車内は綺麗です、運転手は２人で交代運転しています、２人共親切です。 ただ残念のはちょうと旧正月の期間、本来５、６時間着くなのに、１０時間 にかかりました。交通事情だから仕方ないね。

Driver was helpful. The secret is to travel very late at night. Everything is so smooth and not so much people in the bus and immigrations.

The Bus is confortable. However, the retrieval of actual tickets if you got the first trip @ 6am is quite difficult. They have 2 offices, one at the front of the building and one inside. Make sure to go yo the office inside the building since at first lot of us tourists are confused why they are no attendants in the office outside (since we thought it was, not knowing there's another office inside). Some nationals are murmuring in their language because of this confusion. No one guided us. But the moment you're on the bus, everthing is okay.

The customer service is good and friendly, even help us to shift to earlier timing on the spot. However the delay was unacceptable. We started at 8.45 and supposed to reach Melaka around 1 pm, but we ended up reaching around 4 pm. A wobbly 3 hours delay without any explanation.

Most disorganized bus company. Bus service changed 5 minutes before departure time. Took us to Malaysia border in one bus and put us on another after that. The bus did not stop anywhere for toilet break.

Good service. Bus came to the point on time, but was about 1h too late at the arrival point. The walk over the border worked fast and without troubles. Air conditioning in the middle of the bus was very cold but I just changed seat. Seats are big and very comfortable. I would choose this company again!!

Very good services. I booked ticket online and showed e-confirmation on the phone to the operator to get paper ticket. The ticket office is inside the Golden Mile Tower (go inside through the main door and it located on the right). The bus came very on time. The seat was big (as the photo) and could adjust angle to support your back and legs to have a good sleep. The inside space of bus was clean. The driver was very friendly and willing to support. The ride was fast, safe and smooth. It stopped 1 time at the halfway for rest and toilet (about 15 minutes). I arrived to Kualar Lumpur at 12h15 as the bus operator stated. FYI on border protocol: at the checkpoint in Singapore, go out of bus for passport control (you can leave your luggages on the bus), then go through the border gate to the bus (you have to remember the number plate of your bus to check the location of the bus which is showed on the electronic board and walk to it by yourself - no tourguide in here). The bus will run about 30 minutes to the checkpoint of Malaysia. You go out again with all your luggages, move into the border gate for immigration and scanning your luggages (it's simpler than in the airport), then find your bus again in the yard (there is no electronic board as in the Singapore so you have to find it by your eyes - that's why you have to remember the number of the bus and even the face of driver). Have a good trip!

The service both at the counter in Singapore and on board was poor. No information given and especially by the boarder, it was just dictated to get off, but no information where to re-boarder. The aircon was terrible

Départ prévu à 12h30, on est partis à 12h45, arrivée prévue à 17h40 on est arrivés à 20h!!!!!! La climatisation beaucoup trop forte dans le bus. Un trajet affreux et on doit encore faire le trajet retour...

Bus very clean and comfortable with massage seat and you can tilt the backrest and the calf rest. Sleep is easy in this bus. One small detail is that the driver smoked one time. For those you don’t support the smelt of cigarette, it can be very disturbing, especially for European people where smoked in public area (transports included) is strictly prohibited. Otherwise everything was perfect. I recommande ????

The bus is comfortable, but you just be aware that it's most likely going to take longer than the hours indicated. The traffic can be heavy, and you can wait a lot of time at the border before to restart. I give two stars as rating because I think it's unfair to indicate the best hypothesis instead of the expected or average one. However, the journey itself is ok.

Mit den bequemen Sitzen im Bus und umsichtigen Fahrweise des Fahrers waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ansonsten begann unsere Reise 45min nach dem vereinbarten Zeitpunkt um 12:15 Uhr in Singapur. Auch in Johor Bahru starteten wir meiner Meinung nach viel zu spät gegen 14Uhr. (geplante Ankunftszeit in KL :16:40 Uhr). Die Fahrt nahm kein Ende... Staus über mind. 100km vor KL, extremste Schlange vor der Damentoilette während der einzigen Rast... dadurch weitere Verzögerung. Keine Versorgung mit Wasser während der Fahrt. Klimaanlage blies ständig kalte Luft heraus und konnte nicht reguliert werden. Ankunft zunächst auf zentralem Busbahnhof vor KL. Es stellte sich heraus, dass bereits bei den Singapur ausgetauschten Tickets das Ziel auf zentralen Busbahnhof geändert worden war. Die Internetbestätigung überzeugte den Fahrer dann Gott sei Dank doch noch in die Stadt zu fahren. ->Ankunft am Berjaya Time Square um 22:30Uhr!!!

We were supposed to depart at 11.30..arrived there they changed the time to 11.45,but we left it was almost 1 o clock.. The first bus was old, half broken and you had to take a seat random. The second bus was really comfortable,(the air con was kept at Max the whole time..I got a bad sore throat) We were supposed to arrive at 4.40..we arrived at 10.30pm..and we stopped only once!! Further more the driver didn’t say that there was two stops..if someone that was on the bus with us didn’t explained us that we were so far from the city we would have been left at the first bus stop without an explanation.. Truly disappointing..the 2starts are o my for the comfort of the second bus!

Bus driver and staff were friendly and helpful. Seats were comfortable, but make sure that you don‘t sit in the last row due to limited leg room and no chance to recline. We should take the Bus at 10.30 at City Plaza but we‘re told to take a Taxi to Golden Mile Tower beacuse all busses are starting at this point. We hadn‘t the information until 10 minutes before the actual departure. Also we had to advance money for the Taxi, but we got it back immediately. The bus departure at Golden Mile Tower was planned at 11:00 but startet at 11:20. Unfortunately there was 50 minutes delay before our actual departure. In addition we had a delay about 2 hours beacuse of the immigration process which expected to took that long. All in all the trip was ok but the planned journey time should be adjusted because it is completely unrealistic.

The seats and bus is not comfortable as advertised. Before getting to customs, we had free sitting, very old bus. On the way to Berjaya Towers Center we made few stops, and this made super long trip (11 hours!!!) even longer.

Driver was good, bus was great, bus was in time. Only Problem: I had to take the manual line at the boarder control and it took me 2 hours. So the bus couldn't wait so long and was away with my bag. I can understand it and the organized it quite good. Because another bus took me to the next stop and there was my bag and I could take the next bus to Malakka. But it would be great if the bus driver informed us before border control.

Bought the ticket for 9am but it was changed to 9:30 at the counter and the bus departed almost 10. Many delays and no almost no information of which bus after both customs (SG and MY).

Aircon was not working properly stopped for repairs without notice Unfriendly driver was smoking in bus. Good seats with a lot of leg room Bus was loud could need some oil at some points so reduce noise

safe travel the entire trip , we arrived in our destination earlier than the said estimated arrival which is good because we do have lots of time to look for our hotel here in Malaysia, nice crew and pleasant surrounding — all in all me and friend enjoy the whole trip ????

Bus left fairly promptly. Temperature on bus was very cold and was uncomfortable most of journey. Despite documentation stating only 30 mins at immigration, driver decided to wait for well over an hour for 2 people who didn’t have correct visas. Despite there being an English speaking representative on board the bus, no explanation was given as to why we were delayed for such a long time, we worked it out from conversations that were happening between driver and other Starmart representatives. Definitely a cost effective way to travel between Malaysia and Singapore. Massage seats not working, bus seats large and recline nicely. driver had very limited English, so little instruction given as to what to expect at immigration. Probably won’t travel this way again if doing the same journey

First, thank you to the staff who kept our left baggage in Golden Mile Tower. Second, though, our bus arrived a little bit delayed, 45 minutes to be exact, it was kinda okay because the trip was smooth and fast.

Prompt departure and smooth ride. Driver drove with his “slippers’ with his shoes by his side. Had difficulty finding drop off points and had to use google maps many times. Was on his mobile phone 5 - 6 times. Notice the bus speedometer was not working with the needle stuck at zero ....

Itbwas okay but the connection from the Malaysian boarder to Butterworth was chaotic. It was disorganized and we need to wait for almost an hour just to get into our connecting bus.

Bus was great: huge seats reclinabile seats and very comfortable!! The bus arrived at the pick up point about half hour late and there was a lot of confusion about which bus everyone needed to get. We also arrived at our destination an hour late even though there was no traffic so timings may need reviewing!

it arrived 2 and a half hours late.. that said.. it did have in seat massage chairs.. thought it was a sarcastic joke but they really did... but arriving on time is the big goal here. we also left a half hour or so late. but the bus did make it which going by other reviews is pretty impressive..and i was like 10 singapore dollars for a 8 hour trip.. so i guess what can i expect.

Kann die anderen Kommentare nicht bestätigen. Musste zwar auch das Taxi zum Golden Tower nehmen,aber selbst am Zoll lief alles reibungslos
