【Requirements】 To receive your SUNQ pass, you will need the QR code issued after making your reservation. Please bring a device that can display a QR code or a printed version of the QR code.

• If the QR code cannot be displayed, you will not be able to receive the pass.

How to use

• Buses that accept the SUNQ Pass display “SUNQ Pass” stickers on the front and next to the boarding entrance.
• When using the ferry, please present your bus ticket that is valid within the applicable period at the ticket counter to receive your boarding pass.
• When boarding a route bus, please be sure to take a numbered ticket. When getting off, clearly show the ticket to the bus driver.
• Show the voucher screen on your smartphone when you arrive at the counter. If the voucher cannot be displayed, we will be unable to assist you with boarding.

【Notes/Others】

• Some express buses require reservations to secure a seat, while others allow you to sit in any available seat.
• Routes that require reservations → Long-distance express buses
• Routes that do not require reservations → short-distance express buses, route buses, ferries
• To use your ticket, you must go to a specific window to redeem it.
