Peter Appointment for pickup was at 3.15pm.
We left the airport at 3.39pm. The car just arrived one minute before. Luckily we made it in time for the ferry to Ko Yao Noi at 4pm. Otherwise I would rate here only one *.

Vladislav VI like that was perfectly clear how to find my driver (the lady on the exit connects you). Also I was transferred right to the hotel and there was no confusion about address (the lady on the exit corrected the destination from general "Cape Panwa" to the exact hotel name.

Barbora KThe transfer itself was alright, driver came on time, car was clean and in good condition. However, during booking via 12go we were informed that there is 200 thb surcharge for early morning pickup but there was no information that this surcharge is not included in the price we paid via 12go. Plus misleading information from 12go, we received a voucher via e-mail and after that we received another e-mail saying that our transfer is not confirmed yet. Helpline did not reply in time, so we had to contact directly Call me taxi which confirmed our shuttle immediately and were very helpful (in contrary to 12go).

Mandy GStressed us as the driver did not pick us up in time and we had to reach our flight. As it was night, we didn’t see options kn case the driver does not turn up. Gladly the pdf file contained your 12Go Asia service number that helped. If I would mit have been able to reach you, I think we would have missed 3 flights and heavy costs. The drivers excuse was he did not find is but I added the adress in English and Thai language. He should have proactively look before or contact us or you
