Honestly it was good, i don’t understand bad reviews on this company. I got picked up on time, staff was helpful and friendly, boat was on time, everything was good. It’s more expensive that other fast boats but honestly it is worth paying a little more for what we got with this company. I’ve traveled with others before and this is the best one so far. I get that fast boat rides can be a little scary and reckless for people not used to them, but the staff know what they are doing. I recommend!

The boat was very nice, we sat on the top open air deck and very much enjoyed the journey. Beach towels, sunscreen, and a cold towel at the end of the trip was provided. The crew was also super friendly.

Die Route wurde zwar kurzfristig geändert, aber ich kam gut an und es gab aufgrund der "Unannehmlichkeiten " ein kostenloses Mittagessen. Ankunft wie angegeben und freundlicher schneller email Kontakt

Hard to judge this time. Reason for that is that the government of Lombok introduced a stupid rule which makes your travel a bit more unpleasant. This particular rule says that fast boat agencies are only allwoedto drop of passengers e.g. on gili island but not to pick up. Which means, if you want to go back to Bali, you first have to travel Lombok and then continue to Bali. Which is just stupid and customer unfriendly. Nevertheless Gili Getaway provided sufficient information on how to go back to. Overall the communication and actual travel was good. Though the sea was rough as hell.

When we opened our suitcase in the hotel after our boat ride, everything was wet. It definitly happened on the boat ride, because the luggage was stored in the front of the boat. Very unfortunate. The boat transfer itself was beside this very nice.

Service was top notch despite the very choppy waters we faced on the waters - resulting in me puking quite a bit on the boat. The boat is generally very clean. The crew provided cold towels , vomit bags and ensured we are alright . Toilet on the boat was kept very clean too.

Hat alles wirklich reibungslos geklappt! Das Personal war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich und das Boot sehr schön. Man könnte sogar auf Deck liegen und hat extra Polster plus Handtuch, sowie Wasser bekommen. Wir können den Trip wirklich empfehlen!

Rough sea made the trip extremely bumpy. High windows made difficult to look outside to reduce the sea-sick feeling. On-board crew extremely kind and professional. All in all a good service... but a pretty bumpy uncomfortable 2,5h trip.

2 stars for getting me& the bags to the destination in one piece. I am not sure why I paid this much money (almost as much as the ferry but the Ekajaya ferry had no times that suit me on that day) for this journey. It advertised that it has aircon and free water- there were fans that were not on and windows open, was quite hot but not the worst. There was filtered water but not sure how I was gonna get to it as I was going up/down, right/left with how fast the boat was driving. I am not seasick but it was so bad I was worried. At least it was not very crowded. Was 15 mins late.

Amazing support all the way throughout our journey. We were checked -in, boarded, met at our destination and guided to taxi. I can’t thank them enough for excellent service. The boat itself is a dream: new, clean, small and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Booked online emails of confirmation and tickets came almost instantly. Driver messaged on WhatsApp and arrived on time as planned. Smooth drop off to awaiting staff at ferry terminal and lead out to boat. Boat trip fine fresh air via windows wet towels prior to arrival and arrived on time

The weather was good, and the trip was fine. However, the travel time predicted by 12go is completely incorrect. It takes 2.5 hours if everything goes well. They almost always miss the scheduled departure time. Otherwise, the boat was fine, and the trip went well.

Everything was on time and well organized. Only improvement could be better directions, how to find the Gili Gateway office at Bangsal pier. It was very small and hard to find.

Got the transfer direct from my hotel (although advertisement says it’s free I paid 50MYR pp), to the pier where we were given anti sickness pills and mentos. The crew were very professional and kept us informed. We sat on the top and despite getting splashed for the last 30m due to choppy water we really enjoyed it!

Firstly, i would 100 % use Gili Getaways again. The boat trip itself was very good, the boat staff were helpful and friendly and the boat was in good condition and ran to time at all stops. The biggest let down which is why I've dropped 1 star was the staff at Gili Gede booking office who try and almost scare you into booking a car with them and them alone, whether it be a private car or a shared shuttle. We were told that there was no other option at Serangan Port..... After a short google search we said no and decided to fend for ourselves. On arrival at Serangan we collected our bags and walked less than a minute away from the main port area where we were offered countless taxi rides. In the end we got a Grab but we do understand that they are tricky to get to pick up from the port (but not impossible).
