We stopped without warning so he could eat and smoke, and we collected two parcels which Tool extra time, After 30-50min we were still in da nang. In the end we could have taken the Bus much cheaper and be as fast as with this Taxi… the Seat belt also did Not wirklich in the beginning, i had to work on it for some Time. I dont recommend.

We hadden het gevoel dat de chauffeur behoorlijk voorzichtig reed. Niet te wild, mooi bij de snelheidslimiet. Hij sprak geen Engels, wel jammer. Toen we hem vroegen om andere muziek (was luide disco) veranderde hij deze, top! Hij stopte op de pechstrook omdat hij ‘nodig moest’. Vonden we een beetje jammer voor zo’n korte rit (2,5 uur) In plaats dan even te gaan aan het hotel bij de pick up

Everything was picture perfect. Travel Co ordinator Trang was very helpful and easy to communicate. We arrived earlier than the pickup time even then their drivers were there to pick us up at the entrance of Noi Bai Airport. Vehicles are very spacious and comfortable. Drivers are very cordial and Skillful. Overall Very happy with service. I would highly recommend every coming to Vietnam to use VTS for their Travel Services

Good price and great communication with the travel coordinator. The driver got confused and thought we hadn't paid but this was quickly and easily resolved with the travel coordinator via WhatsApp.

VTS was a fantastic, seemless experience. When you book a car from the other side of the world you can sometimes wonder if the car will turn up.
As soon as we landed in Vietnam there was a message confirming our booking and letting us know where to go to meet the.driver. we were given a bottle of water - much appreciated. Comfy drive, my only feedback is the driving is alot different to that of home...but that's Asia. Thank you so much for looking after us.

Overall a good ride, but the driver stopped on the way to Hanoi at a big overpriced souvenir shop. He asked before if he could stop to eat and we agreed without knowing where we had been.

Very timely driver. And was kind too. What I really didn’t like was he was on phone with speakerphone the entire ride. I didn’t like how whomever was in line heard everything me and my children said. Unprofessional.

Our driver Mr. Hiep picked us up on time or even earlier. He was great company throughout the trip. The drive from Hanoi to Sapa was smooth and comfortable and the car was really comfortable for a long drive. His driving made us feel safe the entire time. Highly recommend! ☺️

We booked a ride from Tam Coc to Sapa. There was 3 of us. I believe the ride was advertised as 6.5 hours. The total trip took 8 hours and was serviced by 2 different vehicles. The first vehicle brought us from Tam Coc to Noi Bai airport where we transferred to a second vehicle to complete the journey to Sapa. So there was some delay in going out of our way for the transfer. We were never told about the transfer until 30 minutes before the transfer took place. The first vehicle was not very comfortable in the back seats as the depth of the seat itself was too short. The second vehicle was very comfortable. Going up the mountain from Lao Cai to Sapa was a bit hair raising as our driver passed several vehicles on what appeared to be blind turns but the turns were mostly very wide and probably safe if the vehicles coming down did not cut the wide corners. On the second leg of this trip the driver had to stop for fuel. Not sure why he did not fill up before the trip. We also stoped once for 25 minutes, and again for 20 minutes. There was construction on the road up the mountain to Sapa where we had to stop and wait for about 15 minutes.
So the thing that I have the most problem with is the lack of communication. I already mentioned one area. Another is that the service company did not confirm to us the ride, and there was no way to contact the company, so we were very nervous about the driver showing up. He was 10 minutes late. That's not bad but I would have liked to have received a message that he was on his way and a message at least the day before from the service company confirming the ride.

Driver was terrible. On the phone for nearly the whole trip and came close to hitting other vehicles. He stopped at Lai Chou to pick up dry cleaning and wandered off for 25 minutes!! Did not tell us where he was going!
Seat belt in back seat was stuck under seat. Asked to stop to fix. He indicated not to worry about it. I had to force him to pull over so I could access the it.
Shit experience and scary.
