Well, it might be nice. If you have information on the steps, it takes to board the ferry, like buying a ticket, then paying the port tax, then, the Navy tax, in a certain order, informing your clients what will be required of them to actually board the faring.

If you book this ferry go to Pier 3! I believe pier 1 is for buying tickets and pier 3 is where lite ferries will pick you up. We got the tourist package which gave us indoor seating with Ac. I highly recommend this route! Trip was pretty comfortable and as a plus, the crew sang merry Christmas to us, so cute!

Pier, which pier? It is not clear that I have to be at pier 3! So in stress I had to take a motorbike from pier 1 where the taxi driver dropped me to pier 3. That could have been easy improved by your information on the booking.

Keep in mind you have a big chance to arrive at 6pm and not 4pm!
Fortunately I felt this coming and booked a day before my flight, otherwise I would missed it.

Way too cold in business class. Except for this the ferry itself looked modern and safe, and the service was outstanding, and very polite.
Not cheap, but I'll prefer to ride on a ferry who seems to be serious about safety.

Excellent service. It was great to have the online payment mode. My family would like to commend all the crew who assisted my mom on her wheelchair during our travel. It was indeed beyond was is expected for the level of service. Good bless you all !!!
NOTE: Just one suggestion hope you can upgrade your sound system for everyone to hear and understand the safety measures onboard. We are sitting infront and occupied the seats starting at 16A upto 18A but we can barely understand the demo while watching the video. This is the only thing I can ask to upgrade but overall everything was of great service.

The bed numbers are mixed. So if you're travelling with a partner, even though the numbers are in consecutive/chronological order, in actual the other number can be in the opposite side of the room. Also, maybe have enough supply of linen/blanket even for renters/clients booked in standard or economy. Last time, I was not able to bring my own blanket because I was thinking to just rent in the ship, however when I inquire about it, there was not enough linen for renters. So, for the entire trip, since my seat is near the open space (because of the jumbled bed numbering), I was freezing and was not able to sleep through the trip. BUT OFCOURSE, STILL THANK YOU FOR THE SAFE TRIP.

Check-in was a chaos. Didn’t receive any booking confirmation or tickets. Contacting the operator before hand didn’t work. When we went there on the day of departure they were super confused and didn’t know about 12go Asia. Finally they found our names in their booking system and printed out the tickets. The ferry ride itself was totally okay.

No contingency plan for stranded passengers. Staffs talked like they are in their own house very loud without minding elders and other passenger kung sa tagalog para lang nasa banketa nagsisigawan but to be fair the ship is clean and presentable.

"The ship’s trip was delayed, and there wasn’t even an announcement explaining the real reason. We only found out later that it was due to bunkering, which caused the ship to be delayed by almost 3 hrs.
