Our driver was great arrived a little late but called in plenty of time to let us know so no problem there. Driving style was excellent got us there and navigated the Nepali roads and traffic without giving us any scares. Actually arrived earlier than expected and we had no issues with our driver trying to scam extra money or tips as I have seen some other reviews mention. All in all it was totally professional

Shivakumar was a great driver, he handled the roads with great care. I was recovering from food poisoning and so my stomach was still sensitive and this is why we took a car, and it really helped put me at ease, I didn’t feel sick during the journey.
He made a wrong turn near the airport which added a bit of time onto our journey, but its an easy mistake which can happen to anyone.
Overall we were very happy with his care, and he also took us to a nice place for lunch.

Car driver was late due to a break down. Communication with driver was difficult as he does not speak English. We arrived to our destination with 1h45m late.
Support was OK. I did not know if the driver was late by a single minute I had to report it.

Second time in use, all good. Driver call you before, usually they do not speak english but you can communicate with whatsapp.

Did not get picked up and had to get a taxi. They stated it was because I did not ring them when I got to station. But I stated I had no regular phone just what's app when WiFi available. All my other 3 train station pickups have been excellent without phone signals. The response from the company was I should of asked someone to ring him at the station but I wanderd around Nd could not find znyw one thinking they would have a placard with my name but they did not. I know I have list money and wish I had just bit the bullet and taken a cab from station which I had too anyway.

So the price for the 4.5 hour drive was good. It is more than an Uber but also I'm happy with.
First I got all 4 phonecalls from the driver and also a friend of the driver. They wanted to know where they could pick me up. They only speak Hindi and Punjabi and no English so this was frustrating. The driver and his friend made it to the hotel and then they where super in a hurry although they where 35minutes earlier than the time we agreed. After navigating in town his friend went out the car and it was just me and the driver. He drove quite okay (Indian style) until the mountain. He went like a maniac and I had to tell him repeatedly to drive slow because it scared the hell out of me.
If he would be learned that he drives normal and no trespassing at corners or small part it would be amazing!

The driver was pleasant and could not be faulted however we ordered and paid extra for a 6 person vehicle to have more comfort and space for the journey however the car which collected us was a small saloon. I gave the feedback to the company and asked for the extra paid for the 6 seater to be refunded but have not had a response other than an acknowledgment of receipt of my complaint. Also only one seatbelt out of 2 was working in the back of the car. When we expressed concern the driver just said he’d drive slowly!

C'est sûrement le meilleur de tous les trajets que nous avons effectués en taxi avec 12go.asia.
Le chauffeur était largement en avance à notre hôtel de Bikaner et il nous a conduit à Jaisalmer en conduisant très prudemment.

We were slightly concerned that the taxi which had collected us in Jodhpur to take us to Udaipur had already driven from Jaipur which was 5 hours away. So this meant another 5 hour journey on top and we thought that was quite an ask for the young man. He drove very well in normal difficult Indian driving conditions but we were concerned for his welfare. We guessed that after dropping us, he would face a 10 hour drive home. I have already fed back that 12Go that in their documentation it is advised to wear seatbelts. This car like the previous car we had booked, had no seatbelts! This made the journey even more concerning...

Great driving, nice car. He paid attention to whether we were asleep and turned off the music and asked us if we needed to stop several times for coffee or restroom breaks.

Autista puntuale e capace poi rivelatosi come la maggior parte degli indiani gentile e disponibile. Per la tratta ci si mette più di 11 ore per via del traffico e delle strade. Viaggio pesante, ma non ci si annoia a vedere quello che succede fuori del finestrino. Tutto liscio

We booking a van from Agra to haridhwar. The driver pick up us on time and delivery on time. The van is good Toyota and it’s very clean. Every thing is perfectly except the driver sometimes pick up his mobile phone a little bit longer like about 5 minutes. That’s making us nervous.

Despite being informed by the costumer services that the driver was late 1 hour, the real delay was 1h40 and the driver didint speak any english. We had to ask an hindi speaking person to help us.
We did an overnight ride from agra to varanasi. The driver fell asleep twice, we had to mantain ourselves awake so we could check if the driver wasn`t falling a sleep. We had to ask him to stop so he could rest a little and the 5 of us had to sleep inside de car in a shady area.
The driver was a very funnyband lovable guy but it's inadmissibale that he almost derayled de car TWICE.
We dont recomend for anyone to do this ride in the night time. And we think tharl the costumer service should take bettet care of the costumers, speacily beacuse it is a VERY expensive service, we were hoping for a better car and service.

Luckily whe had a good driver. But the trip takes to long due to heavy traffic jams. It is better to take a train or airplane.

The calculated time was wrong!! We needed very more (According to the website it should take 3:20 hours, in fact it was more than five hours despite little traffic). 5 minutes later and I would have missed my flight. I thank the very friendly driver that he made it possible that I was there still in time. Next time I will take a bus or train because they are calculate better...

The driver collected us on time was a safe driver however had difficultly finding our hotel in Jaipur and had to stop many times to ask for directions.Drivers need to be given a map of Jaipur, GPS in the car or access to the Internet to help them.

The drive was very comfortable and safe! Nagendra was very kind and considerate, asking if I wanted snack/restroom stops, and made sure to get me safely from hotel to hotel!

I did not get details of the driver sent to me until the very last minute after I had left WiFi connectivity (rather than 12 hours as suggested in the email confirmation) meaning I had to incur phone data charges whilst on my train to Haridwar to push for information. Driver arrived on time but did not know where in Rishikesh he was meant to be taking me despite me having given the address to the operator. Quite erratic driving (I do recognise this is India but some overtaking situations made me very nervous!). Arrived ahead of schedule. All in all and average but successful journey.

The driver was late collecting us and the hotel had to call him. The driver was very safe but he stopped for 15 minutes and as we didn’t want to get out, we’re left in a hot car for 15 minutes. He had trouble finding the hostel and in the end we had to get it on our satnav and direct him to the closest point, where we walked the rest of the way.

Booking was easy, but driver got lost twice. He also made stops so he could eat sit down lunch when we didn’t want to stop. Trip took an extra two hours cause of driver errors and his need to eat lunch. We made it though and he showed up on time. Overall would book with 12GoAsia again, but definitely not the same driver.

The price was higher than the hotel would have charged. The vehicle was quite old and the driver had a terrible cough. He had no idea where he was going once we got to Udaipur . The quoted time was 3hrs 20 minutes but it took over 5 hrs.

Anoop was a wonderful and excellent driver. He drove with caution yet precision on the journey from Jaipur to Agra. His car was excellent with fresh aircon, comfy seats and very clean interior. He arrived to our hotel well ahead of the pickup time and warmly introduced himself whilst carefully packing our bags. Anoop was very accommodating throughout the journey. I would seek him out on a return visit to India, and hope you seek him out on your visit to India.

Car was fine but very basic (towels on seats, no AC etc) Driver was nice enough but didn't speak any English which made it hard to communicate and also claimed we hadn't arranged to stop at the Stepwell. Fortunately I had the printed ticket to show him. He did help us to find our hotel in Jaipur though after a long drive (and it was tricky!)

THe driver replied immediately to our phone call and despite having the incorrect name placard ( which we hadn’t refore hadn’t made contact with him) was there waiting for us and was very helpful thereafter. We were emailed all the contact details we needed beforehand

The driver was 45 mins early which we expected because our booking confirmation advised that the driver would arrive well before the appointed time. We ensured, therefore, that we were ready one hour before pick up so it was not a problem. It was a long journey, the driver complied with our request for a toilet and coffee stop. We arrived safely in Agra despite the awful local traffic conditions, Tuk Tuks, cows, mopeds, motor cycles, camels, lorries and cars all hassling for road space and the interminable hooting drove me crazy but the driver kept his cool. Overall it was a good and interesting journey, thank you driver.

Everythin was good, we would do it again!
The driver was 1 Hour to early!
Pick up time was booked at 10 a.m. and the was at the hotel at 9 a.m. - we waren‘t Ready to pick up so early.
The driver needed some breakfast, new gas and he had to check the tires two times while we are in the car.
That was Not so good

It was a good trip, traffic is always busy but our Driver was always alert and careful to stay on the road, We arrived early than anticipated. Everything was on time, we got the information about taxi, time and driver by email and text.
Price is good, it is recommended.
