    Driver arrived 30 minutes late, the minivan was spacius but had very firm suspention, you can feel every pothole. At the end we arrived with more than one hour delay.

    The van pick up was on time. It was quiet, the driver was responsible and coordinated to drop everyone off at their home stays. We made a stop an hour and a half in. There was traffic (We left Ninh Bihn at 2) and arrived in Mai Chau at 6pm, then had drop offs. So a little bit late, but understandable given the traffic. Great value for the service!

    The driver wouldn't let me get on even though I showed him my ticket. He pointed out the company logo and I showed it to him but nothing happened. He gave me the phone number with a person. This person asked me which office I had bought the ticket at. I told him that the day before, online, so he told me everything was correct. If I have the ticket, with my name, from where I'm leaving to where I'm going, paid, why do they hesitate? I didn't like it, thank goodness I was able to defend myself somewhat with my English, if he became a person who didn't know languages, what would have happened? Do you leave him on the ground even if he had purchased a ticket?

    The driver had a very nice driving flow, he did not use the horn so much. He drove us to our homestay and we also had 1 break for 10 minutes. The only Problem was that the seats were really small and my friends knees were hitting the seat in front.

    Very smooth experience, we went from Tam Coc to Mai Chau and we got in touch with the hotline via WhatsApp to organize a pickup in Tam Coc, all was very punctual and we were dropped off at our stay in Mai Chau. Took a break half way. All perfect!

    Le voyage s'est très bien passé même si le bus est arrivé 15 minutes en retard. Il a fait une pause au bout d'1 heure 15 de route où vous pouvez aller au toilette ou manger/boire quelque chose. Il a même fait le tour des différents l'hôte à l'arrivée à Mai chau pour déposer les gens.
