Про Duy Khang Limousine

Duy Khang Limousine?

  • 160 Tran Quang Khai
  • Buu Dien Bich Dong

Duy Khang Limousine?

Everything was well organized. We were picked up at the Pickup Spot with a Minivan and were brought to the larger Bus. We arrived in ninh binh and a Mini Van brought us to Trang An Boat Station. The whole drive took less than 2 hours.

Driver drove like a maniac. A journey that should have taken 2 hours took 1 hour and 10 minutes. Drove extremely fast, overhauling literally everyone, even in dangerous situations, scrolled on his phone while driving full speed on the highway and drank what looked like beer

Very comfortable van with USB charger and massage chairs. The staff responds via Whatsapp in English if you have any concerns on the date of a ride.

Was fine once we got into the limo, however we were suppose to leave at 12.05 and ended up leaving at 1:30. There was no communication from anyone and instead was told to wait 10 minutes about 3 times. If there’s alternative companies I would use them instead.

The Transfer was delayed for 15 min. After we got to the point to get on the Main Bus we waited 45 min until the main bus was ready with no info about the bus schedule or remaining waiting time. When we got too frustrated and asked for an update, the bus just arrived. Would have appreciated more transparency.

It was okay. At the begin they take you with a shithole bus to the good medium bus - which is also not great. I feared death multiple times while driving - plus point we was on time though. Bring a jacket, because AC is cold like ice cold.

We were 30min early at the pickup point and it was raining. Driver spotted us immediately and let us in the car while waiting for other guests. Seats were very comfy. Water was provided. Bus left on time and arrived on time. Had to change to a regular van (no VIP) for the last 15mins in Hanoi (route was Ninh Binh - Hanoi), but that was okay (probably easier to tackle Hanoi‘s traffic in a smaller van).

The booking proces was confusing, because after booking it could not be found by the company and they even denied offering the route we booked. When we later showed them the voucher, everything from there on was fine.

Bus was nice. On the way back got water, way there we didn't. Bus left early since everyone was there. Driver found me even though wasn't standing by the van. Two passengers apparently got on the wrong van even though they said they gave a slip of paper from their hostel to insure everything was correct. They refused to get off so there was a delay but still made it ahead of time.

We had a bus at 4:30. We went to the pick up point but there was no sign where to wait. We asked a local and he said we can just wait right where we were. We did. At 4:45 I asked the person I had contact to a little before already. She told us that the bus was already there but could not find us. She even send me a video, which the driver sent her to prove we were not there. There were some cars parking which we were behind. The driver did not get out of his car, did not call us, did not ask anybody for my name. In the end the girl I talked to was nice and sent the driver back. We went to a place which we were not supposed to be. It was all in all a lot of stress to travel with Duy Khang. The Limousine was comfortable but the airconditioner was extremely cold. We were 1 hour late.

Bus was on time, people in the pick up spot were really reassuring and helpful as its not clear if you're in the right place for pick up. Arrived safe and on time, Deducting 1 star because unfortunately the group before us had no respect for the bus and it was left full of rubbish one seat was full of melted chocolate

We changed 4 vehicles, before arriving to final destination. This would not be a problem, if we would have know this from the beginning, but we were told to wait at different locations, without knowing when we will continue the trip.

We were not informed that we had to change vehicles in between. The car we started in wasn't going to our destination and we switched to a different one. The driver(s) drove like maniacs, taking over on the right on the hard shoulder

The van was very clean and they gave you a free water which I appreciated! I took the route from Hanoi to ninh binh which consisted of a few stops along the way to pick up other people which at times was confusing if you weren’t sure where your stop was. It also was confusing when you had to switch cars because you really aren’t sure if you need to. I noticed this caused confusion for other passengers since the drivers don’t give much direction. Luckily, the other driver said they could take them since they are on the list they had. My only advice is to make sure you ask questions so you don’t get off on the wrong stop or get in a van you didn’t need to. Happy travels!

Great service! The limousine was on time. The driver was prompt to call once he reached location. And the vehicle itself was comfortable and luxurious for the price. It had charging socket, massage chairs, AC, wifi and we were dropped at the drop off location without delay! Great experience!

The bus kicked us off in Hue(?) in the rain for about two hours before a replacement came. There was no information. That and we left two hours late too. But somehow we managed to arrive in Da Nang on time, so I guess that count that in the time. The bus was comfortable though.

would really recommend! Quoc ( the guy from the office ) helped us a lot could easily speak English and was so friendly. We booked the limousine bus and the bus itself is super comfy and so big. 2/3 stops for the toilet and never did the driver drive insanely fast or dangerous. very happy with my choice!

After all the negative Reviews I was curious how Things would be. But nothing to complain about: Start and Stop Cities of the Bus Trip exactly like I've booked, PDF with location where exactly the Bus Station is, WhatsApp Contact to offer additional Service If needed. On top of that we had the oppotunity to take one bus earlier since we arrived a bit to early at the Busstation.

Booked an 11 seater but ended up on a large bus. Bus was great and comfortable so no issues there but the driver aggressively honked the horn loudly the whole way to make people move out of the way. Bus had no wifi and the usb charging ports didn’t work

For a 2 hours trip we needed 1 taxi before the limousine and 1 after. After the first taxi we had to wait during 30 minutes for the Limousine. The last taxi was not really safe with the seats broken. For the price (from a local point of view) we should expect a better service I believe The limousine itself was ok

Vehicle is okay. Maybe there should be rule to have the passenger lower down their voices, I have co passenger that is talking for 2hrs and very loud. Also there might be other pick up points. Because the pick up point has no shade or chair, just street.
