    Both the ship and the bus were delayed and it was too crowded, there was no room for everyone.

    Everything was perfect except for the driver on arrival in Koh Samui... he drove right past my hotel without dropping me off, and when I told him to stop, that it was my hotel, he said later... In the end, I wasted an hour dropping everyone off even though my hotel was the first stop.

    It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Everything was well organized and on time. We got to URT an hour earlier than scheduled. I would use samui tour company again

    I was meant to arrive in Lipa Noi Koh Samui at approximately 2.30pm. It is no after 4.30pm and I am still not at my destination. At 1.30pm we still hadn’t even arrived at the ferry port. I understand delays may happen give or take 30mins or so. But this was just ridiculous after leaving at 9.30am for a 3 hour journey, we were waiting for ages at certain stops in Ao Nang waiting on people to board the bus who clearly were not at their pick up point on time, we then had to stop at the tour companies office because some people on board had excess luggage cases and the company needed to charge them an extra cost causing further delays. In turn, it caused major havoc to my travel plans, missing connections. This is not acceptable when you book specific times.

    The physical journey is fine, the bus was clean and drove safely, as was the boat. Our main issue was with the signage / clarity on where we needed to go for each stop. We missed our original bus as we was in the wrong place (thankfully we was able to get the next one) simply because the information was not provided clearly. The contact details are not clear either and we could not get through to them. The other issue was when we arrived on the island trying to find our transfer was hard, we was given a sign to look for however it did not depart from this sign, instead another therefore it was hard to know if this was the intended included travel.

    The coordinates that we got for the ferry sent us to the wrong pier. We would have missed ferry only the taxi came back to tell us we were at the wrong pier. There was very little information to.work with and we didn't know the ferry company that was bringing us but the taxi driver recognised the logo. It was all very stressful in the heat and under pressure. Apart from that, the trip went well once we found the correct location of ferry departure

    ​The transfer from Koh Samui to Surat Thani Airport went perfectly fine. We had both the ferry and bus tickets in the app. We even arrived at the airport earlier than planned. The bus is on the smaller side and doesn't have a restroom. However, there was a bathroom stop along the way (though probably because the driver needed to use it).

    Operator very helpful. Instructions were clear on what we should do next before board the ferry and after arrive at pier. Ferry was a lil bit delayed but overall the journey was smooth

    Location of where to get boat on Google maps was incorrect leading to a lot of confusion and stress. Journey was OK and bus was easy to find after for transfer.

    It's easy to buy a ticket and get on the ferry. There's an air-conditioned area on the ferry and outside, and you can also buy food at the mini-store. Everything was on time, I recommend it.

    The bus driver was going at high speed (close to the limit) and drove dangerously. Very bumpy road and low quality small bus.

    ferry ok got on bus for transfer to suri thani airport and was told to get off 30 mins from airport.... a cart was waiting and wanted 400 baht for trip to airport i refused and got a bolt for 239. Terrible service

    Easy and well organised. You scan your QR code to get onto the ferry, no need to go to the ticket office first. Once the ferry docks you follow signs to bus transfers and I showed my ticket to the staff and got on the bus. Arrived at the airport 30 mins ahead of schedule

    Didn‘t need to go for a ticket, the online ticket is the actual ticket. Very often you have to go to the counter so I checked it but stood there for nothing. And at the pier in Surat Thani it would be nice to have some instructions how to get to the bus. I followed the signs transport airport. All gone well and smooth.

    El autobús salió con retraso, las maletas iban agrupadas de malas maneras en un asiento, el personal de la estación no es muy agradable. Pagamos la compañía mas cara por la hora, pero nos dio la sensación de que cojas la que cojas luego te meten a todos en la misma furgoneta, hizo paradas en la carretera para dejar a gente local y dejar paquetes, algo extraño.

    Le bus est très facile à trouver de l aéroport. Le personnel est très aimable et les bagages sont très bien gérés. En revanche, il faisait très froid dans le bateau (clim a 20°) et le bateau est arrivé a destination avec 30 minutes de retard

    J’avais payer pour un billet qui devait m’emmener jusqu’à mon hôtel finalement j’ai dû filer 500 bath au chauffeur pour qu’il veuille bien m’y emmener. et pour réussir à dormir dans un train de nuit qui s’arrête aussi souvent et lumière allumé toute la nuit j’ai du dormir 45’ c’est une expérience mais pas la meilleure
