    If the color which should board at the port would also be visible on a screen during checkin that would help a lot!

    The boat was 30 minutes late. No tragedy for us, but still not on time. Furthermore, there was a strong smell of gasoline when entering the boat. It disappeared as soon as the boat left the harbour.

    Great experience on the boat. Advised to get to the port a bit early though. Also advised to get a covid rapid test to go to Nusa Lembongan. But there was no need.

    Outstanding service. Unless we were to late, they did everything to get us on the boat. We got extra taxi service and they asked boat to wait for us. Excellent.

    Great service, had a little bit of difficulty finding the boat desk on the beach but apart from that it was very good. Carried luggage on and off the boat, drop off at hotel and confirmed pick up for return trip in a week.

    Easy to book online! Although we did leave 30 mins later (the guys have to load everyone’s luggage by carrying it on their shoulder so be patient!) They even made sure I had a ride to my accommodation after, great experience and super nice people! :)

    The gyus tried to carry as much suitcases as they can. Our suitcase fell down. Later we saw there was a big tearr in our suitcase.

    Left after scheduled time. They carried our bags to the boat. My friend got sick because they drive fast and have all of the windows closed (so you don’t get wet). Lands far from Mushroom beach, but they’ll take you to your accommodation. Overall, comfy seats, not packed, waters were rough!

    We were supposed to be picked up at 8.30 for 9.30 boat but the driver didn’t appear until around 9.15 after several phone calls, I know the pier was not far but it still made up nervous that we were going to miss the boat. Other than that journey was fine.

    Circuitous process travelling with GLORY... getting the tickets in the office, after a 1minute drive in a van and then walking to the pier... however the 30minutes on the boat were nice

    Boat in good condition, friendly staff, free shuttle to accommodation. Actual Departure was 30 minutes later as scheduled, nothing else to complain. Would book them again.
