Binh Minh Tai Limousine?

This was the most comfortable transfer of our entire Vietnam trip. The travel agency was professional. Smooth check-in with seat assignment, large and comfortable waiting room, bus perfectly on time. The bus was new, the bunks spacious and equipped with two soft pillows, a blanket, water bottle, two snacks, mobile phone charger. We arrived at our destination on time. We couldn't have asked for more. Much appreciated. I recommend it!

Worst sleeper bus of my life, when I got in another person was in my bed.
The driver was driving like we were 4 hours behind schedule and needed to make up for it.
Spoke to 2 other persons and for them it was also horrible, wouldn’t recommend.

The service was very good I didn’t realise there was a transfer to get to the bus and I arrived late for it. They waited for me there which was very nice for them. They contacted me regarding the trip on what’s app with all the details. There was a toilet and we stopped off for food and to stretch our legs. Overall no complaints

No sleep :(
Driver was quite rude and took the bends very fast. We had one toilet stop extremely early in the trip, and then that was it. It was hard to understand if it was a toilet stop or not and I thought we might get left behind so I stayed on the bus. Seatbelt kept jamming and pinning me to the bed. We arrived 2 hours early and nothing was open.
However, beds were fairly comfy, you get a waffle and a bottle of water and a pillow with blanket. Nice selection of lighting in the cabin 🤷♀️

The bus is very clean and relatively new. The sleeper bed is more comfortable than other bus lines. Most importantly is there is a toilet on the bus! A big gift for those with tiny bladders. Only negative is the city shuttle bus from Saigon dropped us off at a place like a garbage landfill to switch onto the sleeper bus. That was unexpected and inconsistent with the rest of the bus line facilities

Driver beeped the whole ride and drove very fast. We reached our destination 2 hours early with no where to go to at this time. We also were unable to sleep due to the continuous beeping of the vehicle and the speed as to which the vehicle traveled at. The limited English/translations left us unsure of when to get off the bus and when various stops occurred.
