    Thé operator was perfect bu. 12GO is an intermediary who certainly offers a valuable service but I didn't like the fact that after paying, I received a message explaing that I has to wait about one to two hours to get a possible confirmation.

    I can only recommend this trip. It is well organized and on time. You get a free drink + snack and a coupon for the lunch break. Overall a great experience.

    Several buses were scheduled to leave to our destination at varying times so had to ask 3 people before getting the right one. Bus operator offered a bag of snacks on boarding - very appreciated. Stopped 3 times for bathroom breaks - very clear on how much time the stop was (between 15 - 30 mins). None of the 20 baht included food & drink options appealed; but did take the fruit options for our party of 4 (watermelon, guava, pineapple). Bus driver/company representative kindly offered us the stop nearer the guesthouses area as opposed to the bus terminal which was an additional 12km on (although I did later have to go to the terminal as I forgot my phone on the bus and luckily they picked up when I called it and told me it would be at the terminal).

    Overall it was a pleasant trip. Bus departed on time and arrived at Sukhothai only a few minutes late according to schedule. Good driver, the air-con worked well, seats are ok for the length of the trip and can recline a bit. You get water, some snacks, and a 20 bath voucher to use at the lunch stop.

    Good value for money. Not a VIP bus so don't expect reclinable seats or lots of leg space. Bus felt clean and the driver was on time and made a good ride. We had a 20Bath coupon for food at the middle of the trip. Good experience overall :)

    Large comfortable bus. We were given a snack on board and a voucher for lunch. There were three separate toilet stops, one of which was also a lunch stop. Departed and arrived on time. Safe driver.

    Great! Pretty comfy, with enough toilet breaks. They give you a snack and water bottle, and there is a break for lunch where you get 20baht discount on your meal.

    Das erste Mal eine Busfahrt die nicht so fein war. Der Busbegleiter, Guide oder wie auch immer war Mega unfreundlich und laut. Wenn wir nicht sofort verstanden was er wollte brüllte er durch den Bus und machte sich über unsere mangelnden Thai Kenntnisse lustig während sein Englisch praktisch nicht vorhanden war. Sehr traurig, aber jeder bekommt irgendwann zurück was er aussendet. Irgendwann gab es einen Stop zum Essen, nein es war ein fressen. In zehn Minuten wurde von einigen der Gutschein des Busunternehmens zwangseingelöst und liebloses Essen runtergeschlungen während ich gerade mal pinkeln war. Als ich das nicht tun wollte wurde ich wieder angebrüllt ich solle den Gutschein abgeben. Nein definitiv nicht, den behielt ich erst recht und verzichtete auf diesen Frass. Sowas unfreundliches wie diesen Menschen in dem Bus hab ich noch nie erlebt.

    Es war lustig und sehr geeignet, um unterschiedliche Landschaften zu sehen. Es wurden zudem ganz leckere Snacks und Wasser verteilt. An einer Zwischenstation hätten wir auch etwas essen können, wenn wir das gewollt hätten. Die Fahrt hat allerdings länger gedauert als geplant, und der Bus selbst pfiff auf den letzten Löchern. Es fiel ihm beispielsweise ausgesprochen schwer, Steigungen zu schaffen.

    Pünktliche Abfahrt und sogar etwas früher angekommen. Bus war gut und Personal freundlich. Es gab auch Toiletten Pausen. Jeder Fahrgast hat ein Wasser und etwas Verpflegung bekommen....
