Horrible. Worst 7 hours of my life. 1) drive was scheduled from 9a.m to arrive at 2:30pm. We ended up LEAVING HANOI AT 11:00 A.M because the driver had to pickup more people, ARRIVING 4:30PM WHICH DISRUPTED OUR ENTIRE TRIP. Driver did not seem to care or explain the delay. 2) the “Limousine” was disgusting: dirty, smelly, arm rest broken, neck rest broken and extremely uncomfortable. The van smelled like engine exhaust for the entire 7 hour trip, which questions the van’s sanitary condition.

Horrible. The driver got late to hanoi by 2.5 hours. Made many stops all over hanoi before going to his destination. Even booked a taxi for us instead of taking us to opera house and this is afer all his stops all over the area. Horrible experience. I missed my next bus even tough i took a lot of spare time.

Clear pickup instructions via WhatsApp with vehicle plate number however pickup time given was 30mins later than time originally booked but this which wasn’t an issue for us. Van arrived on time, clean, comfortable with working aircon, some seats had working usb/massage, some didn’t. Arrival time to destination was later than stated (1.5hrs) there heavy traffic leaving Hanoi and additional pickup from airport so factor this in. Stopped twice for toilet break and dinner stop. Driver drove safely for Vietnamese standards and dropped directly at our accomodation which was appreciated.

They'll get you there & the van is comfy. But be careful if you're on a deadline; Both trips, my pickup time was pushed back by an hour or so and arrived at the destination much later than what I booked. If you're flexible it's fine. Seems the drivers do the best they can with shambolic scheduling and traffic delays

we were picked up at 15:15 instead of 14:10. then we drived around Hanoi for hour and a half to pick other people , one of them got up with a live chicken. the drive took 7 and a half hours instead of 5 and a half, we got to Cao Bang at 23:30 and had to spend there another night

The van was old and the interior was broken and a bit dirty. The driver was friendly and stopped for 2 rest breaks. The driver took us directly to our accommodation which was good. Our original booking time was changed to an hour later.

There is nothing luxury about this service. It gets you where you need to go. The road to Cao Bang is winding, twisting, and narrow, so no matter what kind of transportation you take, its not a smooth ride.

9 passengers but only 4 luxury chairs. That's not fair for the 5 people who paid the same price as the 4 lucky persons. We had to sit in the back on a couch where it was not possible to adjust the backrest, and we had no armrest so just trying not to bump into the person next to you. I, 1,96m, sat behind a chair whose backrest could go down all the way so I had literally no legspace on a 6 hour ride. Driver drove like crazy on the curvy road. Would give 1 star but 2 stars because they picked us op at the hotel wich was kind.

Overall good. We had a message from the company the day before with photo of the van and plate. The driver was on time for the pick-up. However, the van was old and not as confortable as expected. The seats didn't even recline and we had little space for the legs. We also arrived 1h30 late at the end, but we still had a mandatory stop for 25 minutes to eat. However, the driver was kind enough to drop us off at our hotel.

The drive took way longer because the driver had so much staff on the transport to deliver else where and changed routes because of that. Also there was no space left for the backpacks of the people so they had them over them. Really uncomfortable drive with the „limousine“.

Van was an hour late, when it turned up there was not enough seats for everyone in the back. I spent 7 hours in the front of the van stuck between there driver and another traveler. Zero leg room. Stopping only once in 7 hours. When we arrive in Hanoi the driver said the van had broken and dropped everyone one the side of a very busy main road in the middle of nowhere and then proceeded to drive off. Not the service I had paid for. Definitely would not recommend to anyone…

I booked a bus departing at 2pm. In the morning they messaged me to say that wasn’t possible and offered me the 1pm bus. They then changed their mind and told me I’d be picked up at 3pm. I was ready and waiting but the bus didn’t arrive until 3:40pm. This meant instead of getting to Hanoi at 7:30 as originally booked, it was just after 10pm. The bus itself was comfortable. I was also made to get off the bus at a less convenient location than where I had booked my end destination. The driver paid for a grab bike to get me to the intended destination but this was less than ideal with luggage. Don’t choose this company if you want to keep the time you booked.

Booking times are incorrect. Driver was reckless even by Vietnam standards. Passengers had all booked different times, bus called and changed everyone’s time. Do not expect to get time you booked.one passenger had to switch days. Over crowded with our luggage stored in aisle of van. People got car sick. Some stops had no water for sale! Scary ride, with several close calls.i preferred the municipal bus over this

On-time pickup (10 mins earlier infact). Everything was good. But the journey realistically takes 6.5 - 7hrs. We left at 3pm and reached past 9:30 with a 25 minute break inbetween.

We took the bus from Cao bang to hanoi. We had booked the 10.15 am bus, and got that confirmation. In the morning without earlier message we were called that the bus was already there at 09.30. So we had to rush our breakfast. Other than that we had plenty of toilet breaks and 1 lunch break, so that was positive. The total trip was 7 hours.

Awesome service, these guys need to be applauded. We needed to book an early bus from Cao Bang as we had a booked night travel from Hanoi to catch on time. They have been very helpful with the booking. Many of their route were too late for us to be on time in Hanoi. Via what’s app communication ( they were very responsive), they understood our situation and they made sure we would be in Hanoi on time. I am suspecting they arranged a special relay just for as we were only 3 clients in the limousine for the first part of the trip, until we changed limousine. Helpful you say! All the drivers were very nice and safe on the road. The limousine was comfortable with capitain seats for everyone, a blanket, bottle of water and a usb connection for everyone. The price is good for the long road. I recommande!! Thank you very much!!

Driver drove hazzarduously, kept facetiming and watching tiktok whilst driving. The van kept beeping loudly, throughout half the trip, properly because he drove past the speed limit or too close to other cars. Still managed to arrive an hour late to the destination. Otherwise the van was fine.

Went with Trung Khanh limousine and received an excellent service. They contacted me the night before with exact departure date and a reminder in the morning. Regular pee stops (Hanoi-Cao bang) limited food choices so stock up before you go. Tang (driver) was a good experienced driver and ended up dropping me outside booked accommodation.

The time we had booked was annulated. There for we had to take a later bus and we were very late at our destination! The trip took very long because of the many stops and the passengers we had to go get at the airport. Also there were great suitcases in the middle of the bus so nobody could get out in a normal way.

The car was in top shape, with a perfectly functioning AC unit. The driver was excellent in commanding the vehicle and using his defensive driving skills! The road from Cao Bang to Hanoi is a challenging one. Our trip to Hanoi was organized in a thoroughly professional manner!

The driver was technically very good, but not respectful of other vehicles, taking over without visibility, forcing the passage. I would even say a bit dangerous. Several times we were overthinking facing other vehicles. The passenger experience was stressful.

We arrive to our destination at 22:00 . Our original time should be 19:40 . Driver was delivering packages all over Hanoi so we was almost 3 hour in Hanoi . At least driver dive us on hotel .

From Hanoi to Cao Bang, The toute is minimum 6:30h, not 5h like advertised, the route back took 5:30h, but we drive like in stolen truck :D. Car is comfortable, drivers are faaaast, departure time 30m-1h late.. overall great option to get to the north and back.. just count with time gaps when booking another connecting rides or trips.

The driver was nice and driving well in terms of Vietnamese standards: that is to say, it can be a bit scary at the beginning for an European like me, but he knows what he is doing. One thing I didn’t like : one seatbelt at the places close to the driver was not working, but it wasn’t its fault..

Overbooked and picked up local passegers and dropped them along the way for free. Driver was late. Halfway thru trip we stopped and driber thrrew oir bags in a second van. Until we asked what was hsppening we had no idea we were to swap vans and drivers. No communication at all. Drivers were both taking risks when overtaking other vehicles to try to make up the time we lost accomodating non paying passenders taking up space in the van

It was a long ride. We had a delaye for 1,5 hours because of other pick ups. The road was very bumpy that got us carsick.
