Suspention bad on the bus, no sleep possible. Bad smell on the bus.. something like burned plastic. Strange

The drivers were rude and unpleasant + gaining time with a daybus may be an advantage but a night bus arriving at 4.30 am instead of 8 am seriously sucks.

Drivers were not that friendly. Getting on was a bit chaotic. Even showing them my ticket with my name they kept asking me if I was the guy standing next to me, who kept telling him the name they were showing me was him. The ride was down a dirt road at one point in a BUS. And I was sitting up front in the bus, don't expect to sleep much on an overnight sleeper bus, the bus driver was honking the horn constantly

We took an overnight bus to Ho Chi Minh City, and unfortunately, the experience was very unpleasant. One of the drivers was driving recklessly—far too fast for such a bumpy road. Along the way, we were constantly picking up and dropping off passengers from the back, near the restroom. Despite constantly waking the passengers, the driver never stopped properly for us. At one point, I noticed a distinct smell of cigarette smoke emanating from the restroom on the bus. We finally arrived about three hours earlier than planned, around 4 a.m., and at that time, we had nothing to do. The driver was rude, seemed tired, and irritated at having to take us anywhere. Even showing us our tickets and names on the screen didn't help—there was no way to communicate in English, and the driver was aggressive toward the passengers. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and stressful journey.

Some more clening would be good as there is a requirement to take off your shoes during your trip but the floor of the bus is far from being clean itself. Tolet in the rear feels like roller coaster. Also signaling to the rest of the traffic whole night did little help to sleeping quality.

The bus constantly stops to pick up package's, and only stopped once in 10 hours for passengers. Overall ok, but the train or plane would be better

Office in Nha Trang is air conditioned which is good. Transfer to the big bus is by shuttle van. Drop off in HCMC was not at the main bus station but at a fuel station 5 minutes from the bus station. We arrived 3 hours early at 4am. Plenty of Grab cars around

Great service. Only reason why its not a 5 star was because we got stuck for 30 -45 mins. Other than the stopping at random places to eat and toilet break. Great stuff.

Driver did not allow comfort break for any of us. My wife specifically asked about this and the driver said they would stop in an hour, which did not materialise.

We were charged for a ticket back to Da Nang at the same time as this journey. When we queried it with 12Go they said no refund as the journey was within 72 hours. This is despite us having not requested the trip.

Operator is really helpful and responsive. Got a reasonable 3 stops. Ride was comfortable, the bus depart a little late so it arrived an hour late to the destination.

Họ gọi cho tôi ngay sau khi tôi đặt chỗ. Họ nói chỗ ngồi của tôi đã hết và tôi cần phải trả thêm nhân dân tệ để mua vé hạng sang, hoặc họ sẽ hoàn tiền.

Bus capsule avec des couchettes larges,(seulement 2 rangs). Allongé en haut ça secouait pas mal. Difficile de bien dormir surtout que les couchettes étaient dur. Départ avec une heure de retard sur l'horaire annoncé mais arrivée avec une heure d'avance donc plutôt cool. Globalement expérience positive.

Die Busstation war gut zu finden und wir wurden nach Ansprechen des Personals zu unserem Bus gebracht. Leider waren alle erst verwirrt ob wir einsteigen sollen oder nicht aber hat alles geklappt und der Fahrer ist pünktlich losgefahren. Der Bus war auch sehr gemütlich und sauber (ein Ladestecker hat leider nicht funktioniert). Ansonsten war die Busfahrt ganz angenehm. Nur könnte man als kleinen Tipp vielleicht die Pause besser kenntlich machen (z.B. Licht im Flur anmachen), weil wir uns nie sicher waren ob wir gerade eine Pause machen oder nicht und wenn wir mal standen, dann meistens irgendwo im nirgendwo, dass man nicht auf Toilette gehen konnte. Als wir angekommen sind, mussten wir in einen anderen Bus umsteigen, was ziemlich verwirrend war und alle irgendwie nicht wussten wohin, aber sind dann am Ziel angekommen. Also alles war gut außer ein paar Kleinigkeiten:)
