Bus arrived 30 mins late with no explanation or information available whilst we were left waiting in 32 degree heat with no shade in the vicinity of the stand. The on board ticket collector was very abrupt and unhelpful when we enquired how many stops it would be to our destination.

radnik / vozač ne zna hrvatski ni engleski. ne može objasniti kad kreće autobus i gdje vozi. užasno parkira i okreće autobus. sramotno da se dovodi jadan stranac bez kvalifikacija. nije znao da moramo stati na wc pauzi i skoro otišao bez pola putnika. strašno neugodno nama i njemu sramota kompanije.

Good！. I want to express my gratitude to our driver! He was fantastic, with great driving skills. I really liked how he clearly communicated the break times in English—this was a huge help for a non-local like me. The bus was also clean and on time. My only suggestion is to improve the platform indicators, as 'Plitvice Lakes' was missing from the display screen, making it a bit confusing to find the bus at first. Still, I had a great trip. Thanks again!

Good journey to Zagreb, the driver was nice. The bus was on time, the driver was nice. No USB ports on board, the Croatian music was too loud and just awful to listen to, even with my noise cancelling earbuds I could still hear it.

No delay. Drivers are not willing to help passengers. They do not care if all passengers are sitting in their seats, which later leads to problems for passengers who have reserved their seats. I paid for a seat reservation only to end up sitting in a different seat. Very bad experience.

40min late. I did not like the bus being 40min late arriving to Split. This meant I missed my connection and had to buy another ticket and wait an additional 2 hours, thanks a lot Arriva. I'm sure weather conditions will be used as an excuse but let's be honest, it's because smoking breaks take priority, even when the bus is alreday delayed..

Punctuality. No hands free , driver on his phone numerous times, and that road is very bendy. Made us anxious. Driver’s didn’t seem to care . Unsympathetic when people were on the wrong bus , just stopped and told them to get off.

My neighbour was manspreading a bit! But we managed. Smooth ride, careful driving, helpful with luggage. When we stopped at Karlovac, the driver didn’t say how long the stop was for- sometimes they just pull in, a few people leave and we are off again. Sometimes it’s a five or ten minute stop, perfect for a toilet break. Usyally they announce this. So I asked “5 minutes?” He said “No, 2 minutes” so I sat down again and crossed my legs rather than be left behind, and then it was at least 10 minutes! ( I made it to Zagreb without incident by the way…).

The timeliness of departure is excellent. Pit stops are timely, which is great as you need them. The drivers are friendly and accommodating. As there are 2 drivers, they tend to use seats paid for by passengers, which is a bit rude. On 2 trips that I have used Arriva, passengers were asked to find a seat elsewhere.These seats are usually in the front and the drivers take up 2 seats on both sides, so that's 4 seats in total. They use the seats for their belongings. The seats can become quite uncomfortable after a couple of hours and I suppose the pit stops help with that.

Autobus je uredan i komforan. Vožnja je u prvom dijelu puta bila ugodna. Vožnja je bila u redu sve dok vozač nije skrenuo s autoputa i krenuo starom cestom preko Obrovca. Autobus je došao na autobusni kolodvor s 40 minuta zakašnjenja. Obzirom da je puhala bura, možda je to bio razlog za skretanje s puta. Međutim, vozač se apsolutno niti u jednom trenutku nije obratio putnicima s obrazloženjem tako velikog kašnjenja već je samo na dolasku u Zadar, odnosno na kolodvoru rekao kratko stigli smo i doviđenja. To nije bilo profesionalno ponašanje prema putnicima.

Unprofessional. The bus arrived on time but left 40 minutes late with no explanation. The journey also took 20 minutes longer than it should have. Altogether an extra 60 minutes on a 30 minute journey.

Only the delay in the evening, which is not communicated to us is a bit poor. More than 30 min delay makes a tourist a bit nervous about the coming bus. So maybe, you use SMS for informations it would be helpful to just send a message: be calm, bus has delay due to heavy traffic..or whatelse.. that would help.

Forsinkelse. Bussen fra Trogir var forsinket 1/2 time og vi fik ingen information på mail/sms så vi kom for sent til vores planlagte sightseeing. På vejen hjem viste det sig at det selskab der stod på vores billet ikke kørte og kun fordi vi spurgte fandt vi bussen men i første omgang ville chaufføren ikke tage os med. I bør helt klart informere om afvigelser og ændringer - der er så mange busser og selskaber at det kan være lidt svært at finde den rigtige bus. Mvh Johnny Lundager.

The bus was 15 minutes late. The seats on the bus were uncomfortable; on the two that were free, the backrests would not go up. The driver and the conductor were polite and professional — many thanks to them. The ticket price is higher than at the station.

That in Croatia I was booking ride at 17 h, and that gott your e- mail confirmation that my ride is at 5 o’clock. I was shocked and trued to reach you to complain, but when I looked again you send information that it was 5 PM. For us costumers it’s important to use the same time notification that is in booking you make.

Wifi and charging. Bus was late by 40 minutes. The bus driver started the bus while people were standing and then braked and she feel over. The driver didn't even stop or check she was ok.
