Car was good and they picked me up from the hotel but the almost kicked me off the car at a place that was far from the book drop off point

The trip and the driver was really good and quiet. The problem was that we didn't get a confirmation till 1h before the trip. We booked the night before, and even they said that confirmation would be within an hour, we had no response till next day an hour before the trip. That was stressed and we had to move to the meeting point without knowing if we could travel.

The only reason this has 2 stars instead of 1 is that our ride from Hanoi to Ha Long was so good. The first ride was in one of the vans pictured with plenty of space for people and bags and the driver was safe. However. The ride from Ha Long to Hanoi was completely different. The communication was confusing and almost rude. We selected a 12pm departure and were told the time had moved up to 11:30 so we arrived accordingly. The driver left at around 12:15. We were in a cramped SUV and the driver was overly aggressive and unskilled. We were stressed out for two hours. I won't be booking with this company again.

An old car—dirty and partially broken. Furthermore, packages were being delivered on the side, which meant we had to wait. The driver even took a smoke break while doing so.

The driver didn't drop me at the assigned location. Instead, he tried to put me on a Grab Bike 6 km away with my Carry-on bad and another bag. I refused and insisted on a Grab car. The Grab dropped me 700m from the desired destination.

Bus was on time, only problem we had was picking up two travelers, and they had food that they brought with and the odor of the food was unbearable and vehicle was stinking. The company must not allow it and 90% of us was foreign travellers

This isn't my first time using your service. However, this is the first time I've disliked the ride. The driver spent an hour driving around the city, picking up passengers and some packages. But what I disliked most was that he didn't stop once during the entire journey to let the passengers rest or use the restroom. He did stop twice, however, to get out and smoke himself. This is the first time I've seen someone treat passengers like this.

It was soooo shaky and the busdriver should at least speak 5 words of english: yes no, toilet, final stop - we arrived 3h in advance!! But it was good that - he arrived on time - he stopped about 3-4 times for toilet - the location of the pick-up and dropp-off was correct

The journey itself was overall okay, although we arrived about 3 hours earlier than scheduled, which was a bit unexpected. However, during the trip we experienced multiple insect bites. At first, we assumed they were mosquito bites, but it later became clear that they were most likely bed bug bites. We understand that this kind of issue can occasionally happen, but unfortunately it has significantly affected the rest of our trip and caused considerable inconvenience. We hope this feedback helps improve hygiene standards for future passengers.

The bus was on time, the communication beforehand clear. The ride itself was fine, we had 1/2 bathroom stops from Ninh Binh to Hue. Unfortunately, in the three row buses, the beds are definitely too narrow for the average westerner, which made the sleeping a bit difficult. Otherwise - everything clean, no complaints there!

The driver was half hour late. We were asked to give our drop off location so the driver could leave us on the way, but he drove us all the way to Halong and left us without any word. We had to take taxi and drove about 10 km back.

It was fine but photos showed it was flat beds, it wasn’t they were the awkward semi reclined. Also was almost 2 hrs early which meant arrived 2.30 am not ideal! Driver was helpful though and there were toilet stops.

Not the best of transport- turned up very early then proceeded to drive to Hanoi like a lunatic with a small child in the front of the minibus. Stopping at the side of the road a couple of times for a cigarette, was supposed to be dropped off at the airport only to be turfed out with no explanation in the middle of the old quarter in hanoi

The seats are incredibly narrow , including having to store our bags with us in the seats, it made for a tight trip. They put people on the floor between the seats (on mattresses), which made it worse as the person bumped into me all night. We stopped once for food at a not so great place. Rough trip, slept very poorly. They offered one warm blanket which was absolutely necessary, but that is it.

They told us to be 30 min prior the time ,then later we had to wait for them,plus we would have been picked up from the hotel because we walk 37 min to the pick up point and later they drove to the Okd Quarter where we where staying...

Poor communication. They message me on WhatsApp about 30 min before departure time to give vehicle plate # and pick up time. They told me it will be a bus not a van ( yes i specifically asked) ( i booked a van) and a van showed up. Driver was 45 min late, 0 communication about it. When i tried to message them on WhatsApp my messages were read but ignored.

The journey was pleasant and relaxing, but perhaps they should pay a bit more attention to our luggage. When it was handed back to us at our destination, it was dirty and covered in mud. It seems it may have been thrown outside the bus while unloading other luggage.

It was easy to book and comfy, it came a bit late to a pick up location but got easily and fast to Hanoi, so no delays. I can recommend it.

May be it is not easy to be in time. And the driver brought me directly to my hotel for compensation. Unfortunately it was too cold and the driver didn't understand my problem.

The tour guide Trưởng ( Leader ) was very helpful and shared tons of informations. Despite of we changed hotel in last minute they were able to pick us up. Highly recommend

Good trip overall, but the departure time was moved twice, eventually being the same as the originally scheduled time. Hence I had a much longer wait at the departure point than necessary.

The photos of the bus didn’t show that this is a 3 row bus with very narrow bed, very different from regular sleeper buses. Although we turned to be the only ones to get on the bus at the meeting spot, they refused to pick us up from our hotel, that was just 5mins away and on the bus route. The bus made tens of stops for unrelated to passengers business. They also spilled some fish smelling liquid on one of our luggage, making it all smelly. I do not recommend using their service.

No announcements from driver on stops. I just happen to wake up and noticed we stopped. Got off bus for bathroom break and bus driver told me to just pee on the ground next to the bus

Shaky and really narrow beds. No toilet and not enough toilet stops (or I woke up too late because they don’t tell you you can go pee)
