    Very comfortable bus. We got Snacks, water, and stopped for dinner at a simple road stop at 10 pm. The food was simply but really tasty. We arrived 1,5h later than predicated. Thus was because there are many accidents on the road that cause trafic jams during several parts of the trip. Thus was through no fault if the driver. The bus left at 18. 50 on the dot. Everything is very well organized. Be aware that the platform number can chance, and you may not know since they only announce in Thai. Pay attention to the company you're traveling with, and ask the bus driver if that is the bus to x y and city. Our tickets said platform 69 and our bus ended up leaving from 67. Other than that, everything went perfectly smooth. The Trip bkk - Krabi 12h (with the delay). The bus seats turn into an almost bed, with highly reclinable seats.

    The bus journey was smooth but the bus staff was very rude. He didn’t tell us we had dinner break and knew no english. Also, we had to unload our own baggage. He was in a hurry all the time.

    The ride was smooth. I am 6' so struggled a bit with leg space but the bus was nice, had an indoor toilet. But with such a long drive there should atleast be 2 stops rather than just one, that too for 20 minutes only.

    Bus ok, there was no seat belt on my son's seat when i complained i was rudely brushed aside. When we arrived at Mochit there was no announcement and we ended up at the southern bus terminal. The service was nonexistent

    Very comfortable and good value I would highly recommend this vip option just make sure you bring a coat as the air-con is quite cold at nighttime!

    I booked a aisle seat did not get it. Received a printed ticket expecting my seat to be the same as my e-ticket I was sadly mistaken. Not impressed

    The bus had very uncomfortable seats as there was no way to keep your legs elevated and people suffering from knee ach it is difficult to keep your legs in a hanging position The space was too claustrophobic as we were on the ground floor

    We only had a 20 minutes break in a 12 hours Ride. The driver stops a multiple times but only for him. His driving was very dangerous. He drives through red signs, in the oppsite side of the road and bumps in to every bump hole. The Bus starts shaking Like everything is going to fall apart. Never in my life I will going to Drive by Bus again in Thailand.

    The departure was at 8:25 PM and the scheduled arrival in Phuket was 10:45 AM, but we arrived around 8:00 AM+. It was very fast and smooth. The conductor was very kind and always smiling. They gave us a lot of free snacks at night, then again in the morning, and even served hot coffee which was really good. I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed with bus services here in Thailand. My first experience was in Chiang Mai when I joined the Pocari Sweat Trail 2025, and the service was already excellent. By the way, I’m Filipino, and compared to my bus experiences in the Philippines, this is totally different. Thailand’s bus service is really the best! Booking through 12Go was also very fast and hassle-free. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Sai

    All in all a good experience. We would book the trip again. The departure was on time but the arrival was delayed due to traffic. The bus was spacious, clean and not as cold as expected. We also got some snacks and drinks.

    The journey was great, the seats are very confortable, we were almost on time. However, the staff don’t talk to us, don’t explain anything, when we will eat, if they are toilets, why we stop, etc… We stopped to eat very late too!

    Overall good experience, A/C was working well. A blanket was provided. Departure was punctual. The seats were folding, but stiff. On the second floor, it rattled during the ride.

    Very good trip, comfortable and safe driver. The bus left the station on time, the arrival was a little different; the arrival time was scheduled for 7:30 am, we arrived in Phuket around 9:00am. I imagine that it was for the big traffic we encountered while getting out from Bangkok. One request that I would like to make is if it's possibile to tell the passengers to please be more careful with the use of the mobile phones, by reducing the volume of their voices and the sound from the phone, especially during late hours. Maybe a sign or a recommendatiom from the very gentle steward will make a beautiful difference. Thank you!

    Smooth ride. Chairs are pretty uncomfortable for that long. I would suggest bringing a small pillow for your neck and another small blanket for the back of your knees. They provide a blanket.

    It’s not clean properly , overprice for the service you get . Smell fish on the bus and one thing really bother me was you can’t sleep on seat.

    I waited at no. 17 for my Lignite bus, only to be told that my bus was actually at no.16, despite what my ticket told me. Apparently, the guy in charge of getting passengers on the bus had overlooked me. He threw my backpack into the storage bin in a way that made me cringe. The trip was fine. I was the only foreigner on the bus. There is a 20 minute break and you get a free meal. The guy outside the dining area, telling people about the free meal, probably 50 years old with short hair, I found him to be rude and impatient. I should not have said anything to him.

    Arrival time is almost 2 hrs late. May be due to the rain. I asked the company counter at Bus terminal 2, and one of the staff said, you just wait, I do not know arrival time.

    I was in a Lignite Romyen bus from phuket to bkk, was a long 12 -13 hour journey with a stop halfway for 30 minutes. The bus ride was smooth & driven by a careful driver . Managed to get some sleep too on way. Bus was clean and had a small snack packet in it.

    Seat recliners were broken so we were rigid the whole time. The bus got us there safely so that’s really all we can ask for but we were glad to get to our hotel when we got there.

    We left at 3 p.m. and didn't have a chance to use the restroom or buy food until midnight, which took 20 minutes. We weren't told we needed to bring our own food. We were supposed to be at our destination at 2 a.m., but we didn't arrive until 5 a.m. The bus stopped at least 10 times along the way to pick people up. We didn't know this.

    He was 2 hours longer. There was no traffic. Had nothing to do with that. He had clearly snuck people on without tickets. Then went all over the place dropping people off. Really uncomfortable seats. Freezing cos other people have the aircon too cold. The toilet on board is disgusting. I do not recommend this bus
