    I have a great experience with S-Trip from Sapa to Ninh Binh. I really appreciated how safe and comfortable the trip felt. The staff help me take luggage to the bus it great!!! The bus very new and clean!!! Everything is best and the overall service was excellent. Highly recommended!!!

    Had do switch to a car and a limousine in Hanoi through rush hour. Arrival at Ninh Binh 90 minutes delayed. Communication was bad. Would not recommend to book this trip.

    In total, we used four different modes of transport. We were picked up in Ninh Binh in a rickety van, then transferred to a limousine bus to Hanoi. There, we were taken by car to the office, where we had to wait an hour and a half for the sleeper bus to Sa Pa. The final leg of the journey on the sleeper bus was very comfortable, with stops every two hours. A bit more communication beforehand would have been nice. The first part of the trip to Hanoi was handled by Trang An, while the sleeper bus was operated by S Trip.

    We booked a trip from SaPa to Tam Coc and had to switch vehicles 3 times which wasn‘t communicated beforehand. We had to wait in Hanoi at 4:30 am for 1 hour without anybody knowing when our travel will be continued. From Hanoi, we only had seats and not sleeper seats which we originally booked. Not a good experience for night travels.

    The driver was driving way too fast and aggressive. Very risky overtaking. The bus was too early at the departure and way too early at the end destination. Was not fulfilling the needs of an overnight bus. The bus itself was very new, which was nice and comfortable.

    The driver in the minivan from Hanoi to a place in Ninh Binh was driving CRAZY. Ive been travelling a lot in asia but this was new. He drove very fast and was trying to overtook everybody. When that wasnt possible in one moment, he pressured the car in front. He honked and drove up very close. When he couldnt overtake at the 2 lane street, he took the emergency lane and the BRAKE CHECKED at the highway the one van. He braked to only 20 kmh and endangered the van behind and us. That was unnecessary and very scary. We couldnt believe it and were just stunned. You should never drive like this and especially not with guests in your car. He was wearing a flowery button up shirt and was skinny. Please make sure this doesnt happen again.

    The journey was very comfortable and relaxing. The air conditioning worked very well and the 2 breaks we had were perfectly timed. Our bus actually arrived 1 hour early which was a very lovely surprise.

    I traveled with S-Trip from Hanoi to Sapa and also from Sapa back to Hanoi, and I was very satisfied with the service. They were easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions. The bus was clean, comfortable, and in very good condition. I also accidentally left some belongings on the bus, and they kindly kept them safe for me until I returned to Hanoi. Excellent service overall, highly recommended!

    Communication was great, instructions were clear on where you needed to be and when. Bus was clean and cabins had plenty of room in terms of width. I’m 5ft 11inches and it was a slightly tight fit for length. But that was to be expected. Bus stop had drivers at the end to shuttle you to your Accomodation for a reasonable price. Great service.

    Nice personal in Sapa, the bus was comfortable and clean. However, we left Sapa with 45 minutes delay and although the expected arrival time to Ninh Binh was 5pm, we started the trip at this time to Ninh Binh, and arrived there az 6.30pm. Nice surprise, that we were dropped-off at the hotel instead of Ninh Binh Office.

    The overall experience was good! The sleeper bus was comfy as well as the bus limousine. However, there were too many transfers, and instead of arriving at 3 PM, we arrived at 5:30 PM.

    Generally very good experience, all on time, smooth communication, very clear information about the pickup place and time, comfortable bus. Only one small thing, that my backpack, which was under the bus deck, was completely wet when I received it, some of the things inside needed drying.

    El trayecto de Ninh Binh a Hanoi fue una basura, el conductor muy imprudente y maleducado. Sin embargo, la compañía desde Hanoi a Sapa fue estupenda, el conductor un encanto y el transporte super cómodo.

    We werden keurig op tijd opgehaald bij ons hostel en naar het verzamelpunt in T Coc gebracht. Daar stapten we over een een luxe VIP limousinebusje (met zelfs stoelmassage) die ons naar Hanoi bracht. Daar stond weer een taxi klaar die ons naar de grote bus bracht. Allemaal heel goed geregeld , maar wel jammer dat je niet van te voren weet wat er gaat gebeuren. Meer communicatie desnoods dmv WhatsApp zou fijn zijn ,maar na 3 weken reizen door Vietnam en verschillende soorten vervoer te hebben genomen is ons vertrouwen wel groot dat het goed komt. Mooie nieuwe bus !
