They give you the choice to choose your seat but they wont tell that the bottom seats are really uncomfortable and old, and the top ones are new.

They did not say the information in English such as when we were having a break and for how long. That we get a meal with our ticket. We arrived one hour earlier than stated. There was no wifi and the tvs did not work. They provided snack and water. The woman who brought the snacks was really nice.

Bus confortable, collation servie comme prévu. 1 arrêt vers 00h30 sur une air de repos avec toilettes et nourriture si besoin. Le bus est pourvu de toilettes. Bus parti avec 15 minutes de retard, arrivé à l'heure.

Information by personnel is only given in the local language. The seats were very comfortable, reclining far back with a legrest that can be brought up. I recommend bringing an extra blanked to be warm enough, at least if you sit in the front close by the AC. On my fist seat the seatbuckle was broken. I later changed to the middle of the bus because of a snorer. The air around the middle seats smelled really bad by the end of the ride, as the toilet is located in the middle downstairs. On the toilet I could not detect a proper flushing mechanism, it all just flows down a small hole, with no cover to prevent smell. No2 not advised! Bring earplugs, high chance of meeting an awful loud snorer.

Seats were comfortable. Bus wasn't too cold in my opinion i did start to get colder towards the end. They gave us an almond cake, lactasoy, coffee/tea, and bottled water. Left late, but arrived on time.

Pleasantly surprised. Plenty of leg room and reclining seats with calf rests. Even with the included blanket it was a little bit too cool for me but others didn't seem to mind.

I wouldn’t recommend taking the nightbus. Very noisy and shaky ride. Bus stops on the way tonlet other people in. Prepare for a ride with no sleep.

Much better than expected! Seats are comfortable and leg room is great which I was extremely worried about before booking as I’m 6ft 8” tall. We left 10 mins early which seems unusual from other reviews but and also arrived 1.5hrs early in Chiang Mai! The movies would be great if you could speak/understand Thai, even the ‘English’ selection are all in Thai. All in all a much better experience that I expected albeit didn’t sleep too much.

We left with a little delay, but that wasn't a problem because in the end we arrived earlier in Chiang Mai. The seats were very modern,; they could almost go vertical en they have screens with movies and stuf. You get a blanket en the tempreture was good for sleeping in our case. You also get a free snack, water and soy milk. People were friendly and toilet was fine. Everything was better then I expacted. You should keep in account that you won"t sleep wel/a lot, unless you are a very good bus-sleeper.

Took the night bus, left on time. Arrived early. Free muffin and soy milk carton to start the journey. Toilet on bus. Very comfortable, loads of space, slept pretty much straight through journey. USB chargers on board.

The bus was good, it was confortable and easy to sleep. The only problem was we arrived 2h earlier, at 04 am, in the middle of the night. Which was a bad hour to arrive and it made us have to pay for one more night of acomodation at oir destiny

+ New bus with a screen in each seat with games and movies. - The AC was too high despite that we told them to turn it off or down. We couldn't sleep because of the cold, I took all the blankets I found on the bus and still freezing. +/- You have a free meal with your ticket but no one tells you about it.

Apart from departing with a small delay, the journey until Chiang Mai was good. They give a snack for you to have during the night, juice and a water. In the morning they serve you coffee. The seats are very comfortable, so you can sleep and save money if you are doing the night trip.

The bus arrived to Chiang Mai on time. The seats were okay, the lady on board was rude. There was a 20-minute stop at midnight but it wasn't enough time to have dinner. They wake you up abruptly

It was comfortable as there was a lot of space between the seat and the one in front of you. There were only few people in the bus, maybe 8. So I was able to choose where I wanted to sit. We arrived about 2 hours earlier which was quite confusing as it was 4pm and first we didn't really know where we were. It also took me some time to find out how to get to the city from the huge bus station in bangkok...

There was an annoying passenger sitting behind us, who was playing his movie loud so we didn't get to sleep that night... please make sure you put a note that everybody has to use his headphones. For the rest the places where good.

The bus itself was really nice and the trip was actually shorter than it was supposed to be, but during the overnight trip the bus stopped twice and turned on all the lights and woke everyone up. It was extremely disruptive with no real purpose. Other than that, the bus was great.

By far one of the better overnight bus experiences I’ve had in Asia. Helpful staff, very comfortable, arrived early, good price, nice stop with adequate food options — what more could you want?

All worked great! The buses are super big, very comfortable rides, even well doable overnight! We received a snack at the beginning of our overnight trip, which was unexpected, but a pleasant surprise. With soy milk! The bus ride was shorter than signposted, too. All well done! Note that you are left at a bus station (Chiang Mai Arcade) that is about an hour walk away from the Chiang Mai city centre.

Great over night bus. Best of 3 I've taken so far. Lots of leg room and was provided water, blanket and snacks. And got to destination hour earlier then expected.

Wollte eigentlich den Nachtzug nehmen, der war aber leider schon ausgebucht. Der Bus kostet nur die Hälfte, ist schneller und Verpflegung gibt es auch noch. Ich war positiv überrascht und ich würde jederzeit wieder den Bus nehmen.

Very convenient busride. Seats were comfortable, driver was considerate and there was water, a snack and a free meal at the middle of our journey. If only they wouldn't love their aircon so much, so bring something to wear. It gets really cold, even with their blankets.

Clean bus, and we were given a free snack and water. We stopped a couple of times so we could walk and use the toilets. Drivers were safe and considerate.

Great first time for us! We got coconut cookies, water and chocolat soymilk. There were 2 drivers and they both drove very confident and easily. It was raining very hard, but we felt safe while driving. The steward gave us a blanket and we slept okay.

C'è spazio per le gambe ed il sedile è reclinabile quindi abbastanza comodo considerando che è un autobus. Ti danno una coperta abbastanza sudici ma visto l'aria condizionata a palla non puoi farne a meno. Ti offrono una bottiglietta d'acqua, una pastina, un latte di soia al cioccolato e al "risveglio" (per chi riesce a dormire) un caffè. Siamo arrivati 1 ora in anticipo. Lo staff femminile poco cortese ma ho visto di peggio.

The coach itself was fine, however we were secluded to arrive in Bangkok approx 06:30 therefore we made arrangements for around that time. When the coach arrived into Bangkok it was two hours early and after waking us up abruptly the driver of the bus then began shouting for us to hurry up and get off.

Busreis was good. We got a blanket, bus still the airco was really cold inside. So put on Some socks and a long jeans. We were arrive a little before expected time.
