    The seat was comfortable the blanket cozy and the ride was smooth as hell. 30 minute food break in the middle (food included with ticket) and most of the time either watching a show or sleeping on my way to Chaing Mai.

    AC was not working well and it was very hot and uncomfortable on the 11 hour journey, the bus stopped over 10 times along the way so we had toilet breaks and food stops. The journey seemed to take forever. Driver was very good and it was a fairly comfortable ride, only downfalls was the AC was blowing warm air and the bus was very old and in bad shape.

    Genial! Muy agradable, con espacio! Éramos 6 asientos y fue cómodo. Había mantas, donde cargar, y una TV pero al ser nocturno no pusieron nada (por suerte) y nos dieron una caja con un bollo y zumo. Lo único que el aire acondicionado estaba muy frío pero reconozco que olvidé traerme algo para arroparme además de que llevaba ropa ligera por el calor del medio día. Por lo demás muy bien. Mi maleta estaba ya fuera cuando bajé, no se si por alguna razón a nosotros nos la sacaron antes pero vamos fui de las primeras en dejar la maleta y pensaba que saldría la última. Al principio estaba preocupada por cómo era ya que nunca he estado en Tailandia y menos aún he usado transportes de tanta distancia pero me alegra mucho que haya sido tan bueno! Juraría que llegamos antes de tiempo.

    Bus was on time and we loved having a seat number so we could sit together. We got a little snack and water but only a 20 min stop where noone told us this was the only and that we should eat something there (we left at 7 am and stop was around 11:20 am). Then we did not stop anymore and arrived in chiang mai at 7 pm. So the bus took us longer then advertised but overall ok. The lady in the bus spoke only little English and was surely not miss sunshine ;-)

    The bus was ok, but it was not really VIP. People that are quite tall don’t fit in the seats and that could be uncomfortable for the other passengers. The bus should place them in a more spacious seat. Staff of the bus was completely disorganized and didn’t know where tu place some of us despite having our codes.

    Great new building, clean and shining. Nice way to wait and enter train. However… Signs to know where to go - not Good. Actually confusing. Not user friendly. And i am very used to travel and trains. Food court; many things to choose from. Unlucky Me, i picked some place that served a dish with BUGS in it. But We found something else to eat and bring on the train. Long journey, Good thing to be able to lay down and stretch out.

    Muito sol no primeiro assento, a cortina não cobre bem e por conta disso por horas tomei sol, e até passei mal com a pressão baixando. No demais, foi okay. O sistema para pegar comida também achei pouco detalhado, não entendi e acabei não pegando. Poderia melhorar a comunicação para turistas desse fator.

    Le bus ne part pas forcément à l'heure, la personne qui gère les passage etait désagréable! Nous devions prendre l'avion, le bus a faut un stop pour faire monté dedans gens juste avant l'aéroport mais nous n'avons pas pus descendre car nous avons payé jusqu'au terminal! Nous avons quand mêle pus descendre à une station essence quelques kilomètres avant le terminal ! Pour ce qui est du siège, nous étions en bas derrière chauffeur mais nous devions mettre nos pieds de travers car il ne passaient pas entre le siège et la cabine chauffeur! 11h de bus comme ça, ce n'est pas agréable du tout! Prenez patience!

    Впринципе за такие деньги поездка нормальная. Кратко что вас ждет: 1. Автобус останавливается один раз в 23:20 на 20 минут. 2.Туалет в автобусе имеется. 3.Каждому бутылка воды и булочка 4.Не первой свежести плед 5.Самые неудобные места последний ряд 6.Кондиционера нет, есть дефлекторы воздуха, которые сильно дуют холодным воздухом. Некоторые регулируются, большинство не закрываются, поэтому будьте готовы надеть шапку или шарф, чтоб не продуло 7. Кресла откидываются, для ног пространство есть 8. Номер автобуса, который напишут вам в чеке, это не номер впереди автобуса, а на боку большими цифрами написан 9.     Das „Essen“, das man erhält ist eine Packung Butterkekse, also Proviant mitbringen! Wir konnten kaum Schlaf finden, da immer wieder Halt gemacht wurde um Leute rauszulassen, also ganzes Licht an und Lärm. Wer einen NACHTbus sucht, ist falsch. Für ein Travel on a Budget aber völlig ausreichend.
