There werent any driver waiting and some of the guys there tried to say that the bus were late and that we had to go with him to catch the other boat. But we stayed and the bus came after 20 min. The bus was too packed and we had to change busses as well

Well they got us there, and in their defence, on reading the fine print, I see they recommend leaving 5 hours for the Phi phi to Krabi airport transfer(ferry & van) so they did their job. But we were supposed to arrive at the airport at 11.30 before check in closed at 12.10(the 2.5 hour transfer advertised). We waited for some stragglers from our ferry so didn’t leave the port for the airport til 11.40 which obviously had us on edge. And then half way through the journey, the driver stops on the side of the road and just lights up a cigarette. As it turns out, another van, I presume coming from another port pulls up behind us and half the passengers from each van are put in the other van according to their destination. Makes sense but our driver didn’t speak a lick of English so no one had any idea what the hell was going on, with 15 minutes til our check in closed. With our combined, rudimentary Thai, asked him to step on the gas. The 8 of us on the same flight arrived at the airport 2 minutes before check in closed and obnoxiously pushed past the queue of other people checking in and made it on the flight by the skin of our teeth. To Ramon: Teaching three drivers to explain what is happening would help a lot, and answer your helpline if you have one. And to travellers: Leave 5 hours for this transfer.

bad experience, the driver does not stop to go to the toilet but stops so that he can get something to eat for him! unacceptable, it was not a 9-seater van but rather a coach with at least 16 people, with the clutter of suitcases in the corridor of the coach, no air conditioning!!!!

The support was hard to get at phone and didn’t called us back.

Ferry sin aire acondicionado, con mal olor, sarpa un poco retrasado al horario. No ofrecen a los pasajeros agua o medicamentos para el mareo como otras empresas.

Sat in reception from 8.30, checked out of room as per the booking. Received a call to say pick up was now 9.40
Got to the ferry terminal at 2pm & gate closed so had to wait another hour for a crossing, because of picking up people from other ferry crossings
The journey was long enough, without wasting an additional 2 hours of the day.
All drivers were polite & no problem

picked us up at 9 and took us to krabi pier to then say we are setting off at 11 instead because there was not enough people. set off around 11:15 for the 9am set off. bus ride after was fine (krabi to surat thani port around 2.5 hours) and got straight onto ferry (to koh samui about 2 hours)

Everything went super smooth, from booking online, using the e-ticket at the boat check-in (Koh Phi Phi), the driver stood (as promised per email) with our names written on a sign st the pier in Krabi to pick us up and brought us to our final destination (Surat Thani train station, which some 15 km out of town). Thanks to 12Go.asia and Ramon transports for this flawless journey!

Normally don’t do reviews but felt the need to calm nerves if worried about other reviews.
It was surprisingly good! After reading all the reviews everywhere it was hard not to be worried! The taxi picked us up from the hotel in Ao nang and dropped us at the bus depot in krabi with time to spare, bus to Surat Thani was A/C and comfortable. Had around 2/3 in Surat Thani so went to eat (loads of good places nearby - Milano was super close and tasty!) and then onto the boat! We obviously were quite lucky with the boat being not at all full so we got a nice couple of top bunks with fans and plugs! Slept well and couldn’t really feel the ‘rocking’ boat as described by others but was probably lucky with the weather! Anyway, only complaint is the smoking area outside has a vent next to it that allows the smell to travel into the sleeping area but wasn’t all the time at all so assume the guy smoking just sat blowing into the vent for fun? Anyway, definitely good trip and had little to worry about!

Driver was 2 hours late, which made us panic, along the journey he would pull over, get out and leave us in the taxi for 10-20mins without saying anything. In light of all this, he did get us there with 2 hours to spare for the ferry as it doesn’t leave until 10pm.

van picked us up from our hotel which was nice and comfortable but everything else sucked. we got dropped off at the pier with 4 hours before departure- there is no where to go in this area so we just sat on the boat waiting for 10pm. the actual boat it self was extremely uncomfortable with tiny short/thin beds which were all somewhat moist. people smoking in the downstairs inside and cockroaches around the beds too. overall a gross experience but it got us to the island lol

While the shuttle van was excellent, the ferry boat was very bad: the airconditioning was working too heavy so inside it was a fridge. Even after asking the staff to higher the temperature or to switch off the airconditioning, they did nothing („not possible“…) - many passengers were freezing! Extremely bad! Also my luggage was stored in lower deck unprofessionally and became wet on the floor … very bad experience with the ferry … due to heavy sea the ship was delayed by approximately 30 min

The taxi was great and the taxi driver help me en everything.
You are going to take a taxi, then a van and finally a night boat.
It's okay but the night boat it's not so comfortable so you're not going to rest a lot that night

The sleeper boat was surprisingly comfortable. Everybody had their own assigned bed. Some beds were better situated because of the air con than others. The beds were a bit hard

The pickup driver was a little bit too late and we also waited nearly an hour for two other passengers who didn't show up, but besides of that everything went perfect.

Speedboat Ferry started immediately after it was full, 15 Minutes before schedule.
Arrived in Krabi 45 Minutes later.
Even though we were there way to early, our taxi driver was waiting with our name sign and drove us with good air condition to our hotel in Ao Nang.
Start Kho Phi Phi 08:45, Hotelroom Aonang 10:30.

Llegando a tiempo a nuestro check in el personal nos subió a otro bote. Luego de un tiempo esperando partir nos bajan diciendo que estábamos en el incorrecto, al llevarnos al que se suponía que era, no teníamos asientos disponibles, tuvimos que ir sentados en la parte de afuera del bote, donde los golpes se sentían muy fuerte. El traslado en Van estuvo muy bien, pero al llegar al segundo ferry no teníamos información sobre cómo abordar… por suerte gente que iba con nosotros nos encontró y entregó un ticket para poder viajar.

the van was an hour late. the driver kept texting and making calls during the entire trip. then, the night ferry had tiny mattresses that were lined one next to the other, which meant sleeping next to total strangers. the bathroom was really bad too.

Good booking service from 12Go late the night before travelling in the morning from Phi Phi. Booked and paid extra for a van transfer (for speed) with Ramon and we actually got a coach transfer (without toilet) because of the full moon party descent to Koh Phangan. Almost missed our connecting ferry at Koh Samui to Koh Tao with Lompyman (within minutes) as a result of waiting at hour at Krabi for the bus to fill up! But good services when on board speedboat/ferry.

Wir hatten ein Taxi bestellt und bezahlt und ein voller Van bekommen. Waren eine Stunde durch krabi unterwegs um die restliche Gäste mit zu nehmen und das gleiche wieder in ko samui. Van ist noch bis zum Hotel gefahren, sonder hatte uns auf der Straße abgesetzt.

We booked the tour with Ramon from Ao Nam Mao Pier instead of going from Krabi town as they offered an earlier trip with a van.
Unfortunately the van only took us to Krabi where we had to wait again and switch to an big uncomfortable bus. At the end our journey was langer than described an we arrived more than 1 hour late in Koh Samui.

Booked a pickup for 7am and was picked up at 9:15. No explanations, no apologies, nothing. When the host at our hotel rang the number on the booking at 7:45 it sounded like she woke him up and he said pickup at 9, hung up and blocked her number. Because the booking says to be ready 30 minutes early we were ready at 6:30. Our host got up early to prepare a breakfast box for us to take as well. The company that picked us up said to dial to 12go because I booked online. I sent an email to 12Go and haven't heard a thing. I used them before and had to change vans three times on one trip. Maybe a good idea to double check all bookings before actually travelling.

It took us more than 5h to arrive. Estimated time on the PDF was 4h. There were no trafficjam. That's only because we had to wait for the bus, then we had to wait at 2 other places to pick some more people.

The boat service was above average, boat well maintenais (compare to all previous boat we had), staff is well organized , perfect!
Arrived at krabi, its well organized too and the lady that group us is very sweet.
Bus is on time and driver are way to fast on the road compare to others driver we had in south thailand
Yes we arrived ahed of schedule
Yes the bus is clean, the driver really nice
And it would go from great to excellent rating if the transport was a bit more gentle on the road.

Pickup was 1 hour late, then a dude on a motorbike came to take me to their "office"; had to wait there for another 1 1/2 hours until the minivan arrived to take me to Suratthani.
Almost there we ran out of fuel and had to stop in the middle of nowhere, where the driver was getting a gasoline canister. He did not speak a word of English so communication was quite difficult.
After several stopps at gas stations and seeming a bit lost, we were way behind schedule. In the end I barely made it to the night ferry at the surrathani pier.
Three stars only for getting me there in the end.

Everything worked really well! It was a mix of people going to Koh Samui and Koh Phangan. When we arrived at the port we had to wait an hour for our ferry but it was ok. There were toilets, food and a supermarket in the waiting area. All in all great experience! The view from the ferry was amazing!

Arrived on time at Koh Samui at 14:30, everything went smoothly. The van was a bit cramped up if you sat in the back, but overall a good experience.

Boat very good ! On time and not full, maybe AC too cold.
Van service average, air conditionner very very cold, instructions not very clear, but everything was ok and we arrived at 16h30 at Ko Samui Pier.

unfriendly driver. stopping for more than an hour to load as many people as possible. no leg room, the underside of the closed seats. arrived late for the ferry without being told. with in the end 1h30 behind the scheduled time.
I leave stars because we still arrived at our destination.

Driver took a detour 2 times for some personal business. However he was waiting for us with a sign and we were able to take the ferry ahead of time. The van itself was pretty good.
