I also needed to print the voucher in a 1st floor print shop to get a boarding ticket from the second floor ticket booth 4. Also finding those two places was not a quick task. Has never been this hard to get in a bus you have already paid ticket in advance.

Get to Pitx Level 2 Booth 4 to get my ticket but was told by the counter to go downstairs and print out the PDF voucher send to my email. Printing services wanted 150 Peso to print. Went to Pitx front desk to confirm with them and was assisted by their staff to talk to the bus service counter. Apparently we do not need the printed PDF the bus service counter guy just refuse to give us our ticket until PITX staff confrontated them. Maybe something dodgy going on between the bus service counter guy and the printing shop who knows. Anyway we double confirmed with other passengers and was told they didn't need to print the PDF voucher in exchange for actual ticket. Also the bus departed at 3.30pm not 3.00pm.

The scheduled postes in the website was not accurate.. Departure time should be 6am but it left 9amplus already. Arrival should be 4am the next day but i arrived 4pm already. Also before i booked it didn't specify that it does not include the vessel fee. Total i payed online was 2,417 but then when reached in batangas port they collected me another php 930.00.

It was expensive. According to the conductor, when they saw the price of my online it was a little more expensive compared to when you buy the ticket at the bus terminal. Likewise, there were separate payment for each ferry. And we got many delays. So from Cubao to Cebu City, we had an accumulated time of 45 hours of travel. Very long travel hours. But we came safe to our destination.

Travel time did not include waiting time. PDF Voucher stated around 26 hrs travel but I arrive 14 hrs after the indicated ETA

The price of ticket in buendia terminal to iloilo is 3200 pesos including ferry ticket.but yours the bus ticket is 3100 including insurance but not ferry ticket 1700 pesos.i spend 4700 for the whole trip.not good.

Ceres liner was not on time, it was 2 hrs late, long waiting hours, it was not organzed they dont follow what is written on the agreement and ticket. Theres hidden charges like payment for the baggage.

The bus left at 4:30am which is 30minutes late. So I did not make it on my scheduled on that day. Also, the conductor and driver is requiring a printed copy of the voucher. No instruction said to print it.

6am on the online, so we arrive early as 4am. But the departure time is 11am! 😡 Online booking is way more expensive. It should be a 1 way trip however because of the delay we have no choice but to go inter island from batangas port to calatagan mindoro port to roxas mindoro port. The trip makes you feel exhausted. Better to book flight than to go on roro boat trip.

Bus Company Ceres requires a printed copy of voucher,it is a inconvenience for a traveller who has no access to a printer.Unlike other platforms such as Airlines you present your eticket and they’ll print your boarding pass.

Everything went smoothly, and we were even accommodated earlier than our scheduled trip. The only hassle is that you still need to bring a printed copy of the itinerary for PH buses—even though we’re already in the digital age, lol.

Bus was comfy, only left 20min late arrived on time. Printing the voucher seems utterly useless and wasteful. The driver/ticket inspector could have just looked at my phone to confirm my booking. The person at the help desk refused to print my voucher. There's a printing shop just at the corner where you can print (around 10pesos). Allow extra time for that.

The terminal leaving Manila and arrival at Batangas Port was very chaotic with people you're not sure if they're employees or random strangers offering to help with your bags etc..It feels like a free for all.

The bus has a very limited baggage capacity. The trip took 3-4 hours since the bus stopped at Lipa, Tanauan. And Sto Tomas. I arrived at the bus station before 12:30, and the bus is already full. I have to wait and carry my baggage bags since there is no nice place or even chairs to sit down while waiting for the next bus. The bus left past 1.

The bus arrived on time, but then we waited an hour to depart, I guess they tried to fill the bus up instead of going half empty.
So if I was dependent on punctual arrival I would be late
Overall trip was OK, bus was comfortable, but bit cold with AC on full power, couldn't turn it down, so have a emergency hoodie or something just in case....

Not good, we booked ahead of time yet we are not a priority.. additional charged is too expensive , aside from.paying 1500, at ypur ter.ina we charged for another 1312 each as ferry fare, which is ok but overcharged.

I boarded the bus without any hassle. The bus conductor assist me with my luggage. They even offered me an earlier trip without additional fees since I arrived in the bus station ahead of my schedule.

All was good, but when we want to enter the bus they want to have a printed voucher. I said I don't need because I have the voucher on my phone but the man said he need it.
When we work digital I can't understand that they couldn't scan it.
So I send it to him with Facebook and it works.

I ordered the 12 pm bus was there at 11:35 am , But the bus left at 13:20 just waiting for more people on the bus will not use the bus if having a flight time , bus could really need some cleaning.

Seems like the booking website is not aligned sa bus liner. They're asked for a printed copy of the reciept at di daw pwede hindi printed. Not comfortable. Di din alam ng driver kungkanino ibibigay yung printed reciept.

No clear itinerary, not worth the hassle, trip took 8 hours more than the set expectation, trip started an hour late. Was not given a heads-up that the booking doesn’t include the ferry fair. Uncomfortable. Ceres doesn’t have printing service, took me an hour to look for printing good thing I arrived 2 hours prior. So much hassle
