry shop was very arrogant and could benefit with some training.

Everything worked well and we reached our destination in time. However, the minibus ride was quite bumpy/hectic, because the driver was switching lines a lot. In addition, we had to wait a rather long time between Ferry and Minibus. I wish the schedule would have been more transparent upfront.
