We left 11/2 hours after we’re supposed to and it also took us 8-9 hours instead of 5 1/2 hours to get from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh.

they did take us from phnom penh to sihanoukvilke but we were not only really late due to all the stops we took on the way, it was also a minivan with extremely minimal aircon… if you can book some other bus, book that one

One of our seats didn’t recline - as the handle was jammed.
The leg room was basically none existent, not only for me at 6’2 but my 5’6 partner struggled too,
Kept stopping on the way after just stopping a hour before - making us over a hour late,
Overall better driving than I have previously experienced and generally felt safe during the journey - including through torrential rain.
Can’t complain for the price - £8 for a 6 hour journey made it worth it.

Set off on time, but made multiple, long stops within minutes of leaving. We finally stopped stopping frequently after a couple of hours. With stopping half an hour for food also, we arrived in Sihanoukville 1.5hrs after the stated arrival time, and to a different location than stated.

Good trip from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh. Little delay due to traffic in the city. Driver was friendly.

Overall it was very efficient and fast. The driver was very friendly. Although it was very difficult to breathe inside the van due to the weather quality. All the way we inhaled exhaustion.

The advertised timeline for the trip was aspirational, not real. In reality we arrived more than two hours late. A large portion of the trip involved waiting outside in the heat for the next boat to arrive (about an hour and a half), and the boat made multiple stops at a different island before going to the final destination. Additionally, the trip was not as described - the ticket from 12go said the boat was a 'ferry'. In reality it was an extremely cramped speedboat with not enough seats for everyone that went faster than felt safe. 12go should engage in much more oversight to ensure that operators are truly operating the trips they advertise.

Boat was okay. Bus was Really bad. They put us, 2 dutch guys (1,97m) in the smallest seat. i got overheated and my neck hurt because i could not sit Strait up. Felt really sick after getting out.

On time. Comfortable. We took the 7 a.m. speed ferry from Koh Rong, the van was already waiting outside the port. Fast but safe.

Late departure since we waited for many minutes before departure. We had to change the vehicle getting off and getting on to another van, with no reasons.
The van was very noisy.
We arrived at destination 40 minutes late, and that was a problem since we had to cross a jungle in the dark.

I bought van and ferry ticket Phnom Penh to Koh Rong. We departed and arrived right on time. The van stops at the pier in Sihanoukville so you can connect to your ferry with no other steps which was really convenient . They even changed my date because my flight got cancelled I really appreciate it.

Two stars are for at very least, getting us to our destination. However no communication from the company resulted in a stressful and uncomfortable ride, with multiple and extended stops meaning an extra 1.5 hrs to the journey.

Overall experience was good. We were a bit early and before were easily put on an earlier bus. Dropoff in Battambang was on a completely different spot than indicated.

Phnom Penh-Koh Ron Sanloem. We did over pay by around £20 which we didn't realise until afterwards. If you are going to Koh Rong (either island) please only book from Phomn Penh to Sihanoukville (as close to the ferry port as possible, or a Grab will be cheap if not, and buy your ferry ticket separately from the port, there are many company's there and it will work out a lot cheaper! That been said though, the journey was smooth, driver was good, we arrived on time, when we got there, there was a lady asking us our final destination and then she writes out a prepaid ticket for us to go around to the ferry companies offices and you have to wait in the queue and they give you an actual ticket.

There were 2 departure addresses so I went to the wrong one and had to walk 12 mins to the correct address and for the price I paid I thought it was a return ticket but it wasn't. Nit a great experience...

Very poor service! Van was cramped with people, poor air con and multiple stops to pick up and drop off people. Then, had to run to almost catch the speedboat which was by far the worst speedboat I used. Small and again full of people, we got soaked with water as it hasn’t got proper windows. Sea was a bit rough and because it wasn’t built for this, we were jumping up and down in seats and people were screaming!

Der Fahrer war pünktlich. Aber das Fahrzeug ist viel zu klein ich bin 1,80m groß und meine Knie sind in die Sitzbank davor gedrückt worden. Sodass ich nur schräg sitzen konnte. Bei der Reise sind dem Fahrer beim Ausladen des Gepäcks immer wieder unsere Rucksäcke am Boden gefallen welche dann verdreckt waren. Zum Glück hatten wir nichts zerbrechliches drin.

Il viaggio che sul vostro sito era indicato di 3 ore in realtà è durato 5 ore e abbiamo rischiato di perdere il battello delle 14 per Koh Rong.
L’autista si è fermato più volte a Phnom Penh a raccogliere persone e, praticamente, siamo partiti alle 10 passate.

Reis van Sihanoukville naar Battambang (standaard overstap in Phnom Penh) ging super. Personeel was super vriendelijk en meedenkend. We mochten een eerdere bus (minivan) in omdat we vroeg waren en er nog ruimte was. Niet te veel tussenstops, soepele overstap in Phnom Penh en nette bussen. We deden er net zo lang over als de ingeschatte tijd.
