    Car was fantastic, an EV which is great for the long commute. However driver was on his phone texting at least the trip, which not only slowed us down but felt unsafe, especially in heavy rain / traffic

    Winding roads from Da Lat to Nha Trang, driver stopped and allowed a rest at a coffeeshop when deep in the mountains, and drove slower when we asked. Arrived early for pickup. Car was comfortable. A good trip.

    Driver was on time. Helped with bags. Car was comfortable. Driver stopped halfway when we asked at rest area. He drove very aggressively and was consistently honking and passing other cars for the 4 hour trip. He won the race. We felt a bit nauseous when we arrived. He helped with our bags when we arrived in da lat.

    12GO charges insurance and then levies that as an extra charge. This is not clearly indicated as an upfront charge (it's shown as an option) and should be revealed that it is not a choice, but automatic/mandatory.

    My first time booking with Mixi Travel and I was very impressed with their service. I booked a private transfer from Ho Chi Minh to Mui Ne. The driver was punctual on the dot The car was brand new and very comfortable with strong AC and quiet you could relax and sleep. The driver spoke English which is very appreciated and was nice and accommodating. I’m definitely booking my return with them. I highly recommend this company.

    The driver continuously drove over the speed limit on the expressway weaving in and out of cars and scrolling on his phone at the same time. It wasn’t a comfortable ride.

    The estimated travel time was 2.5 hours, but Google Maps indicated 3 hours beforehand. Due to traffic and a 15-minute break by the driver, the journey ended up taking almost 3.5 hours. Without our own planning of a 1-hour buffer, we wouldn't have made our flight.

    The trip took almost 5h instead of 3h, as the driver didn't want to use highways. Also, he didn't contact me that he arrived and is waiting, I was looking everywhere for him for 15 minutes and had to ask every car around. The car was nice though.

    It was not a pleasant trip. The driver was on time and the car was nice, but that’s about all I can say. On 12Gasia it was advertised that the ride would be the fastest option and would only take 4 hours and 45 minutes. Unfortunately, this was not true. During the first part of the trip, the driver had entered a different address into the navigation system, which showed a duration of 4 hours and 45 minutes. Once we reached that destination, the driver changed the address to our actual location, which added another two hours. So you are basically misled about the travel time. In addition to that, the driver’s driving was extremely poor. He was constantly swerving and braking abruptly the entire way, which made me feel very nauseous. He also stopped several times without being able to tell us why we were stopping. We had to guess that we were allowed to take a short break. Only the first time did he briefly mention that there was a restroom. To top it all off, the driver dropped us off at the designated location, took a photo, and drove away without looking at us or even saying a word. This didn’t give us any time to check whether we had all our belongings.
