Rude host/ess. Most uncomfortable bus seats for sleeping 💤 ever. Ergonomically extreme bad design. I sleep easy everywhere but this ride gave me massive back, neck and headaches.

The trip was great, bus was cozy. We received drinks and snacks on the bus. There was also a meal ticket included with bus ticket. You use this ticket when you stop at this food/restaurant place, the food was not that great, it was cold. Other than that the bus ride was fine, we arrived an hour early.

Very timely, good buses. The only issue was the strong toilet smell and it was disgusting.

Bus on time leaving just after 8pm. Lights turned out at 10pm. Lights turned back on at 11pm for food stop - i have no idea why they didn't leave them on until after the food stop. All announcements in Thai only, luckily I had met a nice lady who helped me. Bus ticket is worth 30 baht to spend on food or drink at the food stop. Seats weren't great but OK. Recline was good but my husbands foot rest did not stay up. Temperature was OK and we were given water, juice and crisps and a bun in the morning (tasted like a jaffa cake!).

Departure station is near Bluport and drop off at Mo Chit BTS Station. The whole journey took 4 hours including a toilet break at gas station.

Very comfortable, more than some other more expensive VIP buses. The lights went fully off and you can recline the seats rather low, allowing a good sleep.

I loved it. The bus is so punctual, they give complimentary water, buns, and a snack. The towel blanket is also included. Only no soap in the toilet. The AC was also strong and I felt cold at times.

Relative confort of the seats. Not sufficient space to put things in front of us, the break at 1:00 am was not annouced and just awoke us. They give us food that we do not really want and then we do not know what to do with it. Toilet very unconfortable. We dis not really sleep. This does not correspond to "vip" thing.

Comfy seats but if you are tall like me (190cm) then the are just okey. Snack were kind of cool. The bus stops in the middle of the night (2am) for dinner. Kind of weird but at least you are not hungry. Recommend earplugs for the ride. Staff are very formal but profesionall

Very nice bus. Seats was big and spacious. Good place for the feet. Service was ok. But it was a bit too cold, and I wished they served more coffee. Seats was uncomfortably hard to sit on for a slim guy like me. I had to sit on my neck cushion all the way, or else it would hurt. One stop along the way was too little for a smoker. They said 24pm. But didn't stop until 02:30 am. In the middle of the night, waking up everyone. Seems kind of unnecessary. The host didn't look too happy. I missed the gentle smile and the Thai hospitality. The bus was late due to closed road in Bangkok.

The staff were amazing and attentive, the drive was on time and I have no complaints there.
The only negative would be the aircon was FREEZING! So I would recommend bringing a jumper

It was overall a very nice and comfortable trip but the very negative point was the AC way too strong for us. We were freezing at some point even with the blankets and some extra ones that we took from other empty seats.
A part from the extreme cold on the bus, the rest was good. And the timing was perfect.

Looked after us really well. Lovely bus pick up from hostel and across the border. However, didn’t communicate about pick up until we messaged first.

We set off on our journey and within 200 metres the driver pulled over and stopped as there was a pinging warning sound. He started the engine again and set off still with the warning sound and an awful what can only be described as, electrical burning smell coming through the aircon system. We all put masks on to try and reduce breathing in the fumes but the smell continued for about 15 minutes and then the warning sound just stopped and the smell dissapated. This happend again, when the driver had to stop at a designated place to hand something over. It was the same sound and smell for about 20 minutes ,but we did make it to Hua Hin on time and the bus was both comfortable and clean. Our concern here was that we had twice breathed really bad fumes in a confined space.
We are going to the sombat bus station today to put in a complaint and hopefully they will give us some info and clarity on what the problem was and what we had been breathing in.We use this bus everytime we come to huahin and return back to bangkok on it and have never encountered this issue before.We still gave 5 stars as acknowlodge that the driver probably was unaware of what was going on inside the bus as he is in a completly different blocked off cabin to the rest of us.

The night bus was as good as a VIP seater bus can be, with snacks, bed sheet, toilets and water.
However the bus arrived an hour early, meaning a shorter night than expected.
