Alexia PWe had to wait the driver one hour at the airport , he didn’t came on time . The driver should be at 10:30 am , and hopefully I called the agency at 11:00am , they said there were sorry and the driver came finally at 11:30am . We didn’t have any compensation

Vanessa RThe bus arrived 10 minutes late and it was super cramped because of everyone's luggage. The driver was an excellent navigator he made sure that we all arrived to our destinations. I booked an airbnb which was difficult to translate but just ask your host to type it in Thai and everything should be alright. There is also a disclaimer in the voucher that says that they are not responsible for tardiness, so plan ahead when booking because it's true they cannot account for traffic conditions etc.

Spent an hour picking people up in Krabi to begin with before even attempting to drive to Koh Lanta.
