    Trip was very good, communication was great and we were told exactly where to go a day in advance. Be warned: On the second stop in Krabi, the local operator tried to make us pay 200 Baht to drop us at our hotel instead of at the bus stop, which felt quite scammy. In the end the driver dropped everybody off at their places regardless, which made me think it might just have been a way to try and extract more money out of the tourists. Van was 30 minutes late but that's fine for such a long trip. Overall would do again.

    Super helpful staff here! , ferry is Old and lolls about a bit, but goes fine enough. I sat up in the back compartment which was empty with lots of window seats to enjoy the view.

    The trip from Koh Lipi to Khoa Sok who’s good organized. A few stop tho eat or drink en go to the toilet. The stop over we needed to what a few minutes. Excellent organization

    Smart en plus was in contact all the way thru whatsapp. Very very good service to keep things on track, especially when you don't speak the language in an organized chaos. Clear directions with photos and quick turnaround time in answering your questions. Highly recommended!

    We arrived at Hat Yai airport at 8:30AM. We went to the checkpoint by 8:45AM and waited in the area. Several times we walked around trying to find information on our pickup and nothing more could be found. By 9:25 (our van was supposed to leave at 9:30AM) we called the number on the PDF and someone answered. Eventually he called back and said a driver would be there shortly, after which a taxi driver came over to find us. We almost missed our ferry and the ferry operator was calling us repeatedly asking where we were. Thankfully on arrival she met us at the taxi and hurred us directly to the boat, which we thankfully were able to get on just in time.

    We received no information about the trip, no one was waiting for us where we were supposed to meet. eventually tourist assistance helped and located the van driver. then I followed the instructions, checked in at the right gate and showed our tickets. we got on the boat and after 6 minutes was bombarded with calls and emails about how the boat was waiting for us. If they want us to use a specific boat or van, they should really be more specific and give detailed instructions.

    I could not find anyone from the company and walked all around the Hat Yai airport asking questions- I had the voucher in hand but it’s details were limiting. The hotline was inoperable/busy. It was bad. I took a taxi to Pakbara pier so deserve a refund GR what I paid for van service. At the pier, I found the boat counter ok and navigated that ok.

    The whole trip was pretty smooth. We left on time but waited a little bit on the floating dock for the boat. Getting through immigration points was very smooth and our ride to the airport was waiting for us when we were ready. All in all pretty good.
