One of the lady in the cashier when asked politely if we can leave our baggage for a while since we arrived early and have to eat nearby, she was very inconsiderate and very rude on how she responded when she can in fact answer in a more humane manner.

Your drivers are picking random passengers along the way which accumulates total of 13 hours trip vs supposedly 8 hrs trip! It’s completely a very uncomfortable trip!!! Your CR stinks!

First of all it left on time. Both conductor and driver were very accomodating. The whole trip was compfortable and safe. The ETA provided was also almost perfectly declared.

The seat assigned to us was near the CR. I expected to be assigned at a premium location. Also, I did not expect that we’ll be seated in a 2x2 row which we expected the bus to have 2x1 rows only.

seated on the last seat #24, cannot fully recline the seat (20%) and the engine noise is at its best in the rear part of the bus. Was my first time and I'm really disappointed

Loved the recliner seat, it was way more comfortable than the typical seats that you see on a bus, and that helps when you're on a 10-hour trip. Just wish there was Wi-Fi too since it says on the trip description that there's Wi-Fi access. Was told by the conductor that it's not available, but it's not a big deal.

I moved a seat bc I was seated right next to a stranger. Then after moving, I was being charged extra 1000 by the driver, but the other one was charging me 500. They were most probably asking me for a bribe just because I moved a seat. I was asked for that charge after the trip not before moving seats.

The Bus Waiting Area should be very clean and the rest room must be clean and ready for use all the time. No sanitation was provided like alcohol or hand sanitizer.

Convenience wise its a 5 star for me however there are hidden charges that was charged to me. When i redeem the actual ticket it only cost for 822 wherein I was charged 961 per trip plus a service fee of 89 pesos.

My husband left his wallet at the bus. When I called Turbina Office, the tender / officer is very attentive to her phone to take the call and provided me the cp# of the drivers buddy and eventually got the cp# of the driver of Z2 bus. The driver then requested his supervisor to check if there was a wallet left at #34 #35. He found it and gave to the driver which the driver then turned over to the Bicol Isarog office at Tabaco City since my husband will claim the wallet Thank you for your help! Keep it up Penafrancia Staff!

The booking service was great. As for my trip, because of the holiday traffic it took me 9 hrs to reach Naga City. The Z7 bus also arrive an hour late.

the trip took a longer time than expected because a lot of road under construction. However, you have to improve your waiting area. it's really small and no proper seat for everyone. Good thing it's not raining during the time we are waiting to board the bus. Either you have a place where people can leave their belongings or improve the area where people can wait for their respective buses.

I don't get what I'm expected seat that I saw online but I skipped the line in paying tickets in the terminal. The online had higher price than buying in the terminal because of additional charges. My rate is 3 because of the advantage and disadvantages on booking online.

When booking the trip online, I was not able to choose the seat number and I haven't seen any option to do so. I just saw my seat number right after I booked it and when I called in to try to change my seat number, I was told that I won't be able to change it because it was already booked. Still I would give 4 stars because of the convenience and cleanliness of the bus. It was a comfortable trip after all.

I suggest you have movies to play while travel for your passengers. And provide some blankets specially it a long trip and your company highlighting elite type of bus. Cost is quite ok but it seems missing some accommodation to your passengers.

Travelling from point A to point B never guarantees occasional “bumps” along the way (pun intended). Basic road conditions such as never-ending construction delays or detours are SOP on Philippine roads, unfortunately. Yet bus operators can greatly ease the travelling public by maintaining clean and operable restrooms, as well as safer waiting areas. Both are deplorably pathetic! And what is the deal with the same stop at Villa Escudero that offers only McDonald’s and another local eatery? Can’t all these multi-company bus operators pool their resources and invest in decent terminals, bus stops away from the main road, complete with varied amenities for food choices, functioning restrooms and safe rest areas? Passengers require basic quality service for their hard-earned money, yet quite often find themselves with no other viable choice than endure pathetic commute situations.

The ride was uncomfortable because the seat was not ergonomically fitted to the body. The CR was very smelly too.
