Sebastian ADO NOT BOOK WITH THIS BUS SERVICE!
The bus stood us up (didn't pick us up) during our return trip. The customer service told us to wait in the terminal and send selfie of our face, so that their crew can recognise us. We went to the terminal 2 HOURS early (just in case), yet until the indicated departure time nobody picked us up from the indicated seat they told us to wait at.
Tried to chat, call, and land-line call the number stated but nobody picked up or responded. EVEN WHEN THE WHATSAPP STATUS WAS ONLINE. Nobody gave us any information, updates, or anything.
1. We ended up waiting for news for the next 6 hours in the bus terminal (we arrive at 9 PM, scheduled departure was 10:45 PM - but they told us it was changed to 11 PM, we waited until 5 AM THE NEXT DAY under freezing terminal temperature)
2. At 5 AM, since there was no news or updates howsoever (even though we keep seeing them online on WhatsApp), we decided to buy another bus ticket.
3. In total I left 75 missed calls, 45 messages, 1 voice note; why? Because their mistake of scamming the bus trip cost us our USD 1,200 flight ticket back home (since we fail to arrive in the airport, waiting for news from them). Thus we had to spend another US$ 1000 to rebook another flight home from HCMC.
4. They only chatted us at 7 AM saying they are sorry that there was an internal staff communication error and when I asked whether they would take the responsibility of our US$ 1,200 loss, they always just left us on read on the chat - up to now we have not received any goodwill of responsibility from the company nor any strict action from 12Go against the company.

Amber I don't usually write reviews on here but I felt compelled to for this company. Hands down the best transport experience I've had in my life. Was so pleasantly surprised by the service provided with this company. From the moment you arrived at their office in HCMC staff are there to greet you and provide you with a chair and information. The busses run on time like clockwork every 15 minutes. The bus itself is super modern and comfortable you're provided with a blanket and water and wet wipes. The cabin is so clean and comfortable with a TV screen and usb charging ports, reading light with multiple settings. There is a shutter for the indow so no light comes in if you choose. There is also a curtain to the bus itself which velcros shut so you can have full privacy. I felt the driver drove safely and also didn't sound the horn too much or too loudly (which I was worried about as I was in the front cabin) when you arrive at dalat you are dropped at their super modern, clean and well staffed office where they even provide complimentary snacks and tea which was great for us as we had to wait there a few hours before we could check into our hostel. Overall a brilliant experience would highly recommend.

Dion KThe driver was weirdly touchy (another passenger complained about it too), the bus had to go into the garage halfway to get something checked/fixed, and (but maybe it is always like this) the bus was constantly making a low humming noise, which I can only assume was because the bus driver was not driving in the correct gear (too high) for its speed. Sometimes I would notice him shift gears and the sound go away.

Iara OViP Bus was actually a VIP bus (it's not uncommon that you book VIP amd get an old bus with tiny seats which would cost a fraction of the VIP). Unfortunately the driver honked even for vietnamese standards way too much (e.g. honking 4 times when one car on the other side of the street is driving normally) which didn't allow any of us to sleep. However, after telling and remining him he honked less. Other than that good driver and service, we arrived 30min before schedule.

Luke AComfortable enough bus and journey with many stops for food and toilet breaks.
Punctuality an issue however. Set off 45 mins late and arrived nearly 3 hours late.

Claudine PThe Drive was okay but I’m not sure if it’s better than the normal bus. We started earlier so really go on time. The chairs were very confortable but really not adapted to tall people. We got there very quickly. However, there was music on the whole time which was annoying and the driver drove the passengers to their addresses so once we arrived we drove for one hour just letting people go. I would recommend to look at google maps upon arrival to go out with other passengers. I managed to go out at the perfect time for the sunrise on the lake which was nice !
