    Very prompt and efficient communications with the customer service team via texts and emails in the days prior and during checking in. Bus arrived 2hrs before departure time. Bus crew effective and competent even while very busy loading commercial goods . A couple of unexplained roadside waiting and a brief mechanical breakdown added to 1hr late arrival but not a problem with such an early scheduled ( 05.00) time. Overall above average service for Laos and S.E.Asia generally in my extensive experience.

    I bought a bus ticket online (plus insurance) from Udon Thani, Thailand, to Vientiane, Laos. On August 8th the bus left on time. But at the Lao border, we all had to go through immigration. It took just a little longer for me as a foreigner, however, because of the bus driver's impatience, the bus left for Vientiane without me. Had to pay double to get to Vientiane with a private 'taxi' driver. Any chance for a full or partial refund, since my trip was insured? Eckhard Lambers

    I was dropped off at the Vientiane-nong khai border to get my laos leaving stamp. Whenever I got through the security I looked and waited for the bus. But it was gone. I got no phone call or nothing.

    The departure time was set for 9:30. As a result, I ended up waiting for quite a long time—since before 7:00—which threw off my plans in Pakse. I thought the bus service itself was fine, though.

    At first, I thought it would leave exactly at 8:00 AM, but in the end, it was delayed by an hour and a half, departing at 9:30 AM. I wish the transportation company would improve their clocks to be accurate and stick to the scheduled departure time. I was worried I wouldn't make it on time, so I rushed to get here.

    Good experience. First time using the service, was a bit confused at the bus station, but staff helped out. The bus left on time. Seats assigned when you exchange your voucher for ticket at a designated counter at the departure station. The bus made two stops for leg stretch and bathroom breaks. Border crossing pretty straightforward. Drivers were helpful and spoke some English to answer my questions (much appreciated, as I do not speak Thai). Bus arrived to destination with about 20 min delay, but that was due to some traffic. Would use this company again.

    Be prepared to be left at the border. I already had my visa and my digital arrival card completed days before, but wasn’t able to get through customs in 15 minutes so the bus left me.

    Did not receive instant confirmation or any other confirmation after payment later on Tickers were issued at the counter in Ubon Ratchanthani Bus Terminal after presenting 12GO Email confirming payment - no Vaucher.. No Bus as scheduled at 08.00 to Pakse. Bus left Bus terminal at 0930+5min.

    The road is terrible! The trip took 13 hours not 7! We kept picking up more passengers along the way and at one point had 25 in the 14 passenger van. We did make frequent toilet stops so that was good. Nobody complained about the crowded conditions we all made the best of it as is the Laotian way. I rated it as average because this is exactly how it usually goes here!

    Driver was excellent but the road was so awfull bad that we did not arrive at 15.00 but at 20.30 :wich was awfull : more than 12 ours in a very full packed bus !!!!!!

    The bus ride was smooth and on time. However, the pickup location was incorrect. It was indicated as Vang Vieng North Station on 12go, but it was actually Vang Vieng South Station. Therefore, we had to take a taxi immediately to change stations.

    The departure time on online ticket said 9am ( which is ok), but arrival time stated to be around 12 did not match reality at all. It took us 4h and 20min to reach Nong khiaw! Roads a really in poor condition. So knowing this fact it’s not logical to provide info that it only takes around 3h to get there. This misleading information is not ok.

    If you can spear extra money, go by train. Bus ride is an experience it self. Mountain roads constantly, from the very beginning poor quality roads, gravel, concrete, potholes… driver was a bit late to leave, but driving time was as predicted more or less. Van condition could have been better, no amortisation any more, driver isn’t stopping or driving around the pitholes.

    hi. the price you charge is double the official price at the bus station. the bus only leaves when it is full. so we had to wait 40 min until other passangers came.

    The bus left Luang Prabang 3.5 hours late and arrived in Vang Vieng 4 hours late. The bus service had more people packed in than seats available so we each had very little room and after picking up even more people on the route I ended up with a stranger sitting in my feet. The roads they drove down could barely even be called roads with us getting stuck multiple times but I guess that's not the bus's fault
