Bei mir hat alles gut geklappt. Ich war allerdings auch der erste der abgesetzt wurde und der Bus war nur halb besetzt. Dafür haben wir schon länger gebraucht als angegeben. Also man muss schon deutlich mehr Zeit einplanen als angegeben. Aber das ist in Thailand immer mit den minivans. Das wusste ich vorher. Also nicht schlimm. Da die Fahrt früh losging habe ich am Busbahnhof etwas gegessen, davon rate ich ab.

The trip was ok, comfortable vehicle with ar-condicionditioning. It's a little bit late (10mon) nada and there was a 20 min "connection" at Krabi city that was not informed in advance. Also some stops to deliver orders that increased the travel time, but not too much. You can use the phone number in the voucher to check if it's coming.

Man kann froh sein, dass man am Ziel angekommen ist.
Auf dem Voucher steht Abholung 9.20 Uhr.
Dann steht +/- 30 Minuten.
Somit warteten wir ab 8.50 Uhr in der Lobby.
Gegen 10.15 war immer noch keiner da.
Wir riefen an, dann kam nur als Auskunft, wir sollen warten. Nach kurzer Musik im Hintergrund wurde aufgelegt.
Gegen 11.15 war immer noch keiner da. So ließen wir von der Rezeption anrufen. Als Antwort kam, dass sie bereits im Ort sind und wir warten sollen.
Kurz vor 12 war das Auto da. Somit drei Stunden gewartet…. !
Fahrer bringt die Leute nach Krabi zum Busbahnhof und kassier dann in Cash ab, wenn man zum Hotel weiter möchte.

Le chauffeur nous a oublié. Aprés plusieurs appels non aboutis la secrétaire a repondu que son frère viendrait nous chercher mais elle ne savait pas à quelle heure. Au bout d'1h30 il est arrivé nous a déposé dans un endroit. Nous avons encore attendu 20 minutes. Et Aprés nous avons eu un chauffeur très pressé.

Départ prévu à 14h, la navette n'est jamais venue malgré les appels de la dame qui gère l'Office, nous avons dû attendre 1h dans une chaleur torride pour prendre celui de 15h qui était complètement rempli de gens et de bagages... très déçu de ce trajet.

Normally we would drive 4 hours and 40 minutes. We get there 1,5 hours before. We were surprised about that it was that quick.
We took a break for 15 minutes that we can buy some drinks. I can recommend that trip !

The departure was 1 hour later than booked. Rather an old van. The driver was super friendly, was driving quite risky though.

I booked the rond bus for my travel and they arranged me a new ride! They replayed really fast, the bus was planned only one hour later then what I originally had planned and I didn’t had to pay extra money (the bus ride from my location was longer then the other/rong location i booked) it was a real savior!

The Travel to the Hotel was Okay. We had some Over-Stops, but over all it was easy. The pick up from Hotel was just in time.

Van surchargé de clients, deux sont ducoup parti en taxi. Le Van est parti avec 25/20min d'avance. Le chauffeur râlait à conduire les clients jusqu'à l'hôtel.
Le trajet s'est bien passé sur la route.

The journey should be 3:40h and it was more than 5 hours!!! The driver was delivering some packages during the trip, and we came to our hotel so late that we didn’t have time to go on our planned trip in Khao Sok, I’m not recommending this bus.

Chauffeur was netjes op tijd, onderweg meerdere personen en pakketjes opgepikt. Ondanks dat een uur eerder in Krabi dan aangegeven. Helaas geen stop onderweg voor toilet of om wat drinken te kopen.

Reservé la noche de antes bastante tarde y aún así se presentó puntual en mi hotel. Tienes que estar 30 minutos antes, porque pone +/- 30 minutos de la hora de recogida. En mi caso fueron -30 minutos. Llegamos antes de lo estimado al hotel de destino. Muy bien y más económico que otros transportes

Bus kam wie angegeben in dem Zeitraum (+/- 30 min). Wir sind von Hotel zu Hotel gebracht worden. Der Fahrer ist leider sehr schnell gefahren und hat das ein oder andere knappe Überholmanover gestartet.

I read the reviews for this company and we had the same experience. Van was old and smelly, driver was frustrated a lot while driving, driver missed a hotel and got super angry with the other passengers because they should have said something. We needed to pay more (only 100 baht) because our hotel was not on the beach and thus not in Ao Nang (it is). So yeah, for the money we could not expected more but there are services available that are nicer.

The drive drove super fast. He didn’t know were to drop people off and because of that it took longer to come to our destination. He also arrived 45 minutes later to pick us up. By far the worst taxi we had so far…

The Driver was Smoking inside the bus with a window open, however there are signs that it is phrohibed to smoke inside the bus and it could result in a fine…. Bit strange. The bus was 45min to late, but arrived on time.

The driver could barely speak english. After 1,5h of driving my friend needed to go badly to the toilette but the drivers wasn‘t concerned and answered: „1 hour“. After 2h we smelled some smoke, apparently the driver was smoking a cigarette inside the van. He even got lost on the route 2-3 times.

First the driver was at the wrong hotel and he was driving really fast , so we arrived 1 h earlier at destination.

Meistens ist der Fahrer doppelte Geschwindigkeit gefahren, wodurch man um einiges schneller am Ziel war. Ganz wohl war uns dabei aber nicht :D

The taxi was early which was nice, however when we got to our destination the taxi driver missed our hotel which we didn’t realise and dropped off others first. When it came to us he trued to drop us off 5 minutes drive from our hotel. However after telling the driver we paid to be dropped at our hotel he started to drive us there. As he went to turn around he reversed into a tree and due to this he was shouting abuse it Thai for the journey back and blaming it on us as we didn’t say we passed our hotel. However we didn’t realise this and it’s the taxi drivers job to drive to our destination of which we had already told him where it was.

The driver was taking unnecessary risks on the the road from the time we left Khao lak until we arrived in Krabi. Our driver from Krabi to Ao Nang was on FaceTime for the whole journey.

Der erwartete Bus (der auf dem Bild abgebildet war) kam als nicht also standen wir da so rum. Es fuhren viele solcher silbernen Busse an uns vorbei irgendwann mal blieb einer davon stehen und fragt wo wir hin wollen. Das sagten wir ihm und er nahm uns einfach mit zu einem Sammelplatz wo es dann mit dem Bus auf dem Bild zum Ziel ging.
Auch die Location auf der Seite ist nicht genau. Wir haben einfach am Platz gewartet wo wir mit dem Boot angelegt haben.

Driver knew which hotel to drop us off when leaving Krabi, however didn't realise he had passed it. We had to inform him and then organise for him to talk to the hotel to find it (the entrance was a little hidden). At the end he turned around and got us there (that's why only 4 out of 5 stars). Other than that perfect like we are used to from 12GO.

Just book a bus to Krabi town and take then a grab to ao nang.
It's the same price, but you don't need to wait for 30 min in Krabi town.

Driver was 1hour late and the transfer was longer than expected (around 3 ans half jour). The driver did not speak english at all.

Overall it was good. Drive was smooth, we arrived at the time specified, though it left earlier than indicated (40min earlier, I would have expected 30min earlier but not 40min). The driver was kind enough to stop for a pee break. Overall I’d recommend!

Our resort in Khao Lak was confirmed as our destination. During the drive, which was ok, we were told that we could only be delivered to Khao Lak. We then had to invest another 300 baht to get to the hotel. It's not OK!

The journey was quite nice lovely scenery. We stopped here and there but it was nice to break up the trip. The driver even stopped about halfway through for us to buy some food or use the bathroom. I asked him if he could drop us at our hotel (in the Khao Sok town center) and had no issues. I imagine if your hotel is out farther away from here you need to transfer. You travel via Khao Lak so will be longer than if you went direct, but worth the savings taking this service. Would take it again 100%

He booked the trip for 7am and we were supposed to arrive at 11am and we arrive around 12am. We made a few stops but in the end we arrived well. The van had AC and the driver was nice.

Pick up was at 7:15. Great driver and very comfy bus. We had to swap onto a different bus 20 mins into the journey as we were going to a different location but it was very straightforward. We stopped one hour away from our hotel for about 10 minutes. Think this was a break for the driver but it gave us chance to go the toilet so was fine! Dropped us off right outside our hotel. Great service arrived at 10:20 at Koh Lak so roughly on schedule.

Helemaal tevreden! Hij arriveerde op tijd bij ons hotel en hielp ons netjes met de bagage. Hij reed lekker door dus was wel een wat wilde rit maar dat heb je met elke taxi hier in Thailand. Ook zijn we netjes bij ons hotel afgezet.

The bus was an hour late and then stopped 10 minutes down the road for 50 minutes meaning it was really 2 hours late. It took a roundabout route to Ao Nang but it did advertise the trip as 5 hour which it was. The bus was the most uncomfortable I have had in my three months travelling. But got me from A to B so that’s all you need really.

They overbooked,one boy had to sit on a plastic chair on the floor 😃 Also,there is NO TAXI TRANSFER,there was a taxi driver independent of the bus service that offered to drive us for 50 baht a person. A little problem i had was that there were no seatbelts and the road had a lot of curves. Ah,also we were an hour and a half late. But apart from that it was all good especially for the money.

Der Fahrer kam pünktlich, ist allerdings gefahren, als müsste er ein Rennen gewinnen. Für unseren Geschmack viel zu schnell und waghalsig.
