All good, just wish we knew more details about the trip (i.e. time for dinner etc.). Also, the plug near our seat was broken but the bus was half empty so we could charge in another seat. Finally, they stop in one of these local gas station, dinner is included in the ticket but in case you don't fancy local food there's no much more to choose from so go prepared. As for the rest, all very kind and blanket and water provided too. The seats are comfortable too.

I was running late for the bus due to traffic from Siem Reap, and asked if I can change my ticket to the following day. They said no, non refunding and no changing.

The trip itself was okay, but unfortunately, the place we told we was getting dropped off at was miles away from where we actually stopped. Which meant that we couldn't get to our hotel (which we booked for opposite where we was supposed to be dropped off according to 12Go). So we lost out on a precious few hours sleep and 460 baht for the hotel and another 250 to get us near to where we had to be the following morning.
If you book this journey, be cautious as to where you actually stop.

This is a good service. The buse was clean and well equipped with aircraft type seats, usb power point and plenty of space. Complimentary food and water is provided. The staff even confirm your onward destination so they can leave you at the correct place. The only reason I did not give a 5 ratings was because he bus left a little late so I missed my ideal ferry journey.

Le trajet s'est bien déroulé, les sieges sont spacieux et confortables, des bouteilles d'eau sont distribuées. Par contre nous n'avons pas été informés que nous étions arrivés a l'arrêt nous nous en sommes rendus compte au dernier moment heureusement que nous nous sommes réveillés ! Sinon bon trajet

Big upside....Bus goes to Mochit 1st before going to South Terminal, so for those wanting to travel beyond Bangkok you're able to get minivan or bus at Mochit. The trip is safe and quiet. Drivers seemed very professional and accommodating. Would definitely use again, and would certainly recommend.

The bus is ptetty old and stuff a little bit angry. Do not enter inside with any soup. U cant eat it there. Chose a seats in the middle of 2nd floor.

Nous sommes arrivées au terminal sud avec environ 1h30 de retard. 20 minutes de pause au bout de plus de 5h de route! Pour manger et aller aux toilettes!!!! Le chauffeur et son collègue ont été fort désagréables ne parlent pas un mot d'anglais de surcroît. Confort ok mais pas d'eau.

The bus started 30 min later at the busterminal in Surat Thani and arived Bangkok 110 min later. End of the line wasn't the Southern Terminal, but the Mochit Bus Depot. Cause of this we almost missed our flight in Bangkok, which we booked in a bundle with the bus. We needed a very expensiv Taxi to the airport to got our flight.
The seats and the comfort in the bus were ok, however the bus was a little bit old an shaky. We got some water and a blanket the bus.

Der Bus kam zu spät, mir wurde nicht gesagt auf welchem Gate er ankommt. Die Ansprechpartnerin war gar nicht da und es war nicht wirklich ersichtlich welcher Bus zu meinem Ticket gehört. Es wäre außerdem gut zu wissen, wie viele Stopps dazwischen eingelegt werden...

There was no WiFi on the bus, though it was written outside the vehicle. This Expressbus was almost 2 hours late when it arrived the end stop (southern busterminal) in Bankok.

The trip on a VIP bus was lovely, but I rated 3 stars because the pickup and drop off points were wrong for Satun-Bangkok! Please know that Sri Suthep Tour operates from the main Satun Bus Terminal, whatever your voucher says. Could have been in trouble if had less time before departure. In Bangkok the bus arrived to a different Terminal as well, but that's not so bad. Ask your bus driver just in case when you board the bus to know for sure.

Very good clean and comfortable bus. Goes really fast. Would have been nice if aircon wouldn't freeze the air. Although blankets were handed out to passangers.

Overall the seats were comfy, the AC cold and the trip uneventful. Unfortunately the USB charging port was broken, we had two people on a mat behind us laying on the floor and several cockroaches that would visit us periodically throughout the night. While advertisered as VIP it was not.

After 2 hours that we left Bangkok the hydraulic pump of the bus broke down and we waited 3 hours for a new bus, but the trip was nice even the new bus more comfortable and with better sits, I think it's the best way to arrive in Donsak for take the boat to Koh Samui, it's the cheapest way for sure

В терминале легко ориентируешься. Автобус комфортабельный с кондиционером, при посадке давали плед, бутылку воды и булочку, мелочь, а приятно. Отправление задержали на 30 минут, но на место приехали вовремя. Водитель не хал аккуратно, не трясло и с полок ничего и никто не падал) В общем поездкой довольна.

Comfortable seats, we got offered free water, cookies and a blanket (or actually towel). Only took us 9 hours to get from Suratthani to Bangkok! However the toilet was disqusting.

It was a pleasent journey. Only weird thing was that the bus arrived to Mochit bus station instead of the southern station, but for me that was only a good thing as i needed to take the BTS.

Good ride, as comfy as u can be on a bus filled with people. Driver doesn't speak english so you better know where you're going. I missed my stop and had to pay a motor taxi to get me back to where i was going. Other than that it's all good.

Если не считать местных "пахнущих" попутчиков, то можно и было и 5 поставить. Но отфактов не уйдешь. Билеты оформили на сайте, там же выбрали места, оплачивали через PayPal (мне так удобней). Бронирование пришло сразу. В нем прилагалось пояснение куда и когда подходить. Очередей в обозначенную кассу не было, девочка распечатала билеты без вопросов. И отправление, и прибытие по расписанию. Сам сайт просто чудо, показывает все варианты - и самолет, и поезд, и автобус. Попуток только не хватает)))

Добирался от Монумент Виктории, автобус №536 17 бат примерно час, спросить кондуктора Сай Тай Май, на вокзале фуд корт чикен суп понравилось, автобус стоит 457 бад идет до Донсака, паром на Самуй 130 бат. В Автобусе можно спать откидывается спинка и выдвигается опора для ног.

Comfortable seats, departure and arrival on time, staff was helpful to guide us to the bus, snack, water and blanket were given to us on board. Problems: the bus terminal really is rather chaotic (like whole Bangkok I would say), the bus toilet was a little horror, there was no communication on when there would be a stop, neither how long it would last (there was one after about 8h of driving, for ca 25 min), the driving style was rather adventurous and sickening (with several puzzling short stops on the highway, where only the driver got off for about 1 min), and certainly the AC was too cold, as expected. We arrived safely, so for me it was alright.

It was a painless, fairly comfortable trip. The seat had a surprisingly large amount of legroom. The A/C was cold, but I was prepared for that. (Always bring a sweater for Thai bus rides!)
The only difficult part was finding my way around Satthani Sai Tai Mai, the Southern Bus Station. It's a comically dysfunctional bus station, with the ticketing areas set in the middle of a run-down shopping mall's upper floor. There are a few cryptic overhead signs that point passengers in directions, but after you walk in that direction you find no further signs telling you where to go. It is rather like a forest footpath that turns into a faint deer trail and then just disappears. There is no directory for the different travel companies, so you must either ask or walk around and around. (Luckily, I read Thai. Few travel companies have English signs.) The Information Desk is well-hidden, safely tucked away between venders where it cannot be noticed unless a lost passenger accidentally stumbles upon it. Signs direct passengers to the Ground Floor for platforms, but when you reach the Mezzanine you will see signs directing you to return back to Floor 2 for platforms 25 and up. Once back on Floor 2, you can follow the signs and after a couple times around the space you should stumble on the way to the platforms. What a funny bus station!

It was good. It wasn't a VIP bus, but the comfort was OK. The seat was fairly comfortable. My day pack with laptop and camera fit in the overhead bin, which was nice. I would take that bus again.

If the bus is quite comfortable it's not VIP as it is sold.
At the departure from suratthani , in the bus station, people were really nice but in the bus it was different! The bus left 20mn before time scheduled, fortunately we were here and in Bangkok they forced us to go down at Chatuchak while we had to go to southern terminal, which is not the same thing ! Overall to go down town! This is not correct! I won't recommend Suthrep tour anymore!

The ticket office was confusing as I was sent to at least 5 desks before being sent to the right one and nearly missed my train.
