A no frills option. Bus needs cleaning. Staff and drivers safe and efficient. Holds less passengers than regular bus. Good in these times of social spacing. Were asked to take off shoes and bag them. Given hand sanitizer. Good economical option.

Our flight from Dalat was cancelled by aircompany and they returned the money, but we couldn't get money back for this transfer.

It was cheap and got us from a-b. The bus is made for smaller people, clearly, as my legs could not extend fully. I was bitten on the back of my ankle by an insect. It was great to see the countryside . The driver was good / safe.

They should inform prior buy tickets that the space in the sleeper bus is for a average size of eastern/Asian people, not for western average. It was ok but because it was a short period, can't imagine afford this 12 hs

The sleeper bus was not more comfortable than a normal bus. No bathroom and only one stop after one hour ride in a 4 hours trip. The bus had a bad smell and the air conditioning was poor.

Всё хорошо но очень потёртые и по тресканые подушки , и когда я сел на своё место на нём был мусор оставшиеся после , других людей :(

Der Bus war ziemlich heruntergekommen, an den meisten Sitzen waren die Abdeckungen der Lehnenverstellungen kaputt oder fehlten ganz, bei mir fehlte auch die kleine Ablage (für die Wasserflasche und Kleinigkeiten) und das Sitzpolster war lose. Ich kann mich noch gut an bessere Zustände erinnern... Aber wir sind gut und überpünktlich am Ziel angekommen.

Internet on & off. 6 hour journey took about 8.5 hours. Guide wouldn't accept $5 note as had crease in it, but was given to me by Sinh Travel currency exchange! Bus was not Sinh Travel, but a 3rd party bus. Could probably get a better deal elsewhere. Passengers have no consideration when reclining seats. Just felt unnecessarily long.

All in all a very nice bus drive. Driver was nice and offered two stops to go to the restroom. Only negative thing was that the seats were too small to sit comfortably. But because the bus was quite empty we just switched places.

Travelled with this company 3 times. HCMC to Mui Ne. Mui Ne to Dalat and Dalat to HCMC. No complaints with any of the journeys. Nice buses and comfortable. The road from Mui Ne to Dalat is incredibly bumpy but not the bus company fault. Overall consistently impressed.

Excellent trip, checked address beforehand, address shown on their website / Google is correct for departure on Hoi An, the drop off in Hue was at a local car park about a km from their office which was a bit of a shame as our hotel was round the corner from their office. Toilet break after 2 hours. Overall, excellent.

We arrived at the Sinh tourist office early & once checked in we were pointed in the direction of a man who gave us tickets for the bus (he was from a different company which was ok as it states this in the T&C's). He hurried us to follow him down the street meaning we had to carry 5 very heavy bags down a busy street to get to the bus. The driver shouted at us to get on and wouldnt let us out our large (20kg) bags under the bus, meaning we had to struggle them up the steps and down the whole bus and leave them at the back. Nobody really explained anything to us. The guide took our passports and money for the visa at the border. We got there and again, no explanation. We were ushered off the bus and had to basically copy what everyone else did. It was very confusing. We arrived 3 hrs later than the schedule. Very frustrating trip. We also think we were just added into a tour which was a large group of Vietnamise people.

Better than the last trip we did with Sinh Tourist when we were all put on the back so did not have our own space (make sure you don't get seat numbers 36-41) but this one was fine. As usual the beds are a little short, especially for one our group who is 6'5" but that is to be expected on all semi-sleepers. Air con was also freezing cold, but again that is the same for every sleeper bus in SE Asia. So in terms of in comparison to others, Sinh Tourist still does a fantastic job!

Very bumpy ride! The stop of 30 minutes for a 2 hour ride is too long. 15 minutes toilet stop and to grab a drink is more than enough.

I was in the top bunk and hold cold air constantly blowing on my back and hot on the front. Very uncomfortable. The driver was constantly beeping the horn, even when it was no necessary! He didnt even just beep once, it was numerous short beeps followed by one long beep which was so frustrating as there was no need for it at all.

The bus is very tight, the seats are very small and you have little foot space. In addition, the leather seats are a bit sweaty and sticky. Not a very comfortable way to travel.

The entire trip was very comfortable and the staff are accomodating and helpful to our needs. Though we arrived late to our destination due to long immigration line but atleast we arrived safe. Thank you so much!

Bus is comfortable and on time. Staff is helpful. Unfortunately, some passengers can be quite noisy, and the passenger above me keep dropping things, which is very disruptive to my sleep and once the jacket hit me on the head. Might not be suitable for very tall people.

We suppose to arrive at 5h40 and finally, because the driver drove to fast, we arrive at 3h30 in the middle of the night and nobody can host us, so we had a very small night in the bus. We had just 10min of brake (for toilet). And we had difficulties to find the agency with the map, we almost miss our bus.
