    Bus was a bit old, but comfortable enought, Organisation and Information were terrible. At the Transfer Form Bus to Van the only real Informationen i got was that Nobody was Form the company and Nobody was responsible For us. Just told to wait in the side and that sombody ist coming to get ist, maybe in 5 min, maybe in 2 hours

    The entire journey was amazing. The Travel agent was courteous, asked me to keep my luggage inside because I was early when it was time to board the bus he asked us to follow him. The bus was clean, very modern. The seat would recline nicely and also have USB type C and type a charging. Fleece blankets were offered the bus stop for break at 12:20 for almost 25 minutes. The bathrooms were clean next morning. The bus reach at around 6:30 AM for breakfast and also pick up a ferry tickets. We reached the ferry pier by 8:10 AM and the whole journey was amazing

    Pretty solid for the money. Everything was on time and everything was clear from point A to point B. Bus is comfortable enough to get some sleep on too.

    At one point the air conditioning started fuming and there was a horrible burning smell. Nobody told us to get off the bus or communicated what was happening while we were waiting.

    It was a nice experience (to any extent an overnight bus can be). The bus was on time, made the stops mentioned in a very detailed schedule. The office was easy to find and the staff was very friendly allowing us to keep our baggage there as advertised. On the bus we got a blanket which was a nice touch, there was enough leg room and the AC wasn’t too crazy - the blanket was enough with no need for a hoodie or a sweater. Connecting buses and ferry worked with no problem. It was overall well organised experience for a very reasonable price.

    Not the same bus as advertised, but still got a decent bus with air con & reclining seats. Smooth pickup, transfer and dropoff from all points. Super affordable and efficient, would book again.

    very good experience, everything was simple when transferring to the boat, only two opportunities to grab food which are 6 hours apart so make sure to bring snacks

    The bus was very comfortable, which made the trip enjoyable despite the long distance. However, I was surprised by the driver's behavior: he stopped several times to buy fruit and other products on the side of the road, then made further stops to resell them (I clearly saw money being exchanged). While this wasn't directly dangerous, I found it inappropriate, especially since passengers had to wait for him without being able to get off the bus. Despite this negative point, I still recommend this route for its comfort and convenience. A little more professionalism from the driver would be appreciated, however!

    When arrive suratthani staff will try sell ticket drop off service at hotel but price so expensive. It normal them want to sell you. If your not satisfied. You can refuse. At destination have public transport waiting service but with for a long time. It cold on the bus there were blanket but they were small. we arrive destination with out pay any extra and we very satisfied with this service.

    Vam sortir tard sense cap explicació. A mig camí vam patir un incident amb foc a un seient. Aire acondicionat molt fluix, feia calor. El pitjor el lavabo. Entenem que hi ha d'haver uns mínims amb sanitat. No repetirem segur. Preferim pagar una mica més i anar més còmodes i on time.

    Il pullman era in pessime condizioni. L'aria condizionata non funzionava bene, puzzava e sopratutto le bocchette erano rotte. Stava per prendere fuoco. È comparso del fumo nel piano superiore. Abbiamo dovuto urlare per far fermare autobus. Ci siamo fermati in mezzo all'autostrada ed è intervenuta la polizia. Il viaggio poi è ripreso, ma nen totale è stata una brutta esperienza.

    Der Bus war in Ordnung aber es geht besser. Die Sitzplätze kann man relativ weit zurück klappen aber die Sitzreihen sind nah aneinander, so dass viele Personen sich nicht getraut haben ihren Sitz komplett nach hinten zu klappen, da man auf der Person hinter einem zu nah kommt und diese kaum Platz hat. (Vor 2 Jahren sind wir schon einmal mit einem VIP Nachtbus in Thailand nach Koh Tao gefahren. Dieser Bus hatte mehr Platz zwischen den Sitzreihen.) Der USB Anschluss war im ganzen Bus kaputt. Handy aufladen nicht möglich. Die Toilette ist winzig. So klein, dass man nicht einmal vor der Toilettenschüssel stehen kann. Als Frau fast schon eine akrobatische Leistung zu Pinkeln. Organisationen: Wir konnten unsere Backpacks schon am Morgen im Büro bis zum Abend abstellen. Das war sehr gut Um 02:00 Uhr Nachts werden alle für 40 Minuten aus dem Bus geschmissen um auf die Toilette zu gehen. Warum MUSS man raus? Wenn ich lieber schlafen möchte? Im Bus waren sehr viele Menschen zu verschiedenen Destinationen. An verschiedenen Punkten muss man dann teilweise umsteigen. Nach Koh Samui konnten wir bis zum Hafen sitzen bleiben. Der Bus hatte 5 Stunden Verspätung.

    Покупал билет в автобус с туалетом, в результате оказалось что его в автубесе нет. Нигде не сказано и никто не предупредил об этом. Автобус делал множество остановок, но только одна в час ночи которая позволила выйти из автобуса в туалет! Нет портов для зарядки устройств, вообще никаких.

    Zunächst war der Gepäck Drop-Off für über 2 Stunden nicht besetzt. Wir mussten 2 Stunden warten, bis wir das Gepäck deponieren konnten. Dann mussten wir unser Gepäck einen Kilometer durch die abendliche Khaosan Road schleppen und das bei fast 40°C Temperatur. Das hätte man auch anders organisieren können. Der Bus war eine Zumutung.

    L’expérience globale était ok. La gentillesse et les équipes font presque oublié la vétusté du véhicule. Le bus n’avait rien de premium/vip etc. Les toilettes avaient le mérite d’être là mais n’oubliez pas vos mouchoirs et gel hydroalcoolique. Les prises ne fonctionnent pas.

    Es wirkte alles etwas chaotisch auf uns. Man läuft erst ca. 10-15min. mit einem Motorradfahrer durch die Stadt, um zum Bus zu gelangen. Der erste Bus war an sich sehr komfortabel, bis auf die verstopfte Toilette, ebenso wenig kein Wasser, kein Klopapier. Irgendwann macht man Pause an einer Raststätte, wo man in einen anderen Bus einsteigt, der einen zur Fähre fährt. Man kann sich an der Raststätte auch schon einen Taxibus für aktuell 300baht pP buchen, der dann einen nach der Fähre zum Hotel bringt. Also eine halbe Weltreise, die aber letztlich funktioniert hat.

    Расстояние между креслами очень маленькое. Когда впереди сидящий человек раскладывает своё кресло то невозможно пошевелиться. Вообще не VIP В остальном сервис организован хорошо. В комплект к поездке входит маленькая бутылка воды, маленький пакетик сока, малюсенькая печенька.
